My Family has been with Jacobs for two generations. Will only go here as I completely trust the family and team. They have not lost their reputation of honest, excellent work with their growth. Wont go anywhere else even if I have to pay to tow my Sons $3,000 car from CU to their shop!

Stopped in for an emergency alternator replacement. Was in the area and had no other choice. Repair and all communication went well.Went to my regular mechanic and asked them to check out the job after. They said the alternator they put in was remanufactured junk and that they overcharged me. Regular mechanic assured me he could have done the repair for $200 cheaper and put in a much higher quality alternator.

Long time owner(s) retiring so wont know if it remains a recommendation. Honest,no upselling ,reliable now.

Long-time clients, my family, friends, and people I referred to them let me down. Took my car in and this was the first time I was told my car was ready and thete were still problems with it 🤔. Ive NEVER taken my car away from there and it wasnt fixed completely!🤬😡. The 1 guy that usually took care of me retired...DIDNT THINK SERVICE QUALITY WOULD BE DIFFERENT! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! Then told they couldnt look at it for another few days 😒😬🤨. Will NEVER refer anyone else there.

First off, the staff are amazing! Theyre super helpful and answer all of your questions. Not to mention their work is great! I know for sure my husband and I both will be coming back here for our vehicles

Very professional mechanic shop. They were fast efficient and most of all SUPER REASONABLE PRICING. I was quoted $4100 for the first quote of everything that needed to be done on my car. I left there shop with everything I needed done for under $1200. Definitely honest and integrity here at this shop.

Had a brake light and gear shift issue. Couldn’t get to the dealer where I normally go until December. I Couldn’t wait as I had no brake lights and could not shift out of park. Went to Jacobs. They knew what the issue was and got me in the next morning. Work done by mid afternoon at a reasonable cost. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Right real wheel bearing replacement, new cabin air filter and big alignment fix and it was all cheaper than just the bearing replacement at another shop Ive been at. Great people who talk you through everything and dont make you uncomfortable.

Jacobs Service Center has excellent customer service and are very honest! They don’t try to get more money off you at all! I literally will never go to anywhere else in Denver! I had recently purchased a vehicle and had heard good things about this place. Waited a little bit longer and decided it was worth paying a little bit more to have an oil change and service done what I wasnt told is that there is no waiting on the vehicle which I think is funny because none of the staff were wearing face masks and they had a table and chairs with no signage about not being able to sit. Apparently theyre so busy it doesnt really matter but you lost my business if I had been told this on the phone 2 weeks ago when I made my appointment I would have tried to make other arrangements.

Ever since I was recommended to go to Jacob’s, I myself refer anyone and everyone to go to Jacob’s Auto. Being a female and having very little knowledge about cars, I’ve always have had a rough time whenever I needed to take my car to get serviced. I was easy prey for any car service places and had my fair share of awful experiences. Tho from my first visit to Jacob’s and since, have been the most greatest experiences I’ve had dealing with auto repair services. I was treated with respect and never was talked down to. They took the time to explain my car issues in ways that made me understand, even with my lack of knowledge, and never seemed annoyed to take the time to teach me about proper car repair(s). Always friendly, helpful and most importantly, never pressured me to do repair/work(s) on my car. I went in and told them what I wanted and they would do it and never found ways to trick me into spending more money on work I wanted for my vehicle. The one time there was something they brought up, was just to inform me of. No pressure, whatsoever, to get done that moment (a $900 project!). They simply informed me that it would be a future thing I would have to deal with, if I wasn’t interested in doing that moment. Never been treated so well. They’ll always be my mechanic I’ll go to, even if I move far away.

The service here was beyond what we expected. They called and advised of what was wrong and were honest in their diagnosis and what we thought would be a very expensive issue was far below what our budget has been. It is a family run business and you feel like you’re valued and they are making each customer for life.

I have been going there for many years. I will miss Als greeting since he retired. Mike is very friendly and he explained everything in detail. I am going on a long trip so they made sure everything is in great road condition. It only took about 2.5 hours to complete their trip check.

I think going to Jacobs for over 20 years. Theyre honest they are kind and their Cooperative. You wont find a better group of people to work with when it comes to your car. Today a memory on Facebook posted that reminded me 10 years ago I bragged about how wonderful they are and my opinion hasnt changed 10 years later.

He have taken other cars here before no problems at all. Until this last time I took my car in the check engine light was on. They called me said it would cost $400 to replace some sensors and the gas cap. I ask if this would take care of the problem of the loss of power they said oh no let us call you back. they called me back and said i needed a new timing belt at the price of $4,000.00. Of course I was shocked so I decided to take my car elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. They took their time looking at my car and said it wasnt the timing belt but the engine computer. I am very disappointed in Jacobs this time around. Sadly I dont want to stop going because of one mistake we are all human. But a $4,000.00 mistake is a huge one.

