I have never had an experience with a business that was so personal, so knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and honest.Prior to going to Stevens Auto, Dyna Tune looked at my car and gave me a 1000+ bill, and said that I may as well junk the car.I was refered to Stevens Auto by a friend that had gone there for years. I made an appointment and they took it right in the next day. Jon looked over the car and the ticket Dyna Tune gave me...and to my surprise he told me there was nothing wrong accept for couple of small things, which he pointed out to me. I also had a little bit of body rot he took the extra time to fix, so I could get it inspected.I am so grateful for them and will never go to any other mechanic. I highly recommend them. In the end I paid about 300 bucks and its running great. I am so glad I asked for a second opinion.Thank you guys so much.

I have been using Stevens Auto for years... well experienced auto techs with excellent service. I picked up my BMW X3 today from Jon that was repaired in a timely fashion and also very fairly priced. I recommend them to all my friends and family when they run into a issue with their vehicle or even simple maintenance. Not the typical shop trying to empty your wallet, straight forward honest business.

Came into Stevens and saw Jon with hopes of fixing an ongoing ABS issue that Ford could not figure out. Ford wanted to replace my whole ABS module (very expensive) but i had a feeling that was not the issue. I thought it could be wiring since the issue was happening during rain but ford insisted the wiring was not the issue. Well turns out is WAS the issue and Jon figured it out very quickly. He fixed the wiring and saved me a TON of money. Great place with HONEST mechanics. I highly recommend you come here. Will always refer people to them from now on and Im never bringing my car anywhere else! a great mechanic is a godsend and you can find them here!

I came here for an oil change and both Jimmy and Johnny were absolutely amazing. Both were friendly and kind and got me in on the same day. Great service. Highly reccomend this shop and will definitely will be coming back here

I tried to get a quote for my bmw.. I waited for Jon to finish dealing with an older customer so I can inquire on my quote and his entire demeanor changed by the time I hit the counter. Didnt seem interested in wanting to even what the crankcase breather replacement would even consist of. I asked for their shop rate 3 times until he hit me with a dealership rate. Since It was so hard to get help I suggest dont bother inquiring with JON atleast attitude and all

I have been dealing with them for about 15 years over 4 different vehicles once each car wad out of maintenance coverage. Saab 9000. Audi A4. Jeep Grand Cherokee and Lexus RX330. Was able to keep all if these in excess of 200k miles. Was able to get higher than normal trade in on all these due to excellent service records.And condition of vehicles

I moved to Derry less than a year ago, and when my starter failed one morning, I looked online for a shop that seemed trustworthy and not too overpriced (my vehicle tends to be on the expensive side when it comes to repairs). Stevens absolutely lived up to the reputation that is reflected by their online reviews. Not only was the work done promptly, but the price was on the lowest end of any estimates I had looked up. Jon was detailed in his assessment of the vehicle condition and the work he had done when I picked it up the next day. He informed me of an oil leak but did not push immediate repairs like many dealerships or chain repair shops. I was greatly impressed with my first experience at Stevens; if youre considering this shop, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Brought car to Stevens 5 mos ago for a problem I thought was a key issue based on internet research. Jon replaced starter+alternator. Fast forward 5 months the wiring harness melted so brought car back. Jon discovered starter was defective and replacement/repairs covered by starter manufacturer. This is where Stevens Auto could have tried to double dip... they could have said only the parts were covered or the warranty was out so I could have had to pay all or partial replacement/etc... but instead, they were *HONEST.* Im impressed enough that I will be having them do more work in future on my familys vehicles.

I have a 2004 Pontiac Sunfire that has been solely maintained by Jon at Stevens Foreign Auto. This is an old car with a lot of problems but Jon has always been very helpful and respectful of my limited budget. He always gets the car in right away, and fixes my issues quickly without the usual upsell you get at a dealership. I live out of state now but still today if I have a problem I call up Jon before I take the car in for anything. Great place with honest, hard working techs.

Seven days ago, I took my Mini Cooper to Stevens. The first time Ive ever been in there. I have a house right across the street and have seen them around for 20 years.I wanted to get a new gas filter for the Mini. They are different than other cars. Its a huge filter and its under the back seat. You literally have to take the back seat out to change the gas filter.The car is 9 years old with 67,000 miles on it. So I told the guy (Steven maybe?) what I wanted. He just negated everything and tried to sell me service I didnt want. The first thing he said is that you cant change the gas filters on the Minis. Uh, yes you can. Then he started asking me why I wanted it changed. Well, it has a slight hesitation when taking off. I thought a new filter would help. He asked how many miles and I told him. Oh, you need new plugs and a tune up. You should get your oil changed and fluids changed.I change my coolant and oil often. And Mini doesnt recommend new plugs until 100,000 miles. I told him that Id just rather have the gas filter changed. He finally went and got a book and admitted that, well, whaddya know, yes they are changeable. I asked about his availability and a price. He took my number (still trying to talk me into other services I didnt want) and said hed call me with a price. That was seven days ago.Never heard from him again. My feelings about this place, based on my 10 minute exposure to them is PASS. The guy tells you what he THINKS (cant change the gas filter), tries to talk you into stuff you dont want and then doesnt follow up.Probably a RIP OFF place if you ask me.
