Staff was very professional and accommodating! I went in for an oil change with the idea that I was going to wait 45 minutes to an hour. I was totally okay with that but after 25 minutes I got a call that my car was finished and I could come pick it up. The process was super easy and stress free. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely come back for my next oil change !

First time at a VIP and they took great care of me in a timely fashion. I only went for an oil change but it flew like it was nothing and on top of that it’s attached to an O’rieley so I did some shopping for windshield wipers at the same time during the wait. Personally better than their competitors and I have a new go to place for my cars.

Stopped into VIP early this morning for oil change/tire rotation and brakes. Joe was extremely helpful and was able to get my car in right away! Theyre ok. They wouldnt change my transmission oil because they said my car had too high miles. I guess dirty oil is better than clean. Theyre decent on other stuff. Had to go to jiffy lube

Had my first oil change on my new SUV. Always friendly at this store and explained everything up front. Thorough check of the vehicle and a very quick oil change and I was on my way. I won’t go anywhere else for service. They treat veterans right as well which I really appreciate.

They do good work and the people are real nice but dont bother making an appointment. I made an appointment for 7:30 figuring Id be one of the first in. I was not. The tech didnt even arrive until 8:30, an hour after my scheduled time.Update: Was reached out to and was very happy to receive a discount for my services today because of the inconvenience. Still top notch service, just maybe call ahead. Lol.

Worst service ever, after being a customer for 10 years I was disrespected, yelled at, screwed out of thousands of dollars because of misinformation by unqualified techs and service men. On top of that they didnt finish the work on my car, not even a apology. This shop has gone from one of the best shops to the very worst I have seen in my 17 years of being in the auto industry. I am very disappointed in the entire derry vip staff. I will take my car and all my familys car business elsewere.

Had check engine light problem. VIP had a free engine check deal going on and the problem was minor. Cost me nothing.

I brought a Subaru in for 100,000 mile maintenance last week. The VIP staff was friendly, as always, and even suggested performing required transmission flush at dealership to save a little on overall cost. We have gone to this VIP for service for many years for our 3 cars and are always happy with service provided.

All of my routine car maintenance is done here. The staff is very helpful and I’m always satisfied with the end result. Would recommend any family or friends to go here as well.

Didnt honor appointment. Said to come back tomorrow, not feasible when I came from a hour away and had to take time off work. Had confirmation emails of appointment and was still told I’m not getting serviced. Then was told I had the wrong store, and then started to call other stores trying to prove me wrong, tough to do when the confirmation has time and place on it. Service wise, cant review but based on customer service experience, i wouldnt let them do any service now.

Just bought a new set of tires from VIP in Derry. After a lot of research, I decided to purchase my tires from VIP. It was a great experience! The staff was very helpful, quick and kind. I highly recommend them. Tire buying can be a confusing process, but they made the process easy. Good job!

My car failed inspection a couple of weeks ago because I needed to replace my 2 front tires. I replaced all my tires and brought it back it today for inspection. Something that should have taken maybe 5 minutes. I was waiting for 40 min. I finally asked about my car and the man at the desk went to go check and came back smirking and said my car was all done. I asked what was so funny and he said the guys like to joke around at the shop. The guy in the garage I guess thought it was funny that the front desk guy didnt see my key and that my car was done. Im sorry I dont think waiting around for 40 min is funny.

At the suggestion of my son-in-law, I called VIP for some information.When I telephoned to inquire on how soon I would be able to get an appointment for tire change, they were able to fit me in the next day. Friendly staff and very accommodating. When the tires I asked about were not in stock, the gentlemen offered me a higher end tire for same cost.The following day, at my appointment, they did a full inspection which was a surprise, and let me know of a couple key repairs that were needed. Not once were any of these guys pushy or adamant. Nor did they try to sell me anything more. Overall, I really was impressed. The speed, efficiency, friendliness and informative staff have definitely left me very pleased.

I would say, I love Tire Warehouse! It is fast and friendly. They have me in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend them to any one!

Friendly and professional. Great deals on tires and alignments. They have a lot of parts in stock, but if they dont, they can usually have them by the next day.

In the past (several years ago), they were over conservative because they were under heat from the state for being too lax, but they seemed to be long past that phase, so I went back to them and got one or two fair inspections. The only other thing I remember using them for is tire repair and they did a good job on that. Update: I just got another inspection and they failed me for a leaking power steering hose and tire dry rot. I brought it to a dealer which passed it laughing off the leak as barely a weep, and the tire cracks as insignificant. The dealer did recommend replacing the line at some point, but not as a requirement to pass. The power steering hose has not weeped enough to actually drip onto my driveway.

I called for a friend who needed tires knowing it was a Sunday and more than likely getting them put on may be not possible. Spoke with Robert Lee, the store manager, who was very helpful and directed me to bring the vehicle by and that he could get the service done. He went over the options for purchasing 4 new tires and explained the alignment and warranties fully. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. Very satisfied with the service!

