Like others have said this is not a Quick Lane! They have now gone to appointments and this system is not working either.Had an appointment for front brakes, said it would take 2 hours, after 4 hours of constant addressing to service adviser I finally received my vehicle! Will be looking for a dealer that supports customer service.

I appreciate the courtesy Blaine and Chelsea showed during my last visit for a quick oil change. The attitudes were completely different than that shown to me the last two times I visited Groove Ford, which is closer to me. I would rather drive the extra 30 minutes for good customer service. Thank you so much for providing me with quality customer service at Quicklane. Plus, I dont have to leave my car for an entire day and potentially more just for an oil change.

“Quick Lane” … just call it ANYTHING else. Was told 3 hours. I approached the desk after 3 hours and they hadn’t even put it up. If I hadn’t insisted it wouldn’t have gone up for another hour or more. $50 oil change…. 4 hours. Unbelievable

Great place to get your car serviced. Make sure you make an appointment to save time, for they get fairly busy.

Horrible! I got there at 2:30pm on a Monday and they said they werent taking anymore cars for oil changes. Not to mention, I dont think Ive ever been there where it hasnt take a minimum 2 hours to get an oil change. There is no such thing as quick at Phil Long.

They took 5 hours and 20 minutes to do an oil change. It was three and a half hours before they even put it on the lift. They don’t take reservations. Calling it quick lane is a gross embellishment. Waste of time.

I’ve used them a few times with mixed results. My biggest problem is I asked them to do a rotate and balance, oil change... they forgot to balance the tires. They gave it back, I drove down the road with a god-awful shake. Completely unsafe, brakes were half working. I went back and they said they “didn’t know” I had them go check and “a weight must have been off”. They wasted 45 more minutes of my time, and still had the audacity to charge me again for a balance. That’s poor quality work, and poor quality service. It made me late for a class, could have caused an accident, or damaged my vehicle. I tried to resolve this through their website and customer service, they don’t respond. Took my truck in for an oil change at 10AM and they said they couldnt get it done until 6 PM the following day. Nothing quick about this. I called before and they said they could do same day turn around. Big disconnect between the people receiving the cars and the ones on the phone.

Was told it would be 3.5 hours for oil change. After 3.25 hours I was near and stopped by. My car was just going up for service and now was told it would be another hour. Got home 15 minutes later and was told it was ready. I was sent a text that said they would keep me updated on status but they didnt. Worst customer service but who gives good service anymore. I dont trust this place and will bring my vehicles to a local mechanic

Update: The day after our oil change, we found oil spots under our van as if something was leaking. It appeared the oil was coming from the front differential - which they shouldnt have touched. We took it back in and they put it on a lift - they claimed that during the oil change oil had sprayed over onto the differential. I hope that is true - they tried to clean it up and shuffled us out the door. Avoid this service center.4 hours for an oil change. Put at the back of the line because it is a free oil change with purchase? No documentation of the service performed. Itll be in our system. Called to get details emailed and they never sent it over. Will be taking vehicle to an AutoNation dealer from here on out. Ford needs to own their service, not partner with QuickLane.

Long time loyal customer who does not live close to Phil Long Quick Lane. I was in line @ 6:10am for oil change & battery, left 4 1/2 hours later. They didnt reconnect my radio after installing new battery. Absolutely not happy. This is my 2nd battery & 2nd time they dont bother to reconnect the radio.

I arrived at 645a and was told it would be 5 hour wait for oil change and new tires. This was the straw. It usually take 3-4 hours at a quick lane.

This place is great. Robert there was knowledgeable and great to work with. To top it off they were fast getting my oil change and filter change on my diesel truck. Will be back for service. No appointment needed which works for my busy lifestyle. Thank you Robert!

First one in and last one out? When I bought my truck I received 2 free oil changes. It’s not worth it. I believe they make you wait longer because it’s free. 1.5 hours for an oil change while other people are done in less than 30 minutes? Not a single bay was full this morning when I brought my truck in. The guy at the Cody lied right to my face.

I have been waiting over two hours for an oil change. They’ve now told me they broke my oil case and I have to wait longer for them to get a part to replace it. This place is an absolute joke don’t waste your time they will lie to your face about how long things take. Everyone in this waiting room is looking at longer times than anticipated. If you don’t want to be late for whatever your day entails then go somewhere else for service to your vehicle. Unfortunately I purchased a coupon book of oil changes from Phil Long. Update: they finished 2.5 hours after I arrived l.

Took my work truck in to get one of the free all inclusive services that came with it when purchased. They only changed my oil, topped off my washer fluid, and fixed 2 screws in my tires. They didnt rotate the tires or anything else. Ill definitely be going somewhere else once I use the other free service.

Got my free oil change because I am a home health care worker,I have been going to Phil Long Ford since 2006! The people here are all GREAT, friendly and knowledgeable! My service guy Dwayne is AWESOME ,he has been there since I bought my truck there. Probably longer!

Ive had the pleasure of working with Chelsie a few times now, shes always extremely friendly, knowledgeable and great with communication! The waiting area here is filled with beautiful plants and vending machines for while you wait but usually the turn around time is not too long!

The service was fast and I did get a friendly greeting as well as a pick up. However, I was disappointed when I got in my car and there were greasy hand prints on the interior of the door.

Slow lane! They had my truck 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotate. Some staff not wearing masks properly dealing with customers. Masks down at service desk. Unacceptable.

