The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful. By far the best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change. They don’t try to sell you on things you’ve never heard of or don’t need, and they go above and beyond with their services. Highly recommend!

Have used this location for nearly all of my oil changes the last few years. Nearly 2 years ago my check engine light came on and I was told I needed a tune up, which was done for around $500 (don’t remember for sure). The next day the light came back on and I went back down, but the guys couldn’t explain why- so I went to a Jeep dealership.There was a known issue with the engine cylinder head which would be covered by Chrysler. Due to covid delays (and dealership issues) I finally got the car in to get the cylinder replaced and find out Grease Monkey used the wrong spark plugs for my vehicle and didn’t properly remove the covering, so there are broken and melted pieces all over my engine. Now I have to spend $600 to correct a mistake made during an unnecessary $500 “fix”.Never had an issue with oil changes, but will not be back. Will add photos of the broken/melted pieces once the dealership is finished.

Came here for an oil change. It was fast and easy. They didnt push a bunch of other services on me, which I appreciate. Will definitely be back.

The employees at Grease Monkey were very professional! They were up front about the wait times, delivered the oil change within the time frame given, recommended an additional service (which I asked them to go ahead and do), and checked me out with absolutely so issues whatsoever. I’d definitely go back if I wasn’t leaving Denver.To top it all off - they were smiling, friendly, and seemed appreciative of my business.Overall a great experience!

The service at Grease Monkey was exceptional. Everyone from the manager Danny to all the staff were kind and helpful. After my oil change, a starter issue that I had experienced previously re-emerged. The team pushed the car into the bay, ordered the part, and had it installed as soon as the mechanic’s shift started. I could not have asked for nicer service. Everyone on the team, and the service they provided, was great.

This location is my favorite in the Downtown/Cap Hill area. The guys do a good job and are quick. Easy to work with and fair priced. Had tires rotated and oil changed. I’ve been using this shop for about 7 years with no complaints.

Walked in around lunch time, no appointment, (they seemed busy) and asked how much to top off the transfer case. The manager, Danny, said, Ill just charge you for the fluid. I said, Ive already got the fluid.He said, No charge then, my guys will just do it.Scooty had it done in minutes!Whole operation couldnt have taken more than about 10 minutes.AmazingThanks guys

Extremely quick. Drive by the place, and if nobody is in line, expect to be up and out of there in 20 mins flat. Their prices are fair to high. There service speed is nearly unmatched for the area. Oil changes here if you live in Cap Hill.

The guys here were super nice and got my oil change done pretty quickly. I came back because I had a leak and wanted them to check it out. They took me in and quickly assessed the issue. They never once made me feel like I was a burden or wasting their time, which a lot of other places do when you have them take a second look at your car. The leak wasnt anything serious, or theyre fault btw.

I had a very great experience with my vehicle. So great that I told my husband to take his vehicles here from now on. I was greeted promptly and provided the fees that would be associated with services their facility provides. I only use synthetic oil and was please to find out they offer this too! I also asked for a brake inspection. My vehicle was in the bay for less than 15 minutes and I was surprised when they said I was ready to go, I looked behind me and the vehicle was already pulled around, vacuumed and windows cleaned. Great team work for this crew and well orchestrated from beginning to end. Thank you Kianna and Danny for all your help! More business coming your way!!!

The experience was pretty awful. I came in right at opening on a Sunday and the first thing that happened, was a heavily tattoooed and pierced man asked me to park in the other bay, next to where I currently was. Then he laughed and said he was joking when I moved and said he was just joking and it was okay for me to stay in the bay I was in. It wasn’t funny it was rude, honestly.Next, it took a long time. I asked for a tire rotation, and oil change. I was sitting an hour and was first in line. When I looked in the service garage, I saw that my car wasn’t in there, it was parked in the lot. So I stood for three minutes outside, looking at about five people who saw me, waiting for someone to ask if my car was done. It had been done a long time, just no one checked me out, no one told me and I waited for nothing. The heavily tattooed man laughed at me again when I asked like It was my fault I waited for nothing and he said he thought I left the store. I said, no I have been here the whole time. He just laughed at me… very rude. Finally I was checked out. I asked for money off of my bill because of the terrible service and the cashier did apologize and took only $10 off. So at least it was acknowledged.Furthermore, the check engine light has been on since I have left there, which concerns me. And now I have to go to autozone or elsewhere to see what the problem is. It concerns me that their car service may be as terrible as the customer care.

