Absolutely amazing car buying experience. After going through a nightmare of looking at cars from used car dealers - some that even had dry dip sticks when i checked the oil - this was a breath of fresh air. Being from far out of state, they held the car for me to guarantee I could at least check it out and everything was perfect on it. The difference here is your buying from excellent mechanics, not some pushy salesman. My only wish is that they were closer to home so I could use them as a repair shop for the jobs im not capable of doing myself. Awesome service, not pushy, well educated and I will for sure be coming back for future purchases. Thank you for a great, painless experience!

LADIES BEWARE: After reading the positive Google reviews, I decided to purchase a vehicle from Pine Hill Auto. As a woman, I am always hesitant when it comes to vehicle purchases and service because unfortunately, we are frequently taken advantage of because of our lack of knowledge. After several email and phone conversations with Richard and Matt, negotiating pricing, reviewing videos of the vehicle and pictures, I felt comfortable traveling several hundred miles to purchase the the 98 Honda Prelude for my daughter.When we arrived to test the vehicle, we discovered that the passenger side mirror was secured with a zip tie. When we asked for confirmation - we were told that they opted not to repair it, however that was not originally disclosed to us. It wasnt a huge issue because it was secure enough to drive the several hundred miles back home. The car also would only start if the left turn signal was engaged - we were told that was a security feature.We took it to our local mechanic, a certified Honda specialist and Prelude enthusiast, and he told us:1. We paid way too much for the vehicle (the purchase price was double the value of the vehicle, although we were given a discount for state vehicle taxes - which I did appreciate). I questioned this price prior to purchase, compared to another Prelude on Carfax and KBB valuations, and was told that it was because it was a manual transmission and type-SH.2. The left turn signal requirement to start the vehicle is not a security feature - it is indicative of an igntion problem.3. In addition to replacing the ignition, the timing belt and thermostat must be replaced.I expected to have to replace components of the vehicle due to the age and mileage, my major problem with this transaction is the seeming lack of transparency and integrity. I get that as a business owner you must cover costs and generate a profit - just disappointed when it is done so at the extreme disadvantage of others.Initially I was prepared to travel to purchase another vehicle from Pine Hill Auto in the future, because I thought they were honest and fair, however I will not be doing so after this experience. Thats just my perspective. Obviously others had a better experience than I did.

I just bought a used car from Pine Hill Auto today, and it was such a fabulous experience. Ricky and the other guys were extremely friendly and courteous.I always bring a used car to my trusted mechanic before I buy it, and Ricky was totally fine with that and didnt rush me at all. My mechanic was impressed with the car, saying that Pine Hill had clearly gone over the car well, changing all the filters etc. When I went back to Pine Hill with the couple of minor notes that my mechanic had brought up, Ricky fixed them for me and I brought the car home this afternoon.I cant rate these guys highly enough, it was honestly just a really great experience and easily the least stress Ive had buying a car.

The purchase was for my son’s 1st car so we had a budget in mind on what to spend. We found a car within his budget and took it for a test drive. Overall the car sounded and felt good but we had some questions (there were many to follow too) for Ricky. He answered all of them truthfully and explained in detail what was going on with the car. They even put the car on the lift for us so we could see under the car. We NEVER felt any pressure to purchase the car and always had a good feeling about doing business with Ricky and Woody. We purchased the car which was the best decision and best value for my son. We did have some issues that needed to be resolved but Ricky covered ALL of them under his 2 week warranty promise. He went above and beyond to fix all the issues. Ricky and Woody have my family’s business for life.

