I walked in with a flat tire on a rim. They were very nice, but couldnt get to me for several hours. I guess they felt sorry for me, being from out of state. They had a new tire put on in 30 minutes and I was on my way!

My husband and I had exceptional service here. Our vehicle was towed here on a Sunday following a minor accident, and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. They also worked with us over several weeks while the vehicle was at their location while we sorted out details on how to get everything fixed. Highly recommend this facility.

DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE - NOT EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. This Firestone cost me over $3,000 in damages to my vehicle after a simple oil change. When I took my car back in to address an oil leak after an oil change that they performed, they found major leaks throughout my car and said that it wasnt their fault because there was evidence that these leaks had been occurring for a while and only recently got bad. However, Ive been taking this vehicle to the same Firestone for over a year and they never mentioned anything about oil leaks in the past. On numerous occasions, they have also tried to charge/upsell me for services included in my warrantee or otherwise. This location is always busy and does not spend the time or energy that your vehicle deserves. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.

They allow one of their employees to sit in the parking lot blasting an unbelievably loud sound system, rattling the pictures on the back wall our apartment, his windows down at 7am waking us from a dead sleep. He does this at the end of every day. Unbelievable.

Staff very rude. Not friendly. I came 45 minutes before closing for a plug in my tire. He was rude and said tomorrow. I get that they wanted to go home. So I called capital hill auto repair and they were closed but still helped me after hours. Very friendly and great experience.

Scheduled an oil change. Then they told me I needed an air filter change which looks like its basically a scam they run judging by the number of people who mention it. The air in my cabin smells funny now where it was perfectly fine before. Went in for an alignment as well and they did a poor job judging by the fact that the car veers right when I release the steering wheel.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place

Took my truck to get new tires cv joint and upper control arm on my 98 explorer 1200.00. I had repairs i made on motor that they ended up tampering with. I devolved a coolant leak. Oh best part they never called to say hey we need to replace your camber bolts, instead they wrote on repair invoice need camber bolts did our best. Dont ever go to Firestone they are a rip off completely. If I could give zero stars I would.

I just needed a flat repaired. I was the first one in the door at 9am and they said itd be an hour and a half. They called me an hour later to let me know they found some issues with my vehicle. Other than a flat tire they should not have done any sort of inspection. They told me my service light was on and its time for an oil change. This was a flat out lie. The light was not on when I dropped the car off or when I picked it up and Im over 500 miles away from my next oil change. They also told me my air filter was dirty. Why would they need to open my hood and then open my air filter compartment just to change the tire. While they were trying to find problems with the car they should have just been fixing the tire.I had serious doubts about using them and should have trusted my instincts. I felt as though they just try to do all they can to stick you for extra service.

I have tried many auto and tire shops in the Denver area and I keep coming back to this downtown Firestone on Broadway. From my experience Firestone locations quality comes directly from its service staff and managers. Tyler, the manager at this location is hands-down the easiest and best manager Ive worked with at an auto shop. He takes his time to understand your issue and I have never had a problem with the work quality, price or time it has taken once I drop my truck off. I will be back again and again even though I dont live in the neighborhood anymore.A+++!!!

They tried charging me for work they did not do. I went in for an oil change and alignment. I received a call hours later that they needed to do $800 worth of work in order to do my alignment correctly, so I told them to just do the oil change. When I picked up my car and went to pay, they included the alignment work even though they didnt do it. Never going here again.

Ethics, Ethics Ethics. This place had my permission to replace my tires on my 4wd, oil change and the cabin filter. They found a nail in the right front tire, repaired, rotated and put back in service. They prepared 2 quotes of replacement tires for months down the road.. saving $700 bill.....I will always appreciate the honesty and integrity. Great group of professionals!!!!!

Weve been loyal Firestone customers until we went to this location. First time we went we wanted to know if they were able to do a repair on a mirror. They said we had to make an appointment to find out of they even did the service, so we left. We went across the street to Goodyear and they were very helpful. Second time my husband went 8-12-2020 at 10:15 am. He needed air in the tire. They said to come back in one week. They said the air was broken. How can they possibly sell tires with no ability to put air in the tires? They just dont want to help you. Its too bad as I own six cars and buy tires regularly, but not from them I promise you that. The Superior, CO location is outstanding. This one is the antithesis of Superior.

