My check engine light and tire pressure light both came on, so I stopped in on Friday. They couldnt fit me in that day, so they let me make an appointment for Sunday. I was in and out pretty quickly (as quickly as any other shop), and Brandys customer service was phenomenal. She updated me when they started or finished something, and was just generally great. Definitely taking my car here for any other issues!

Got my brakes done, tire rotation, oil change. They cross threaded one of my bolts on the tire rotation and they didn’t realign my rear brakes when they finished. Don’t care for safety or customer service.

Highly recommend these guys! I am very fond of my locally owned mechanic (Maple Garage- check them out), but they are not open on the weekends and due to a flat tire/need for an oil change I had to go elsewhere.I tend to be suspicious of chain auto shops as they like to upsell/add on charges so I was nervous going to Pep Boys but I was in for a pleasant surprise! During the whole experience, I felt well-informed on the status of my vehicle, and well-respected, even as a female car owner (not trying to pull the gender card, but....its the reality sometimes). They found nails in two of my tires and I had to get all four replaced which took all day, but due to the length of my wait they took the oil change off my bill! Without me even asking! TLDR: This is a great spot, fantastic customer service and they get the job done.

I’ve been going here for a few years now with my vehicle and with Uber vehicles. Usually they are pretty nice and willing to put on parts if I bring them in. But they always take a very long time and multiple times I’ve been bumped in the line because they scheduled incorrectly. I’ve always been loyal and would prefer to take my car to the same mechanic. However, I’ve tried to schedule an appointment for new brakes. I’ve called Thursday, Friday, and Sunday and apparently no one was there to answer the phones. I want to continue working with them but I can’t seem to schedule an appointment.

I only go to dealerships to get services done because so many other businesses just don’t get the job right. I just had a patched tire that I needed to put back on, and needed an oil change as well. I stopped into this Pep Boys because it was closest for me to drive with the tiny spare tire. Brandy’s relaxed but cheerful energy was refreshing! She was very helpful in answering some tire questions, and even offered me chocolate while I waited. Not to mention the tech got the tire on, and an oil change done within an hour or less. Will definitely be back!

I had an issue with one of my wheels after these guys swapped my tires (my fault the issue occurred) and they sent someone to drive out, and assist me with my issue.They went above and beyond what was reasonable and really made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend. They have late hours in the week days also which is great if you work 9-5 and need work done during the week.

Sometime after they changed my oil, my Jeep started leaking an oily substance. I explained to Rich at Pep Boys before I brought it in that I didn’t know what kind of oil it was or if was coming from the differential, suspension system, etc. A day without my car ended in me picking it up and Rich said they don’t do suspension systems so take it to dealer. I got a strong feeling that no one looked underneath my Jeep. Pep Boys charged me an inspection charge.The dealer charged me again and had my car over the weekend just to tell me that the oil filter was loose from my original oil change at Pep Boys.After 1+3 = 4 days without my car for a Pep Boy mechanic not doing their job, then Pep Boys either charging me for an inspection that didn’t happen or they were not able to recognize an oil filter leak they installed, I don’t see how they expect to gain credibility in this neighborhood that I have lived in for 20 years now.

We are from out of state and our alternator decided to go out. We had no idea where to start to get our car fixed on a Sunday. My husband called this Pep Boys and explained the situation to the sweet lady that answered she told us she would fit us in and help us out. Brandy and the service tech went above and beyond to help us. The job took longer then anticipated but they stayed open late and made sure we were able to get on with our vacation. This is never a fun situation but we were blessed to have come in contact with such a caring shop to help us! Thank you!!

Brandy Mixon was wonderful! She went out her way to make sure we made it home. We’re from Missouri and we visited Denver for Labor Day weekend and we didn’t realize til Sunday that we desperately needed an oil change. The car was running pretty bad. We came in an hour before close on Saturday and she had us scheduled for first thing the next morning, meaning ON Labor Day. The mechanic got the job done real fast and they even pointed out an issue that could have been devastating. If we would have broken down in Kansas, we would of had to pay thousands to get home and we had our 2 year old in the car! Great service and great job! Definitely recommend them.

Ive been here for two hours for a simple flat tire with a piece of glass in it. Techs keep going outside to smoke. You hafta take the top off the toilet to flush it. Manager took close to eight minutes to ask what I need. NEVER again! There are three of us customers here. Rich, Mgr, is on the phone and just used the word fing! Very unprofessional!

Needed a brake line fixed asap one day around 4:30 and they got it done and back to me by 6 because I really needed my car to get into the mountains that night. So helpful and cool about me asking for such a tall favor. reasonable price and great guys

Very poor service. Called to set up two appointments. The first one they never entered in the system. The second appointment they had sold the tires I had asked for to a walk-in customer the day before. Front desk was very little help and made the same mistakes consistently.

Not impressed with the tire service. It was doe in a timely manner and the people were friendly, but all 4 tires were at different pressures 2 of the 4 had no caps and appears they dident change the valve stems. Shoddy service at best.

