Just moved to Salem NH this past year and I have all my appointments and maintenance needs taken care of here. The staff is great! They also email the documented work done with photos is very helpful. It proves your receiving the services paid for. This place is second to none.

Today called Auto Care with an issue, spoke with Mike, he told me over the phone what he suspected the issue was and gave me a window of time available to bring the car down to take a look. Paul and his crew are AMAZING! They are always friendly and do great work. During the pandemic I have always felt safe as the staff always has a mask on and they follow the CDC guidelines of mask wearing. I have had several cars repaired there and have never had a problem with the work or the price quoted. Convenient location right on Rt 111 in Derry NH. After three visits to Auto Care Plus, I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone looking for a positive experience when dealing with car repairs. Every time, Ive been greeted in a friendly manner upon entering the building. The office space/waiting rooms are clean and brightly lit with comfortable seating. My concerns have been evaluated and discussed without any pressuring sales spiel so i feel like my concerns have been taken seriously but not used as a way to oversell unnecessary services. I would call this fair service at a fair price.

Starting going to Auto Care Plus a few months back. Started with just oil change or an inspection. Got to know Paul and Brittany at the Derry location. Really nice people and very helpful. Work is done well, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Now I take my company vehicles there as well as all our family cars. Tremendously helpful with advise and service.

Can’t say enough about the unbelievable customer service that Paul provided during a two-week ordeal with my RAM 1500 which needed an entirely new air suspension. Worked with Dodge to get it properly diagnosed (including a couple open recalls on the vehicle) and then spent extra time working with my warranty company to make sure they covered pretty much everything. And he hooked me up with a loaner car on a moments notice. Paul kept in constant touch with me to let me know what was going on and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. This was my first time at Auto Care Plus and it was a fantastic experience...needless to say they’ll be getting all of my family’s business going forward.

I went in for an oil change and inspection today. They were very nice and super helpful! I had them do a few things to my car after they had advised me of what was wrong and they did a GREAT job!! My car sounds SOOO much better and I did not feel pressured one bit! My husband and I have been going to them the last few times we needed anything done and have always been impressed! I was welcomed immediately when walking through the door and was taken care of, while my car was being serviced they had a very nice area to be seated with plenty of amenities at my disposal! I have to give a BIG recommendation to Auto Care Plus 418 Island Pond Rd, Derry NH. They are a newly opened auto repair company but they treat people like they have been there for years. I do not live in that area and I had a major problem during a very sad and urgent family time and my truck was not able to be driven, I was very lucky to break down next to their shop. They were extremely helpful and made time to get my truck in to see what they could do to help. They were very sympathetic of my situation and doing whatever they could to help. They repaired my truck, charging me a great price and got me back on the road.If anyone is looking for a clean respectable place to have your car repaired this is the place to go. They may be a new place but they give you the feeling of being old friends taking care of you.

This place is absolutely terrible! I brought my car here to get my clutch replaced. A few weeks after i got my car back I popped my hood and found out that they did not put my oil cap back on! There was oil all over my engine bay. When I called them to tell them what I found they told me to bring my car back so they can fix it. Once I arrived to have them look at my car they told me that it wasn’t them when on the phone they admitted it was them! These people can’t even put an oil cap on correctly! And they do not own up to their mistakes! Do not come here for quality work!

I brought my 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T in to have the Transmission fluid changed. Very Professional and Courteous. The job was done beyond my satisfaction. Afterwards, Paul was kind enough to point out some issues with my car that I will have to address in the future. I have every intention of bringing all my vehicles here for service. The place was great. Very clean and new, I shopped around for new tires and Auto Care was on Par with the cost. I cant relay enough the value of the loaner car. So very convenient. Crissy was just a pleasure to speak to and very insightful for all my questions. Greatly recommend.

The general manager was not wearing a face mask but his employees were. I was there for an hour and he finally put one on before I left. I wont be going back.

My Camry Hybrid warning light came on about my Hybrid battery and not knowing much about Hybrid batteries I took it to the Toyota dealership. After seeing the quote to fix it I reached out to Auto Care Plus to see what they could do. After being informed of how Hybrid batteries worked I brought my car in and was quoted $2,000 less than the dealership for the same exact work. They gave me a loaner car while they worked on it and I picked it up yesterday and it drives like a brand new car!!!!

The people at the place seemed to be nice.when I had first dropped my car off to them I asked them to quote my windshield and a shifter button in my 2014 chevy sonic as well as look over the car to tell me what was wrong with it they had called me at work and had told be it was going to be 350 for a windshield and my total charge was 470 od dollars the had also told me that since they took apart my shifter button the greased it and.it works it still sticks and the part to replace it is 10 dollars online which I would have been happy to pay for I went there to talk with them and was already upset that they wanted to charge me 120 dollars to grease my shifter and I had not authorized them at this point to fix anything agian I was at work when they called so I go there today 3/16/20 to find out what was going on with my car and better understand that my car was off there property getting a windshield put in form another shop that I did not authorize to work on my vehicle in hampstead nh I had stated that If I had wanted that shop to work on my vehicle I would have brought it there myself the.male behind the counter had said that is it really that big of a deal that my car was not in the hands of his business I had said yes becouse you havent told me this.i had told him to get.my car and return it.to me immediately which he had then taken off to go get my car and drive it back to his business I had to sign a release for and then brought it back to.my house. I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your business they lie and try and charge you for things you do not need.