I have taken my truck to a different company and everytime I end up taking it back 2 or 3 times to have the same issue worked on. This is the third time I have brought my truck to Jacobs Service Center for different reasons and everytime I get my truck back everything is fixed the correct way. They are honest and fair. I give them 5 stars on 3 trips because it is extremely hard to find honesty and fairness in a mechanic shop. The last time I took it in, I thought I had more problems than what they fixed. They easily could have replaced everything I asked for. They only replaced what was necessary. Probably saved me an easy $500.

I switched shops because this shop gave me a good price on a repair (I called multiple shops) Fast turnaround and good service. No complaints. These guys do it the way its supposed to be done.

I was looking for a place in the area that could check out a car I was looking to purchase. I found Jacobs and saw it had good reviews so I chose them. I called them and they were able to accommodate me at the time I needed. They told me it would take 2-3 hours. Fair enough. When I brought the car in, staff was friendly and courteous. Took them only about an hour to do a thorough inspection. When I took the car back to the dealer, I told them I took it to Jacobs and they said that is a good place. The dealer said they are very picky, which is what I wanted. So great job, Jacobs! You are well respected in your community!

Top notch service and customer care! These guys are awesome! I took my Subaru to Jacobs after I overheated on the side of the highway. They initially told me all I needed was a new radiator. However, shortly after I picked up my car it overheated again. I was frustrated but these guys made it right. Turns out I had partially blown another head gasket (I love Subarus) and Jacobs Service Center made it right. They let the radiator purchase credit the new work on the heads. They worked hard to find out exactly which head needed machining and got me back on the road for a very reasonable price (compared to the first time I blew my head gaskets). Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable people who have been in business for a long time and dont take advantage of you. There is a reason why they have 5 stars under every review. Thanks again guys.

These guys are fantastic! The turnaround was quick, Jenna didnt try to upsell or push anything on me. They let me know what was wrong, and which repairs I should prioritize. I will definitely be coming back for future work.

My family and I have taken our vehicles to Jacobs for decades and we live in Castle Rock. 40 min drive each way but worth it. They have saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars. A tire store crushed our gas tank and Jacobs told us exactly how it was done and what to say when we called to inform the tire store. Everything fixed no cost to us. Now we just saved on another vehicle because they checked the warranty and found the part was still covered. Always trying to save the customer money. Truly a wonderful staff that is trust worthy and very friendly.

I love these guys. Theyre reasonably priced and tell it to ya straight. If theres a less expensive option to fix my car, theyll suggest that first. Ive been taking my car there for repairs (when needed) since I moved to Denver 6 years ago and I dont plan on stopping anytime soon.

Absolutely the best service in Denver. They have kept my 2000 Ford Ranger running for 16 years. Honest, honest, honest! Wont gouge you like the dealership had in the past.

We took our car to a place near home initially, because they had great reviews. But they had our car for 2 whole days and never called to keep us updated on it (I had to do all the calling), so we decided to pick it up and take it somewhere else. Jacobs did everything in one day and for almost $200 less than what the other place quoted us. The guys at Jacobs were friendly and helpful, and I didnt feel like I was fishing for info.

Weve handed these guys plenty of our cars for service/inspection and the cars are done by the next day almost every time and more importantly, none have had to come back! Refreshing experience at Jacobs. After getting screwed over by Goodyear, took my car here and they shot it straight. They wont try and overcharge, their prices are reasonable, and it seems like they have an honest crew of mechanics. Would recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely impressed with Jacobs Service Center. I have always been very leery about Mechanics in general, but decided to give these guys a shot due to their glowing internet reviews. I couldnt be happier with the results. My car is fixed and they did a complimentary look over of my vehicle and found a few other items that could become issues down the line. When I picked up my vehicle they also gave me quotes for the other fixes so I know what to expect should I decide to get them resolved. I will trust them with all my future business!

Took my car in with an over heating issue, they initially thought it was a blocked radiator and charged a reasonable rate to fix it. The car continued to over heat, and we brought it back. They worked on chasing the issue until they finally pin-pointed it without ever charging me again because in their words, they missed it the first time so they would continue to work on it till it was done.The issue ended up being a blow head gasket, and the shop was totally honest with me saying the car wasnt worth the amount of money it would take to fix it. Every time I have been in and talked to the guys they have been nothing but courteous and honest. I definitely recommend them!

I had a pretty expensive repair recommended by Ford dealership, and took it to Jacobs for second opinion. They said it didnt need to be done, but could do it cheaper if I wanted it. I decided it wasnt needed, and 4 years later, car still doesnt need it. Saved about $1200 right there.Strongly recommend Jacobs, and trust Als opinion. We use them for all of our car work, and pre purchase inspections.

Trustworthy with reasonable prices, these guys have changed oil, tires, batteries, and more over the past year with excellent service and honesty in what they were doing and how much it would cost. They get the job done and have made extra efforts to be timely in my experience.
