I had an emergency water leak on an outdoor faucet that was driving up my water bill so it needed to be fixed ASAP! Clark came out within 10 minutes of my call and replaced the leaky faucet with a new one, and new piping and new shutoff valve. Extremely professional and expert service at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again for future plumbing needs! Clark was awesome and very efficient, he aims to please the customer and he definitely did for me!!

I havent forgotten to office personnel who have been so helpful and knowledgeable. They return calls as promised and always answer the phone. Daigle journeymen had a huge messy job (replace oil tank) and were very efficient, organized, professional and worked well as a team. They never complained about the gross working conditions. In fact, they were having a great time. I enjoyed having them here. I will use them forever.

Horrible. I booked 2 weeks in advance for them to come today 7/14 to fix 4 issues in my house. ***I called THEM*** to confirm 3 hours before the appointment, (they did NOT call me or communicate with me in any way). They told me on this call they could not come because they had an emergency.Later the manager I spoke to told me someone actually quit. She gave me an attitude too about how its not her fault this happened, and they would not accommodate in any other way. Not sure what the truth is but extremely unprofessional and I will not be calling them again. I recommend using any of the other plumbers in the area instead.

I called Daigle Plumbing with a couple of issues. When Clarke came to my house he was professional, friendly (even to my dog!) and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was happening and my options. There was no pressure to go the more expensive route, he just gave me all the facts. He fixed both my toilet and my shower. They installed a Mitsubishi heat pump system and it is brilliant!!! The team that came in were professional, courteous and on the mark! This was the second company that I called regarding issues I was having with what up the showers in my house. The technician (Clarke) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding the issue I was having. He was able to accurately assess the issue and fix it in a very short amount of time, the same day he came to the house for the assessment. The cost to fix this issue was at least $1000 less than what the other company had estimated. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience.

We had our furnace serviced the week before open house to sell. Our furnace needed to be replaced and we were able to get a timely quote and installation if we wanted seamlessly. The real reason Im writing is sometimes kindness matters more. I was home with my daughter and was really overwhelmed about this news. Timmy was so reassuring taking time to go over every option. My curious and percotious 4 year asking questions. He could likely sense I was stressed and knelt down to talk to her, tell her what he was doing, and made sure I didnt need to apologize. He shared he is a dad himself and truly spent so much time even asking her name. He told her where she could stand safely to watch and kept reassuring me about my daughter and the situation. To us, character mattered the most when he was flexible and reassuring and also gave us all the options to be informed. He left wishing us luck in our new house and we will be sure to request him and Daigle because this interaction had such integrity it left such a good impression.

We recently had our water heater replaced with a larger, more efficient model. Clarke, the plumbing contractor, was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed by the service!

I have asked that management cal me to work this out, but so far no one has. I was told that the repair of a drain was going to take all afternoon and that the cost would be so high (north of $1100) because of the parts and labor involved. Assuming $50 worth of parts (PVC pipe and fittings), the calculation for hourly rate is ridiculous.Long story short - they were done in an hour - from the time they got out of the truck until the time they asked to be paid.I have no problem with someone making a living. But $525 per man-hour is criminal!By the way, I had previously bought a water heater from them. It failed during the last month of the warranty. I got a free replacement, but the labor cost I had to pay was several times the cost of the water heater. I won’t be doing business with them again.

One morning last week I realized my boiler was not working. (It had been installed by a different company over 10 years ago.) Having dealt with Daigle about a different issue some time back, I called them on Thursday morning. Within 3 hours, there was a technician here. He did a deep check on the boiler and was very specific, showing me, what the options were, what parts would need to be ordered and replaced. There was also the option of replacing it. After my seeing the evidence of trouble, I told him I tended to think I’d have it replaced. He called his supervisor, who said he would stop by. Was here within half an hour. I appreciated his unbiased explanation of my options. I decided I needed a new boiler. The next morning, Friday, a team of two arrived with all they needed to install a (seriously) beautiful new boiler. The replaced pipes and joints that needed replacing, but made use of ones that were okay. Everything was explained to me - very much appreciated. They worked neatly and left the area clean. Also, I appreciated that, each time, they called when they were on their way and arrived on time. Would I recommend Daigle? Absolutely!

After finding out the Propane company my late husband & I had for over 19 yrs would be SO expensive & not only that, but told me they would not be able to install until much later after the holidays. And this well known Propane company knew my old heating system in which they were supposed to keep up & care for, was Not working correctly & we would be out of heat any day.Daigle was a Wonderful Blessing to my home! Honesty, Integrity,Trust is on the front page of their website. They caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. They were hard to get a hold of to talk about the damage. Never once did I receive a call from the owner or anyone with an apology. The only call I received was the next day for payment on service (they didnt charge me for all the repairs to fix their mistake).Its in the insurance companies hands now. I would not recommend them.

My jet pump (inside basement) ran until the motor overheated without pressurizing the water tank. This happened at about 9:00 PM whereupon I called Daigle. Daigles emergency response person immediately answered, listened to my issue and asked if someone was needed immediately. We decided I could wait until the next day whereupon I was contacted at exactly 8:00 AM as promised. Within a half hour, Clark arrived at my house, checked everything out and resolved the problem. I have used Daigle for several projects ranging from a hot water heater replacement, to installation of a Mitsubishi Mini Split HVAC system. Daigles staff is professional, responsive and fast. They have never disappointed me and I highly recommend them.