They have a great waiting area here. Comfy chairs, tables, free popcorn water. They usually get my car done in 30-60 minutes. I like being able to get my oil changed without having to leave it at the dealership all day

Takes waaaaayyyyy too long.90 minute oil change on a Monday morning with low traffic. Seems like they need better training.Pull the plug, rotate tires why it drains, plug back in, fill, and were off....Jiffy Lube can do the process in 20 minutes.NOT WORTH THE COUPON SAVINGS! TIME IS MONEY!

Dont waste your time. I bought a $70k truck and brought it in for my first oil change and they want to charge me to rotate my tires. Discount tire will do it for free and I didnt even purchase them there. What a joke.

Staff is friendly. The location is over its head in service. The last two oil changes I have had have taken 4 hours. The time I have spent waiting on repairs does not outweigh the savings I have had from the coupon book. Other Ford quicklanes are more respectful of customers time.

After a horrible, expensive experience at another chain, my husband and I promised to always go to quick lane first (especially for basic services like oil changes). Two times in a row Dustin has been our consultant, and he has given us honest advice based off of what he would do with his vehicle. It is such a relief knowing that I can take my car in, without my husband, and not get pushy, patronizing service.

Need to change the name to slow lane. Other than oil changes dont have them do any work. You will pay through the nose. Dont buy Phil Longs prepaid maintenance either as you are stuck with the slow Lanes service.

SLOW SLOW SLOW.... Shouldnt have waisted time on a coupon for an oil change to take 3+ hours.... not sure what theyre doing there are lanes all over the place. Why does this oil change company take hours to do an oil change on a Monday morning when it takes 20 minutes at a JiffyLube? Confused? What is actually going on? Im sticking to JiffyLube from now on....

Usually theyre pretty good, yesterday not so much. They estimated an hour to hour and 15 minutes, over 2 hours later was still there.

Everytime I come here it just gets worse. If it werent for me buying car at this location, it would be different.

Bought a battery. It failed to start my car. Advisor told me that it could take 4 hours to test the battery.For real?!? It is bad, obviously! IT DOESNT START THE CAR. What a ridiculous policy that youve chosen to enforce. Last time I go here, ever.

Seem honest and they work fast. I have taken 2 cars there for years for oil changes and other maintenance. I recommend getting a value book from Ford for the oil changes alone.

Dustin at quick lane is super friendly, honest, and helped me out big time. Brakes started squealing loudly out of nowhere as i was driving and pulled over. Quick lane was around the corner and decided to go there as i dont think the car was safe to drive in its condition and didnt want to cause more damage. Dustin was friendly on the phone and when i got to the shop he was quick to get my car in and worked on. Kept mej updated and found a nail in my tire which i said to go ahead and fix. And then he came back and said another tire had a nail but said he would take care of it free of charge! Amazing guy. Highly recommend him if you are in need of any repairs or maintanence.

The wait time is often very long. More than once Ive been told over 2.5 hours. I finally went in first thing on a Saturday morning. They open at 7am and I arrived at 7:08am. Guess what 1 and a half hours. Makes 15 minutes at Grease Monkey seem like a flash!

Although service was given with a smile and friendly attitude. Time was over promised and Under delivered. We were told an hour to an hour and 15 min max. Just shy of 2 hours later our oil change was finished. 3 others arrived and left before us. Worst of all No attempt to communicate a delay about the progress of the service, a little information can go a Long way in the eyes of a customer. We had to initiate a conversation to get informed on stattus. The gal behind the counter appearrd to be shopping for t shirts online and seemed peeved to be disturbed. Poor experiemce...

Been coming here for oil changes since I bought my car (for past 3 years) and now Im finished with these clowns. Got here at 715am and still here at 10am waiting for an oil change. Was told itd take an hr and 15 mins, then I saw my car sitting there with nobody working on it, guy told me 5 mins, 30 mins later i request manager and hes just some punk who lies and says they didnt forget about me and itll be 5 mins. That was about 20 mins ago.... There were people who arrived an hr after me and they are all out the door. Nobody that was here this morning is still here except me. I guess they blew me off again because car shouldve been out asap after I talked to manager and Im still waiting... Furthermore, recently came in here and had my rotors turned which cost roughly $200 and which lasted about a thousand miles before the rotors were already so bad again that my car felt like it was going to shake apart at 65 miles an hour if I touched the brakes. Brought it back in and told them this needed to be addressed and of course was told would be 2 hrs for them to even look at it, so I bought my own set of pads and rotors and dealt with the issue myself. This place isnt what it used to be so prepare for a headache if you plan on going.P.s. I also have a tire tread life warranty replacement coming up and they told me on two different occasions that they cant/wont do it. Talked to michelin and they said any Michelin dealer is supposed to be able to take care of that (obviously).....

I just hate being lied to. Told me an hour I said ok. Wasn’t ready in the hour as stated and then ignored me while I was forced to wait another hour. you told me one time “ok it’s 5 mins away”... after that I wait for 45 mins. Never did you acknowledge you were late or apologize. Don’t come here!

If your buissness states you are open till 430 then you shouldnt turn vehicles away at 320pm. No cars waiting and turning away buissness!!

Horrible experience. Left for 2 hours and came back to find that my truck was just being worked on. I was told by staff that it would be 1 hour or so. When asked staff about this, they were rude. I will never go here again!