Came in for a simple tire rotation. I didn’t have an appointment so, I assumed that I would be there for hours. Approached the front desk receptionist “Hana” and she was delightful. Said she can “try my best to find a spot” for me. Although I had my doubts because the mechanics looked busy, and we’re in a pandemic so I didn’t expect anything. 15 minutes later; my tires were rotated and I was on my way! If you choose Firestone dont go to this one. They installed a brand new clutch on my truck that lasted just barely after a year. Warranty only lasts one year and im left with thousands in repairs for something that should have been done right the first time as i was told by the store. Not to mention the day after i get the truck back the shift lever comes out of the transmission as im driving on the highway, the bolt was not tightened in the rod. Manager tells me sorry what do you want me to do about it? Since i put it back together myself to get home. What kind of service is that!?!?!?! Had to have a different firestone take care of the job.

Made an appointment online, showed up for my appointment to be told their online doesn’t work and I didn’t have an appointment.. annoying but whatever. I make an appointment in person and let them know what I needed.Show up for my appointment again.. the desk guy says their not supposed to do what I need (trade a tire to a new rim) but they take my keys and I walk home.I get a call 30 minutes later saying they can’t do the work.. I reiterated that I came in person and why would they take my keys if they couldn’t do it? They tell me that’s not what I said on the phone I needed.. problem is we never spoke on the phone.Utter waste of time.

Scheduled a 7am alignment appointment today and one day last week. I have the lifetime alignment service. The appointment last week was great. In and out in an hour. Today, I got a call after an hour and twenty minutes saying that some of my headlights werent working. I said they could fix them, even though the brights worked. They then called and said it would be a major, very costly repair. I told them I didnt have time to wait. They then broke part of the bumper in the reassembly, and now none of my headlights work. I went to get tires aligned and left with 2 major issues to repair, none of which I asked them to address or look at. I guess this is what the lifetime alignment gets you...

I recently bought a 2021 Mazda CX-30, and within a month I got a nail in one of my tires. I went to Firestone in the hopes of getting it patched, but unfortunately it was a nail in the side of the tire, so it needed to be replaced. I went back to my dealership and they informed me it would cost upwards of $250 for a new tire, and that they would cover the cost of labor. I called Firestone back, and they quoted me a price of $170 including labor. The tire arrived much faster than anticipated. When I went in to get it replaced, Firestone completed the work within a half hour. I also walked out with new roadside assistance for all of my tires for only $100, which prorates the cost of any repairs needed in the future. Thank you Tony!

I scheduled an appointment at 9am last Wednesday and was super disappointed with the lack of communication I had throughout the entire day. I needed an oil change and I asked them to look at my breaks and my air conditioner. I was initially quoted $150 for my visit and ended up paying $300. When I arrived, they told me that it would be done between 12-1. I called at 12 to see if it was done and Hannah (who was really nice), said that it would now be finished between 2-3. I called again at 2:30 and asked again if it was done. Again, the time had changed on me. By 4pm I called and the guy who answered said it would be done by the time I got there. I do not understand what the point of scheduling an appointment was when I still had to wait 7 hours for my car to be done. I scheduled the appointment so that I would not have to wait that long, since I had errands to run on my day off (which I could no longer do due to zero communication). I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication and how the price doubled. My vehicle is a 2018 that I’ve had for two years, so I’m unsure of what caused the price I was quoted doubled. I do not appreciate being treated like a walk in when I had scheduled the appointment over a week prior. I will not be coming to this location again because my time is valuable and it was not treated as such.

Not pet friendly at all!!While traveling in the colorado region for work my van needed tires and TMPS maintenance ($1500) so I made an appt at this location. When I showed up I told them I had my travel animal (cat) with me. They said I could bring him inside the store but that I couldnt leave him in the van. I offered to kennel him inside the van but they said its not allowed and everyone was allergic. Itll be another week before I can get an appt, drop off is not an option, and Ill miss the sale price on my tires because I cant get service this weekend. In all my years traveling with my cat Ive never been told I cant leave my critter in the van while in a kennel. I do not recommend this location as it is not pet friendly.