Recently I needed to have an issue with a toilet fixed. I called Daigle Plumbing and tp my surprise a real person was on the line. She was very responsive to my concerns and we scheduled a service call for a few days out as my situation was not an emergency. We discovered a leak in our hot water tank. Called Daigle and the tech responded right away. He was here within a half hour. He was able to diagnose a bad well in the tank. He replaced it and were all set. He was very friendly, personable and professional. This is what I have come to expect from Daigle and why we continue to use their services.

I had no power for 15 hours. No heat. My forced hot water line didnt work. I called my oil company Rymes The technician came out said cant help you. Call a plumber. They gave me names. No one helped. My husband and I were very disappointed after our new Delta kitchen faucet was installed on our existing stainless steel double sink. It cost over $400 to get that done, but it rocked back and forth as the single back handle was used. It just wasn’t right. The plumber said that was the best he could do, everything was tight. I complained to Delta about their product; they got back to me and recommended a stabilizer plate. I notified Daigle, and the Operations Manager got back to me, wanted to make it right. Told me that Warren Daigle (Owner of Daigle) informed him that the stabilizer plate will not work for my faucet, he said he has run into this before and Delta has Stiffening Kits for my particular faucet. Apparently, vendors like Delta are much more open to helping customers directly, so Daigle asked me to order the part so I would receive it sooner. Within a week, the part was in. Daigle scheduled a convenient time for the plumber to return and install it. I’m happy! Happy with my sink, happy with the way Daigle interacted with me and got this corrected. Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Realizing there was not hot water in the house with a hot water tank going on 10 years, I called late one night and Warren answered the call by talking me through some troubleshooting but to no avail. Got a call from Mike early the next morning and had Jim and Kris scheduled to come out for a possible replacement with a new tank the same day. What impressed me the most was that there was a concerted effort to try and fix the issue rather than simply going for a new tank which I appreciated (would be less than an ideal Christmas with an expenditure of this magnitude). Jim and Kris talked with manufacturer and we got it working again (I feel like we are on borrowed time with this one but glad to potentially bridge a few months). I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to comment on the great service from Warren, Mike, Jim and Kris! Keep our name on that new tank guys!Fast forward about a year and we had to “pay back” the borrowed time on the water tank after it began having more fits and starts. Had Kevin provide a quote on tankless water heater which was more than reasonable. Team was at the house the following Monday to install. Continue to be impressed with the level of service and commitment to the customer. Great job and would highly recommend Daigle.

Daigle recently did some work for us during a remodeling job. I called a few companies and they were the only ones to call back. I texted them photos of the work we wanted done which made it easier for us. They came quickly, listened to what we wanted, explained everything being done and were patient and polite. This is to thank the staff at Daigle Plumbing in particular Steve Martin for their expertise and tenacity in solving a problem. I had a highly intermittent problem with my Rinnai hot water heater. This was a problem that at least 3 Daigle plumbers, 5 Rinnai customer support specialists and an expert on Rinnai equipment from Daigle’s distributor had never seen before. However they worked diligently eliminating a long list of possible causes. In the end they ended up replacing 2 components in the unit. Steve admitted that in 10 years of working on Rinnai heaters that he had never replaced those components. Many thanks to Steve and the team for bringing this unit back to life.

Derrick came in and fixed the problem that another plumbing company did a very shoddy job on. He was very business like. Repaired the problem and put a warranty on the work. Do not go anywhere else in my opinion.

Your two technicians just left after finishing up on an issue we were having with our Rinnai water heater. From the moment they got here, after they reviewed my need, they explained what they would be doing. I let them go to it and in less than an hour they were done. Steve the head tech explained thoroughly what they found and how they addressed there findings. I tested the water system and it works much better.From my initial call for service with Michelle and her follow up with an even sooner appointment, to Steve and Jason servicing the water heater I couldnt be more pleased. Ill be sure to contact you guys for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Daigle PH came out to help me with a heating zone issue. It was a quick simple fix for the technician. I was pleasantly surprised when he took a look at some other concerns I had. In this day and age I am used to people trying to get in an out as fast as possible and just collecting their money. From my questions and showing him the system he helped identify some work that I should have done and explained exactly why it should be done. He gave me a rough idea on pricing and said that he would give the information to the office when he got back for a formal quote. The office gave me a call the next day with a formal quote. There was no pressure to complete the work which I appreciated. I would recommend Daigle PH to anyone.

Happiness is a Daigle Plumbing and Heating truck pulling in your driveway. This is a family owned business and you feel it within every interaction with ANY of their staff. Intelligent, courteous, professional, and integrity are just some of the words I would use to describe this business. We had 4 other plumbing companies price out our water pump issues and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM tried to upsell us. Daigle came in and immediately diagnosed the problem- to which my husband mentioned the upgraded pump we had been offered previously by others- and they determined that it was completely unnecessary for our home. There is no one else I would ever use!

Daigle service person showed up right on time as scheduled which I appreciated..and was friendly and personable. Fixed a tight cover on my water filter cap and showed me how to handle the system. Serviced my heating system and gave me a few pointers and advice..fast, friendly and efficient..just what I wanted. I would certainly recommend Daigle to anyone that wants great qualified service at a reasonable price.

From the secretary who cheerfully answers the phones (and remembers your voice the next time you call), to the quality of their products (I recently purchased and had them install a touch kitchen faucet which we love), to the very qualified and knowledgeable technician/plumbers! I usually request Mike V-hes friendly and will actually take the time to explain to me in laymans terms what broke and what/how he is fixing the issue. Great experience, had initial issues with heat on 1st cold spell and determined a bad devices caused issue. Steve quickly identified issues, corrected and were back to Caribbean water temp style in NH home !!!