Terrible service— do NOT waste your time or money here!!My partner and I made an appointment two days in advanced to have our tires rotated and balanced. We dropped the car off on time and were told it would take 30-60 minutes max. Two and a half hours later the car still wasn’t done. They finally call to tell us that the car is ready, but when we show up they say it’ll still be another 20-30 minutes. They apparently found a screw in our tire and patched the hole, and the reason our 30-60 minutes took nearly three hours is because of some unexpected engine fire with another car — which is understandable; they couldn’t have possibly planned for it, but they certainly could have called us to tell us about the delay, and they didn’t. Then, once the tech comes out and tells us our car is finally ready, he says that he couldnt actually balance the tires because there was too much mud on them and the tech said, as rude as possible, that he’s “not in the business of washing tires.” My tire pressure gauge was still on, but he said there was nothing they could do. If they can’t properly balance dirty tires— and they have a business IN Colorado, where people frequently have dirty tires, why would they not have told us that before we brought the car in for the tires to be balanced? Then we could have washed our tires— which actually had dust on them but absolutely no mud stuck in the treads or anywhere on the tires. Or, once they saw the tires and couldn’t properly balance them while ‘dirty,’ why not call us to have us pick the car up/wash the tires— especially since we were already waiting for almost three hours for nothing? Also, nearly a day after my ‘service,’ my front passenger tire was completely flat. So not only did they never fix the hole they found, they actually made it worse because I didn’t have a flat before! I’m absolutely appalled that we paid money and waited three hours for such lazy, unprofessional service. Do NOT waste your time or money here!

Let me start by saying this is the Sunday before Christmas 2018. The new assistant Manager Brandy was great !!! She located the tires I needed right away while I was on the phone with her ( I’d been looking for my size, in stock for 2 days) and set an appointment for me within the hour. I went there and they mounted and balanced my hard to find tires right away. The total was LESS, yes, LESS than initially quoted. I love the Falken tires they put on my Ford Focus Titanium!!! Rode home on Cloud 9!!! Thank you for saving my holiday season!!!

Made an online reservation to have my a/c checked out. When I got to the store I was informed that no one there is certified to perform such a service. Probably shouldnt offer a service that you are not prepared to perform.

Horrible service, horrible place!!! i called ahead of time and they told me he wait is 1 hour for suspension system check and break check, i left my job immediately at 4 to beat the rush hour, got there in 20 min, they took my info and the key for my car, after 1 hour, my car was in the same spot, i inquired about it, they told me it is next, after waiting for 2 hours, the tech came to me and said that his master tech got stock on the last car and he is not sure how long it will take..clearly he wanted me to leave because he was so ready to handle me the key, never apologized or offer a compensation either a free checkup and first in line for next visit, i understand they were busy and things happen, but that is no way t treat a customer... I just had the feeling he just wanted me out of there..there are many of tire shop around , ill never go back to this one...this happened on the main shop 487 S Broadway, Denver, CO 80209 and not this one....

I came here on a Sunday afternoon to check my cars brakes because they had been making some squealing noise. After they took a look, to my surprise, they let me know that everything was fine, and the noise actually came from the lack of lubrication on the pads. I asked if they could lubricate the brakes and they courteously did so free of charge. The noise was gone after and I really appreciate their honest, prompt and kind service!

I called 2 hours before they closed (that guy) needing 4 new tires. Good work, quick and professional employees. Got a great deal for a really terrible situation.

Scheduled appt at 11am.Said would be 45 min for alignment.Showed up 2pm (3hrs later) and was told had not even looked at it yet. Borrowed car to get kids from school then picked truck up at 5pm. This was about 2 months ago. I didn’t leave review cuz I don’t usually do this.Yesterday, I noticed one tire had a lot of wear. Took to different pep boys and they said alignment was done wrong and now I need 2 new front tires. They fixed alignment... i think...

Made an appointment online because Im trying to leave town tomorrow and need an oil change. They call an hour before the appointment to tell me they dont have time to do it. What is the point of making an appointment? Very poor service.

I asked three times before paying if they would fill up my windshield wiper fluid. They didnt until I checked as I was about to leave then I asked a fourth time and they filled it up. Also they said my wait would be 30-45min and it end up being 75min.I had a situation in which Pep Boys turned out not to be liable but during the entire process of dealing with the manager and Area Director I was treated as if I were trying to steal something from them or accusing them of something they didnt do. Also after I made the situation known to the store manager he called me back and asked what color my car was and what kind of license plates I had. That is basic stuff cmon.

Much better than the Pep Boys across the street, where I have yet to get my car serviced in reasonable time. Manager was attentive, vehicle was finished on time, and they were willing to match another shops pricing on service.

Jason met us in the parking lot as we rolled in. He was super-helpful. Turns out we just needed a battery. Installed and out the door in like 10 mins.

I called 3 days ago and booked an appointment for today at 4 and arranged my work schedule to make said appointment. Not only was my appointment not found when I arrived, I was met with zero apology from the staff for their mistake.

Every single time I go there and request an oil change there is always a wait consisting of hours or literally days. They turn away oil change requests because they dont make money off of them therefore its not a priority. But they advertise that they perform oil changes. What gives? When this location was still Just Brakes I was never turned away or been made to wait more than 30 minutes. Pep Boys, if oil changes arent profitable enough then you need to remove it from the list of services you provide.

I made an appointment online for a $19.99 oil change. When I arrived I informed them who I was and was here for the oil change. He told me it would be $36. I told him about the offer I received and even pulled it up on my phone and he said okay no problem. They had signs everywhere of their guaranteed 30 minute oil change and free WiFi. No wifi and 90 minutes later my car was ready and again I was told $36. When I showed the manager on their website where I made the appt which still offered a $19.99 oil change he refused to honor it and stated he Wasnt responsible for online offers. He charged me $25 dollars and said thats close enough. Was losing my business really worth $5?