I just arrived at the Broadway store after finding a nail in my tire this morning. Got it inflated enough to bring to the store but was told by the desk guy that they couldnt help me until Monday because they only have 3 technicians on today. I have a credit card with Firestone, bought several sets of tires from this store and have spent well over $4,000 in repairs here over the past 2 years and they cant even change out my spare so I have to wait for my AAA roadside assistance to come to their parking lot and change my tire. I will never spend another penny in this shop or any other Firestone shop again. Going back to Goodyear.

Theyve done the work right, but be cautious, they also do upsells right.Got charged 250 for the blower motor itself, which would cost around 60-120 online. The manager claimed that they always do a markup on any part so I wont comment on if thats a fair price.But they also suggested me to change my cabin air filter, which ironically, just had been changed by myself a day before.I personally wont recommend this place, but Im not a mechanic so a neutral 3 star is what I can give.

Gave two stars only because I never made it in to know if they are competent in the shop. I tried scheduling an appointment online and a couple days later I got an email that it didnt work so I had to call in and schedule over the phone. Then the day before I was supposed to bring my car in I received a call that they were overbooked and wanted to push it back for 6 days later. BI was about to schedule it and decided to confirm the original estimate I was given and it had somehow changed from $80 to $122. Complete waste of my time.

My tire was ready to blow out any minute. Stopped at this location early in the afternoon. When we 1st went in we were not greeted. Both employees at the front desk looked absolutely miserable and you tell they did not want to be there. We proceed to tell the male employee our situation and we need a tire same day. He looked and seen that they do indeed have our tire in stock. We said great, how long will it be? The male employee stated oh well you can come back Thursday were too busy. He could have told me this from the beginning! We asked if he could check if there were any other Firestone locations that could help us out, he stated oh I cant check that from my computer. Never did he check to see if they had any openings for the day nor did he ask anyone. I would not want an employee that seemed so miserable at my front desk. Absolutely worst service. Shout out to Pep Boys for fitting 1 tire into their jammed packed schedule, and having employees that dont hate their jobs. Do yourself a favor, drive 3 miles down Broadway and use Pep Boys to have a much better experience!

Do not use this business! I decided to gamble because I needed my brake pads changed and an oil change done on a Sunday. 10 hours and $100 later my car only had a simple oil change done. I had to call 5 times throughout the day to see what was happening with my car only to have someone be incredibly rude to me and tell me she couldn’t give me any information. Also after my car had been there for 3 hours I called to get a status and they hadn’t even realized I dropped my car off. As for my brake pads they told me the pads were still fine and I have “squeaky” brakes. I hardly believe brakes are naturally squeaky especially when I was told by Subaru the pads would need to be replaced in the next year when I had my car serviced a few months ago. I honestly got the impression the technicians are either lazy or ran out of time and just didn’t do the work I had scheduled. All in all horrible service and I wasted my day of not having my car for a VERY expensive oil change. I will never use Firestone again.

Unfortunately negative stars are not a thing. I had scheduled a 1:30 appointment on Saturday/told them I would pick up my car Sunday (they said it would be finished Saturday). Sunday at noon I had called ahead of coming in - they said it would be ready in 30 minutes.. stopped by at 2:00 and my car was not touched yet. The guy with bloodshot eyes from Pueblo, CO. said that these things happen, to be more patient and that it will be ready soon. I called the corporate customer service who told me that the district manager, Katrina, would call me soon. Guess who never called me but put a note on my file that this was resolved?

I took my car in for a 30 min. (max) inspection required by my employer. I had an appointment. I checked in at 7:42am. I was told by Tony, I could be an hour or hour and a half wait. Hmmm?????I stated in waiting area not more than 10 feet from front desk. 2 hours 45 min. later, I walked up to front desk to see about my car. The women at the front desk now seem totally without knowledge about my car. They found Tony, who came in and grabbed my cars paperwork. It had been ready who knows how long and NO BODY bothered to walk 10 feet to where I was sitting to let me know. Tony asked one of the women if she had called me. She acted like her mind was else where. And after a couple of more time asked, she said oh yeah. I called. Yet she didnt know what car we were talking about or what number she had called. I showed her my phone. There was no call from her listed. I would never go back there and I informed my employer of the service. They would even fill out the required inspection form for my work. NOPE never again!!!!