Ive always had a good experience going to this Grease Monkey. The staff is courteous and works quickly. They also never push any service on you that they themselves wouldnt recommend.

The attendant was courteous and nice. However, I thought the included service of vacuuming of the interior meant the whole interior would be vacuumed, instead only the rubber mat on the floor on the drivers side was barely vacuumed. When I asked about it, my car was taken back to be redone, and this time, only the mat on the passenger side was skimmed with a vacuum, nowhere else. Also, the invoice stated that the tire pressure was checked and adjusted, but warning light has still not switched off.

Got me in and out quickly. MGR diagnosed a major problem and gave me good advice on what to do elsewhere.

Very nice shop, everyone there was very kind and accommodating. Found Auto on an oil change and decided to call in because of the reviews, and the reviews were spot on. This shop was really nice! And the employees were extremely friendly, shout-out to Great service! My car was in and out in just minutes, fresh with a service reminder sticker. Also, their prices for oil changes are super competitive for the area. Great place, definitely recommend!

Hands down, this was my best experience of getting an oil change and brake fluid flush. The shop manager, Danny, was professional, knowledgeable and eager to help me. As a first-time car owner, I had a lot of questions about maintaining my car but he answered them with expertise and patience. The service was top-notch and quick, even though I arrived close to their closing time. I highly recommend getting your routine maintenance here.

That was an absolutely lackluster experience. I’m hoping they changed my oil because they certainly didn’t do anything else. I will definitely be back at Valvoline or Jiffy Lube from now on.

The staff and service is great here. I have been to this same location a few times and every time the staff is so helpful, friendly and professional. My last visit has been the most positive. I was greeted and helped almost immediately and the guys working on my car were extremely personable and helpful. Sometimes it can be intimidating going in for any sort of car servicing, but never here. The staff is wonderful and the service is on point.

I went here for an oil change and they came back with about 10 recommendations for additional service. One of those was front differential service. I have a rear wheel drive vehicle without all wheel drive capability so it felt like the recommendations were all to try and get me to spend money on things I did not need. Just a heads up to understand your car and what service it needs before you take it here.

This place scammed me. Do not trust them. I went in for an oil change and they upsold me but told me everything was covered on my warranty. When I went to pay they had upcharged me over $300. They had led me to believe that everything was covered and didn’t disclose with me how much everything was going to cost before doing the work. Complete scam.

We have been taking our cars here since 1998. Elvin is my go-to mechanic for any maintenance I need on my classic Thunderbird. He is thorough and methodical and very sharp. Service is quick, friendly, and affordable.

I came in early and was first in line. I did not have an appointment and he said that they were booked pretty solid but they managed to still get my vehicle finished in 40 minutes! I was very grateful and will definitely come back to this location

I have a 2007 Audi A3, and they offered several different oil types for my oil change. I went with the dealer suggested synthetic oil to make sure I had the best quality going into my car, and it took about an hour to complete. Easy and convenient.