I traveled from out of state to Derry, NH area looking for a BMW and found one on Pine Hill Auto’s website. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by the owners son. I took my time looking around the lot at multiple different cars they had available. I will say every car I looked at (BMW or not) was very clean inside and out. They definitely take their time detailing and making the vehicles presentable. What was more impressive to me was how friendly, honest and upfront Ricky and Woody were. They were very straight forward about any car I had questions about giving thorough explanations and history about the cars. These guys are legit. They are not your typical car salesmen, they by no means pressure you into anything. I left Friday afternoon without a car and went back Saturday to test drive the car I ended up buying again, I wanted to take it on the highway and actually got stuck in traffic and was gone for about 40 minutes, they didn’t say anything negative. Before purchasing I asked them if they could even put it on the lift so I could take a look under neath. They had no problem. The price was fair and I like how they also service cars. We recently bought a VW Jetta from Pine Hill Auto for our 16 year old. The next day the check engine light came on. I instructed my daughter to bring the car back to see what the problem was. Ricki told ya it’s an issue with VW and he would take care of it. Less than a week later the car was fixed and returned to us the very next day. The overall performance of the vehicle is much better. As repeat customers, the treated us very well. I cannot say enough about Ricki and Matt. Their customer service, professionalism and honesty is top notch! I bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue in July of this year and Rick and the guys made the buying process extremely easy and for me when buying a vehicle it can be very stressful and Rick made sure that I was not stressed during this process in anyway. Rick also put in a brand new battery, two new front tires and a front end alignment all for free. After I had been driving for a few weeks I had noticed a very minor issue and Rick was extremely helpful and fixed it immediately and I’ve never had another issue with my rogue. Rick and the guys are very friendly and knowledgeable and actually funny. Recently bought a jeep from these guys. Richard was my point of contact and you can tell he is a genuine family man. He doesnt beat around the bush and was 100% up front and honest with me. I bought a 2004 jeep liberty. when i test drove it there was an issue with the battery and he told me he would put in a brand new one and did, instead of just replacing it with a working battery. He follows through with his word and makes buying a car a very easy process. Hes very fair with his prices and is is far from greedy. I felt assured i was not getting ripped off and would happily buy from them again. I will be bringing my car to him for work as he has a shop onsite as well. Awesome place, I purchased a 2010 VW CC from Pine Hill Auto on April of 2016. Great experience shopping with these guys. Accommodated to my needs and the car is running great. Shortly after I bought the car a light symbol came on. Woody took it back in and identified the problem which was a rear reverse light outage. The wiring harness was getting pinched somewhere while opening and closing the trunk. Woody fixed that at no cost. 6 months later I was experiencing shaking in my car, as well as flat tires. I took it back in and Ricky explained that it was an alignment issue, they explained that my two rear tires were being ruined by this issue. After looking back on the paper work, he identified that the alignment was never done in January 2016 when they put the new tires on, from April when I purchased the car. Ricky then put 2 new tires on, aligned them all promptly. Ive had 2 issues with the vehicle and Pine Hill has stuck to their word since the first day I went there. Couldnt be happier with the purchase and the service I have received.

Bought a used Rav4 from Pine Hill at the end of December at a great price. The car developed an intermittent noise. Went back to Pine Hill. Woody put it up on the lift and found a plastic push pin was missing probably from hitting a piece of ice. He replaced it for no charge. Very good customer service.Highly recommend them.

I recently bought a 07 jeep commander from Pine Hills. The salesman/ mechanic was very upfront and honest with me. Gave me the history of the car and things to watch for. I brought the car home and drove it for a few days. Being a used car and from New Hampshire, I discovered several problem s with the car. I called Rick and expressed my concerns. He took the jeep in and examined the problems. He called me and gave me several options to fix the problems. Although I chose to pay a little extra for the repairs; he had other solutions in which he would do free of charge. I just decided to use premium parts and the labor was free. Rick is an honest guy and highly reccomend going to Pine Hills for a decent used car and outstanding customer service. There are alot of swindlers selling used cars but the guys at Pine Hills are not. Go there.

The master cylinder blew a week into owning the vehicle and I called Ricky and he had me in the shop THE FOLLOWING MORNING. He legitmetly has stayed an hour after close to get my car settled out so it is in great shape for me to drive and commute to work and college. Ricky and Woody are not just car dealers but people I can actually call friends after buying this car they did that well of a job and handled all problems very professionally.