Tyler (Lakewood CO), the store manager is 100% ripping customers off, everyday. My fix required a part that cost pennies, Tyler wanted to charge over $700. Its unfortunate that these garages still prey on customers by recommending parts and labor on things that simply arent needed. Just look at all the poor ratings and reviews.

I had a flat tire yesterday and I stopped at this location around 5 PM. I asked the front desk if they could help me. They said no, and asked me to come back Thursday. They didnt even make the effort to check the tire. Horrible customer service.I ended up taking my car to Capitol Hill Auto, they were very welcoming and helpful, they fixed my tire in 5 minutes. Firestone Denver couldve won a new customer, if only they were willing to take a look at my tire.I definitely dont recommend this Firestone location.

I have been a loyal customer at this location. I scheduled an appointment, and when I arrived, the front desk team member asked if I would be willing to reschedule based on an overbooking. Because of this, he offered me 50% off my oil change service. I accepted the offer.When I returned, the bill was nearly over double what I was quoted from the previous sales person when he sent me away because of the overbooking. I asked for an explanation. The oil used was an unnecessary up-sell. In addition, there was a $10 fee for inspection which was not requested.Its truly disappointing. Luckily, there are many other options within a few blocks.

I took my car in to get my brakes fixed. They let me know that I didnt actually need new brakes for another 10,000 miles or so, but I did need a new battery. They swapped out the battery and did an oil change and my care runs great. I appreciate the honesty when they probably could have swapped out the brakes and charged me for it. I think the guys name was Reggie. Good people. I will definitely take my car back there in the future.

Great place and honest. I always tell them to do whatever my car needs and I have never felt that they found extra things to pad the bill. In fact, I find the techs cautious about doing too much work, and thats fine. Theyre happy to discuss what you car needs now and service that might be deferred for a bit. Prices are reasonable, and I got an excellent recommendation for tires for my car, which has an unusual factory tire size.

One of the best auto shop experiences I have had. I live out of town and my alternator failed while I was on the highway. I had my vehicle towed to the shop about 30 minutes before close. After explaining my situation Carlos did what he could with my vehicle in the parking lot and pulled in my car after closing time to guarantee they can work on it asap the next day. 2 hours after opening my car was ready to go and they included multiple discounts and coupons.

If youre trying to save time and Money dont go here. I dropped my car off at 8:30. Normally oil changes take about an hour. At around 10:40 I called and asked for a time frame. They hadnt started working on it and the man told me they wouldnt start working on until 2:30. I asked why it would take 6 hours for a standard oil change. The reciptionist then proceeded to tell me thats when he had scheduled it. Which made no sense. What was the point of scheduling it at 8:30 for it to maybe be done around 3:30 or even 4pm? I looked at the sheet I was given they were trying to charge me $50 for an oil change even though I had wanted a standard oil change they were charging me for all this extra work. I took my car to good year $20 and an hour later the oil change was complete. Save your time and your money stay away from this horrible place please.

Nothing like scheduling an appointment a week ago, leave the car waiting for them at 6am and overnight drop box keys, requested alignment be done by 2:30pm (8.5 hrs Im at work) arrive at 3:40 and car isnt done. Snooty who chick immediately has an attitude after asking for my last name and goes on to tell me I didnt have an appointment and walks out with out helping after i tell her her attitude stinks.. sup comes in to say they got delayed with an appointment before mine... with 9+ techs in the shop as i walked in..his words.. Made an appointment for an alignment, went in the next day and stood at the counter. Three employees standing around and there was no acknowledgment for about 10 minutes, tried to ask for service, nothing. Walked out after about 15 minutes ... no hello, no hold on a minute.Im not sure if I was even there, I think I was there.Anyway, I left and walked across the street to the Goodyear. The Goodyear person said, hello as I walked in the door. Told her I needed an alignment she asked me some questions and I was out of there in under 5 minutes.So if you walk into the Firestone, by mistake I assume, and no one says anything ... turn West, facing downtown and look across the street. Theres a Goodyear with nice, efficient people that will help you with your car.

