My windshield wipers came off, I called them and they took me right away and installed new ones. They only charged me for the wipers. Nice people. My parents have gone there for almost 20 years and have been very happy

Quickly and correctly diagnosed issue with my civic. I had and issue for a few months and had several mechanics from other shops tell me different things that ranged in hundreds to thousands to fix it. East Derry Tire and Auto fixed it in less than a day for less than $120. I’ve also had my truck tires plugged there and had no issues. Wish I had brought the civic sooner.

Ive been going to East Derry Tire for about 15 years and have always had a good experience with them. They are up front about work that needs to be done, and wont move forward with anything expensive without the customers approval. Id definitely recommend calling to make an appointment a few days ahead as theyre frequently busy, but in an emergency situation theyve always worked hard to makes sure my car gets looked at. Definitely recommended.

Very good mechanics and honestly.

Honest and good service. But, they seem to never have the brand of tire they advertise. They say, Oh we dont have this particular one in stock but we have the equivalent in a generic brand. They have done that twice to me. The price of the tires they advertised include installation and recycling, I like that. And the total cost was not any higher than the other larger competitor, And on top of that, you get a personalized service within the hour.

Been coming here since Ive move to this area and they have always been fair and honest. I always recommend this garage to anyone that may need a tune up, oil change, or any other service.

I still take the car back to Dennis when I can because I trust his opinion completely on what needs to be fixed and what doesnt, and you really cant find nicer people.

Have been going to EDTA for about 20+ years (maybe more?) We have taken all of our cars there and have never been disappointed in the service, the price, or the overall friendly attitudes. I find it is also an educational experience when I wait and learn little tidbits about car care. We have moved out of town but will still bring our cars to EDTA whenever we can. Wish they could clone this business. (Also I was not aware of the website until just now. Highly recommend to all.