I wanted to try and clear up some of these 1 star ratings since I almost just did the same thing. I recently visited ACP since we seriously needed a convenient place to get our cars serviced. With that said I scheduled 2 appointments, one for my husbands car and one for my car.We seen they had a VIP club for $99/year and u get 3 free oil changes and one free inspection, since we already get free inspections on one of the cars we signed up and figured we could use the benefits for the other car.So I brought my husbands car in for an oil change, halfway through they came out and gave me a list of things that needed to be done on the vehicle totaling over $500.I panicked since I went in for an oil change and expected to pay for a VIP membership and of course taxes,( however the oil change was free up to $40.) After speaking with my husband we decided to wait on everything else and just do what we initially planned to do. They were very accepting and explained the estimate is exactly that, an estimate of what should be done.Its not a bill of some sort saying: **This Needs to be done now, and if you dont do it your car will fall apart on the road....(which is how I felt after reading this estimate of over $500!)I do understand the service offered is quality and its posted everywhere that its covered under a warranty.I do however feel that maybe a little more explanation of the services offered on the so called estimate sheet is exactly that an estimateand an option.Other options such as cheaper parts or future appointments for the additional services could be recommended to help the customer feel a little less intimidated or forced into the service agreement thats listed on the estimate sheet, since once explained to the customer and customer agrees (not exactly realizing what they are agreeing to until after the fact, )now they are upset and leave bad reviews......Just SayingPeople make sure you understand YOU DONT HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING THEY SUGGEST NEEDS TO BE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE. As we call it in the food service industry thats called an UPSELL.Anyway thank you for being professional, understanding, and quick with your services!!! Glad we are VIPs!

My first experience: Called on a Saturday morning looking for oil change and tire rotation. I didnt have an appointment. I was greeted professionally and cheerfully on the phone, and quickly scheduled an appointment shortly thereafter. I was greeted by the same person on the phone promptly when I arrived. I waited roughly an hour, which is what I expected. The facility was clean and comfortable. My truck was returned to me clean with the services I asked for. Exactly what I was looking for. I intend to go back for my next service and will be sending my teenage daughter to try it out with her vehicle as well.3/6/2020 update: My 2nd time through ACP was the same as the first. I would still recommend them.

I went for inspection on 5/30. They failed me cuz “power steering rack was leaking power steering fluid.” The boot was damp, but it is up to the discretion of the mechanic to pass or fail. It was not a. chronic or dangerous leak. They quoted me $900 for a new PS rack, then $500 more for labor, re-alignment, and new PS fluid. I found that part online for a little over $200. He said oh I can offer you the value line for less money but it won’t come with the five year 50,000 mile warranty. I asked why I wasn’t offered options initially and he did not have an answer.Further, I was told I had to fix it that day or the next day cuz “he had heard” that the state eliminated The 10 day grace period for inspections following the last day of your birth month. This was a complete lie, intended to pressure me into getting the repair done right then and there. The grace period is stated right on the New Hampshire DOT website.It was now in the state system that my vehicle failed and the reason and I would never be able to get inspection sticker unless I have the repair done. I have the complete repair done for $760 different mechanic.Do not ever go here for inspection because you’re putting power into their hands to fail you and force you to get a repair you probably don’t need.Yes, It is a great new facility. Yes the staff is extremely professional. I will give them that. But I was forced to spend $760 unnecessarily, if I had done it there it would’ve cost me $1400 so you decide

Was getting some aggressive shake in my tires, took it over to the guys in Derry - problem solved! Brand new facility made for a great experience as well as a knowledgeable staff. Will be using them for service for the foreseeable future.

Had them do an inspection on a vehichle I was selling to someone so I used a 3rd party. As a mechanic I can say they did a good job at finding all the issues with the car so I could give the buyer an honest list of defects.

Fantastic service, friendly and professional

If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed to get my hybrid battery checked out. This place said the whole battery was dead and they were going to charge me $3000 to replace it. The guy who runs the place showed me a piece of paper showing the degrease in power on the battery compared what it should be on a graph. It said all the cells in the battery died. He also quote us $150 the previous day just to look a the battery and when we came to pick up the car the next day, he said it was not $200 just to look and test the battery because he forgot he was talking about a Camry and thought we were talking about a Prius. I then to then brought it to a second place for a second opinion and they said only ONE cell inside the battery (not all 15 which make up the battery) was daed and it costs $1100 to fix. AUTO CARE PLUS LIED AND WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $2000. After all that, this place had the audacity to tell me they were willing to buy my car off of me if I decided I wanted to sell it since its so expensive to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE- ITS A SCAM!I went to Jeffs Lex- Toy Auto Repair in Londonderry. They are honest and reasonably priced and the complete opposite from this place.To respond to the owner- the call you made was to address my bad review- that’s what you said in the message. Jeff does have all the necessary equipment to make an informed decision and he fixed the battery at the and the car works perfectly fine. You need to learn to care about your customers instead of bragging about your “degrees” and not offering any helpful information. Shame on you but I suppose others can see how you talk to customers based on your response.