Oil change was scheduled to be compete by a certain time and it didn’t happen. I have a pretty low bar and getting it done by the time promised is about my only criteria here. Not planning to return.

After discovering a flat tire on a Sunday at 3:00pm, I frantically called Firestone to discuss my options. Reggie said that if I brought my car into the shop right away, he could fix the problem.I needed to buy four new tires and an oil change and Reggie was able to sell me these services within my budget and by 5:00pm Sunday evening. He was unbelievably friendly, professional and accommodating and I would recommend this Firestone to anyone needing car repair in Denver.The level of service and customer care was phenomenal and Reggie made this car emergency manageable and quick.

If I had the ability to give less than 1 star I would. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change to this location. I also had a rear light out - I asked if they could smiply put a new light in. If not, I had a new light in hand and I could do it myself. They stated “Sure, no problem.” They also stated they had to use their own lights so it would just be 6 dollars to replace When I came back to pick up my car, they charged 115 dollars to replace the light. Stating that it took them an hour to replace the light. Something that I could have done myself in 15 minutes. This is something they did not quote me originally for on my invoice and expected me to pay. They thought that because I was female they could get away with this. I would not recommend going here- they will scam you!All in all: DO NOT GO HERE!

Kevin, Dirk, and Tony were incredibly help to my fiance when she had a car emergency that required immediate attention. They promptly fixed the issue and got her back on the road quickly at a reasonable cost. Couldnt be more thankful to them for keeping her safe.

I never poorly review places, however this time calls for it. I took my car in for a flat and asked if I could leave it there for an appointment sometime this week. The girl at the front desk was really rude. She had an attitude with me the second I started speaking to her. She wouldnt answer my questions and kept giving me weird (eye rolling type) looks. I was confused on whether or not she was even scheduling me for an appointment. I flat out asked her a couple times and only did she answer as I started walking away. I’ll not be using this firestone. I suggest they retrain their front desk on basic customer service.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Reggie proceeded to curse at me upon arrival of my appointment at 10am. When he told me it wouldnt be ready until 3pm. 5 hours after my appointment. When I questioned this he instructed me to take my business elsewhere as he cursed at me. Stating this is how it is in Denver. Never have I felt so insulted. Do not go here. The only thing keeping this business open is their location.

My experience at Firestone this week was unpleasant and unhelpful. I originally called the location to discuss a simple headlight replacement. The employee helping me told me Tuesday would be a good day to bring the car in. When I bring the car in Tuesday (10/16) I ask if it will be able to get fixed today and the front desk worker smirked rudely at my question and laughingly responded No. Then, no offer to help schedule or anything. Very demeaning and insulting for my simple question. Even if nothing is available some more helpful information or even response would have been perfectly fine. Very rude and unhelpful service overall.

Came for an oil change and found out other repairs were needed...Short on funds at the time and will need to come back later when more funds are available...Tech. was very nice and explained what other repairs were and the cost to repair...I highly recommend this station to any one needing oil change or other repairs..Thank you Firestone..I would like to especially thank Reggie for all he had done and for offering me discounts on other repairs my car needed...Thank you Reggie and hope to keep a good relationship .

I had the misfortune of needing car repairs on a Sunday, and Firestone was one of only 2 places open. The tow-truck driver recommended it over the other place, so we took my Saturn L200 there. Instead of actually diagnosing the problem, the Firestone techs assumed the problem was a bad battery and charged me almost $200 to replace it.This would have been fine if the battery was actually the problem. But when I went to drive away, the car was no better than before, PLUS the Service Engine Soon light was on, and flashing like crazy. I went back in, and they told me they would need to charge another >$100 and take several more hours to diagnose the problem they had apparently overlooked the first time. I asked why they didnt do the full diagnostic in the first place, and just assumed it was the battery, and they replied (rather accusingly, like this was MY fault), that they had no way of knowing how the car usually runs, and for all they knew the shuddering, knocking Id been experiencing was normal for the car! The problem turned out (as diagnosed by a different, much more knowledgeable company) to be a faulty ignition module, which was causing 2 cylinders to misfire. Really, Firestone guys, you thought that felt and sounded normal when you drove my car in and out of the bay?!?I fully understand that diagnosing an engine problem takes time, but I was very disappointed by the way they neglected to do so the first time, and only thought to really take a look after they had charged me for other (probably unnecessary) repairs. And they didnt even act contrite or try to win my business back in any way after I pointed out the mis-diagnosis. I promptly took the car elsewhere, even though I had to wait another day. Thank goodness for Fort Collins Muffler and Automotive, who actually knew what they were doing and made sure to test-drive the car after completing the repairs to ensure everything was working properly.