ANGEL OF THE DAYMy family loaded up in the car and traveled from Boston to New Hampshire for a weekend get-a-way. Unfortunately we had a flat on the highway. We pulled into VIP Tires and Service in Derry, NH. I cant overstate the situation we were in, crying baby in the car, exasperated family members, and four dogs cramped in between all of us.The good folks at VIP Tires and Service got us on our way with a smile. I had my winter tires put on to drive easier in the snow.Installation was fast and all my questions were answered. Cant wait to get them changed back. Yes my car is a 2001 and I have had no problems with the installation when I changed them in November (today is Jan. 21st). I will be back in summer.

Thanks to Rob and Eddie who helped me with a brake light that was out on my 2002 VW Beetle. Walked right in! Eddie took care of things, and I was off within 15 minutes. Friendly, no-nonsense customer service. They didnt even charge me for it! And this isnt the first time...they didnt charge my husband when he went in for a broken taillight on an old Saturn. Will definitely be going back and bringing our business here.

Took my car here for an inspection and discovered a few issues with it that needed to be fixed first. Was quoted over $3000 for repairs! Took it down the street and got same issues fixed for $500. I felt like VIP was trying to scam me at that point.

We have all of our tire needs serviced at VIP. They are honest, hard working professionals who always do the job in a timely manner. We also have all our oil changes done with them. If extra work needs to be done, they explain whats needed in a way that is very understandable. Five stars all around!

Wow! This is the best car repair shop that we have ever been to. Every person I’ve met has been friendly and kind, and everyone has a great sense of humor. VIP Derry is thorough and keeps our cars up-to-date according to the manufacturers recs. They are also straightforward about what is a “must-do” from a safety standpoint and what stuff can wait a bit. We have not been taken advantage of, and they are straightforward about prices, time it will take to do job, etc. And, their techs are certified for several makes of cars, just like the dealers, but at less than half the price! We drive often to NYC for family reasons - so many miles on the car, and i know we’re safe. And, they’ve really gone the extra mile when our had to be in for hours - they drove me back home so i could get stuff done. Everyone - front desk, techs, manager, and regional manager — are just amazing. No more random oil changes or long and expensive dealer visits. I’ll never, ever go anywhere else!!!! Thanks, guys!

Had 4 new goodyear tires put on my Colorado today. Had 8 AM appointment, first one of the day.They did not break any speed records at 1 hour 25 minutes. Price was good service was friendly and professional and did a great job. Did loose one of my valve stem cover caps and will need to stop by and grab that. The $75 dollar goodyear rebate made my day.

Ive been going to the VIP in Derry, NH for a few years after trying several other places in the area. Prices are great, and service is awesome. The team is always friendly and helpful. They wont try to talk you into unneeded services, unlike other places in the area that I wont name. They will tell you what needs to be done, and what will need to to be done within the next few months. Ive never felt pressured, just received honest advice. It shows they genuinely care about their customers.

We always use VIP Tires at the Derry location for our vehicles. Customer service is always outstanding. We recently purchased our tires from VIP and the deal we got could not be matched. We also have had some quotes from our vehicles dealership for some maintenance that needed to be done, VIP quoted half of what the dealership quoted. I would never go anywhere else. Robert and the team there are the best!!!!

Went there for tires to be balanced and rotated,made appointments,car was in fast,done fast and have no complaints,good guys over there,very friendly and customer service was excellent.

Had to replace all four tires on my car and they were able to recommend a great set with a reasonable price. They installed the tires with a front end alignment and the car rides so much better now. I would recommend them to anyone who needs new tires and great service.

Got me in for an oil change on the same day, checked my entire car and told me what was up! I was in and out pretty quick too:)EDIT: Google wont let me leave another review for some reason so Ill write it as a part two. I had some wiring issues with my car and was seen about a day after making the phone call. They told me what was going on and on top of that they found issues with my belt that needed to be replaced and they fixed it that day within 2-3 hours which is pretty quick in my book. Overall, very pleased with this place and I will be going back for an oil change and inspection within the next week.

My car broke down and I had it towed here after having maintenance service performed here. They got my car in within a reasonable amount of time and fixed the issue (not related to anything done by VIP) very promptly. They are always courteous, honest and up front without being pushy. Great service here. They take the time to show you what needs to be taken care of, just ask. I spent allot of time, on my back in the driveway. Fixing my own vehicles. And you can always buy the parts there and do it yourself. They even have the specialty tools for the job, to loan. But there come a time when you just need to leave it to a certified technician.They can see things you would not. And know that one thing may lead to another. I had to be towed to a AAA-certified auto shop last weekend. VIP was the only one in my town. I had never been, but I was super impressed. They were friendly and sympathetic when they heard I waited 2 1/2 hours to be towed out of the middle of nowhere. They checked out my car ASAP and made the necessary fixes to ensure my car was safe to drive.I have to get some work done on my car this month (inspection, tires, oil change), and Im definitely heading back to them to get all that done. Highly recommend!!

My wifes car had an issue which turned out to be a very simple fix. Rob and his team could easily have justified charging us expensive diagnostic fees, but they didnt. They were fair, and open and honest. Well definitely be back.

I had a bad experience with this place, i had my car fixed for 4 times in two weeks and they didnt know the diagnostic, and everytime i had to pay extra. I waste time, money, and had to borrow another car, and the manager who was there, was so rude. Maybe this place is good changing tires, but in serious problem, they are no good at all.