I’m writing because I just picked up my car from their Cap Hill location and the manager Danny Berrios was extremely rude to me. In fact he told me he hopes I never return.That’s after I had to wait nearly four hours to pick up my car, because no one from your shop called me to say that it was ready for pickup. What a waste of my time!I was displeased when my bill came to $99 (laughably expensive!) and I was expecting $76+ tax. When I expressed my surprise and dissatisfaction to your manager Danny Berrios, he told me that I could leave and he would file a police report against me.All I did was express that the employee named Zane did not delineate pricing structure to me when he showed me your laminated sheet. He verbally said 75.99 for synthetic oil change and did not mention extra fees for more volume, service fees. So I was surprised by the high price I was being asked to pay.I only want to be charged the fair price that I was quoted. Your manager Danny would not honor that, even when I told him that I am a first time customer and no one explained the pricing to me in full. Zane merely flashed the sheet and stated the listed price of $75.99. Instead Danny Berrios threatened me that i could pay in full or he would file a police report against me for theft of my own vehicle.What a disgusting way to treat a first time customer.On good faith I paid the bill in full, but I am extremely angry with the unprofessional, poor customer service your manager gave me, his rude sass and threats.Additionally, he would not honor the $5 coupon from your own web site.To make things worse, by the time I drive home, tire pressure was low in one tire. They were only 2 months old. That tire was completely flat by morning.After telling me he hopes I Don’t return, Danny said he doesn’t mind if I give your business terrible reviews for his terrible customer service, “because you have enough good reviews and he doesn’t care what I think.“Why would you support a business run this way? I won’t.

Words cannot describe what was experienced at this grease monkey. They sure live up to their name! Grease smeared everywhere! I go here all the time for oil change, but had one of those great experiences yesterday that warrants a review. After getting my oil changed, my daughters Jeep battery literally died during the short trip from the service bay to me driving away. The store manager, Zane, not only swapped it out...outside the store where it died...but he did so after the place had closed for the day. Really saved my tail and indicative of the premium this crew places on service. Turns out, it starts at the top!

It was a great experience start to finish. The woman who greeted me explained that there was a wait and managed my expectations. My car was ready when she said it would be, and all of the staff was very friendly!

They greeted me right away, had good communication and were quick to get it done. They didnt pressure me to get all the scheduled maintenance done on that visit but instead gave me a list and told me the priority of each. The gentleman who cashed me out was very friendly and helpful. Overall, had a great experience and would recommend this location.

I pulled up and there was only one car in front of me. I waited about 10 mins and someone else pulled behind me. They pulled my car up and i thought they were going to start my service but they pulled my car around behind and took the other person. There is no advertisement or option for an appointment. If its express they should serve whomever is there first. I left and wont be going back. Thats just bad customer service.

I have been coming to this location for a long time. Way before the Pandemic hit. Always received fast quality service at a decent price. There was 1 incident with my Trailblazer (RIP) in the past and in 1 phone call it was fixed. Now I just had my replacement vehicle serviced here and will continue to do so. They strictly follow the C-19 guidelines without being rude about it.

My neighborhood Grease Monkey is great. Staff always helpful, courteous, educational, and skilled. Have used for over 15 years mainly for oil change, and with basic repairs such as: flat tire, radiator flush, dead battery, and power steering leak.

The oil service wasn’t the issue be aware I had things in my dash moved & items under my seat that changed locations during the service. There was no reason to touch anything in the vehicle the rearrangement makes me believe the employees were on a search with some possible sticky fingers beware

Slowest Oil change Ive ever had in my life, bunch of dudes just standing around in the garage talking while my car just sits with nothing being done to it. Took 40 mins to change just my oil..... nothing else. Tried to quote me for stuff I didnt need very unprofessional since I know my car. Would never come here again.

I had an appointment for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. My appointment was at 9 am and I showed up at 855. There was a line of cars in need of service and they honored my appointment and got me in right away. Which, sounds like it should be normal but I’ve always experienced a wait every where else even with an appointment so I appreciated that. I don’t remember anyones names but everyone was very nice, professional, and accommodating. I ended up needing a couple more updates and I moved forward with them. Affordable prices, and great service. I’ll be back.

They did a great job, yeah the wait time was a bit long but thats understood considering like 10 cars were there when I pulled up. My person Said it would be an hour and a half wait. He got it done in an hour. Great stuff. My only thing was when I left, I had pulled over to get gas and I was leaking radiator fluid. I was just topped off a little too well. Other than that. 100 percent!