There was a dent on my car, that wasnt there before going in. I couldnt prove it was done there though, so I didnt say anything.They should review your car with you before taking it. I was given a quote for a specific tire, but a totally different tire was put on my car!!! Nobody discussed it with me before the change was made. Nice guys, but all work and changes should be discussed. REVIEW cars with patrons before taking/moving the cars! Mad about the dent!

I go to this firestone pretty often for routine maintenance. Ive never had any issues with my car coming out of here and everything has always been fixed with recommendations on what I should do next. Overall the staff is pretty good but I do feel that they try and get you to fix everything on your car whether you really need it or not. It makes me think the staff are motivated by quotas or commission for services sold.

I was told by Julia that they closed at 7pm on Saturday. I arrive Saturday shortly before 6pm to pick up my car thinking I still had plenty of time before they closed. I’m told by Alys K that they close at 6 and that they heard the sales associate tell me the wrong time on the phone but she didn’t remember who I was so they couldn’t call back. I’m also told that even though it is not yet 6, that their computer system is shut down and I cannot not get my car, nor was Alts willing to turn the system back on bc it’ll screw with the system. The most they say they can do is reimburse my Uber if I live within 5 miles. I do not. I am extremely unhappy and will not be using Firestone in the future.

I have always had a great experience when taking my car in for repairs. They have always been willing to work with me explaining the repairs and what is needed. I do always question mostly everything and they take the time to show me what they are talking about on the car and what repair options I have. I appreciate their time, friendliness and honesty. I have a hard time taking my car to anyone else.

Took my car here for an oil change. Asked them if there were any issues with my car. They said nope, we checked everything and everything is fine. I asked SPECIFICALLY about my breaks as they were squeaking. They again said no, everything is fine. 3 weeks later my breaks are failing and they tell me its metal on metal. THEY SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THAT! Thats greasy Bubs! Also AFTER I brought my car in my AC, radio, and windshield wiper fluid werent working. They blamed it on me. Yeah ok guys, except all 3 were working before I brought my car in. Wont be coming back.

Do not waste your time/money.....I scheduled an appointment at the downtown Denver Firestone location and told the man on the phone what was wrong with my car (O2 sensor was failing). He said the earliest appointment would be in two days so I scheduled for that morning. I dropped my car off at 7:50am that morning and told the service desk person what the issue was with my car and if it would be completed by the end of the day. They said they would need to run a diagnostic to figure out the issue and should be able to fix it by the end of the day. I asked them to give me a call before they started any work on the car to give me an update on the issue and to know the cost. I ended up calling around 2pm because I had not heard anything about my car. The man who answered the phone (name is Carlos) was unbelievably rude and had no idea what he was talking about or any issues related to my car. I told him everything that was going on with my car and I wanted to know the status because it had been over 6 hours since I had dropped off my car. He kept trying to end the conversation and cut me off and just kept saying Theyre working on it. He then said they Were still running the diagnostic test (which I know a diagnostic test should not take 6 hours especially since I made an appointment) and then I told him I knew the issue was the O2 sensor I just didnt know which one and he replied Well there you go, you obviously know the issue. Which is rude and unprofessional. He then went on to say that they would be able to finish the test by the end of the day but not fix the issue. I will never pay anyone anything to fix my car if it takes this long to get a test run, especially if I made an appointment, and if I am treated/spoken to in a disrespectful way. I ended up having to call back two more times to get an answer. I told them to finish the diagnostic test and not to do any work on my car. I ended up picking up my car the same day and took it somewhere else. The quote I got was also $100 more than the dealership I took it to where the people were courteous and knowledgeable. And of course per Firestone fashion they added on a recommended service of Changing my air filter for $30....
