I was traveling through Denver area when My car had trouble starting. I called ahead and they fit me into their schedule for a battery diagnostic the same afternoon and changed it out quickly. They were very professional, timely, efficient and friendly. I would use them again if ever in the area and needed service.

Joe and his team are amazing! The only reason I still keep my Volvo is because I know they are reliable and honest. It is a hassle to find a new shop that anyone can trust. I started going to them three years ago and never went anywhere else. I took my car in last year for an oil change and my key fob battery was dying. It was $7 - 8 (cost of the batteries) to have them change the batteries and I was apprehensive about the extra cost cost coz I lost my job during Covid. They ended up replacing the batteries without telling me or charging me which I am super grateful for. So not only are they reliable and honest, they are just all around great people to work with.

While traveling through Denver from out of town I had a check engine light come on. I made an appointment to get my XC90 looked at and after spending time looking at my car the team then had some questions. They realized that there was no mechanical issues and the light was on due to a recent incident getting stuck in the snow. Rather than charging me over $1K for what I would have believed the team cleared my check engine light. Even after offering to pay for the time they invested and as a gesture of thanks for not charging me when they could have they still refused. Their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help stood out as truly trustworthy business owners. If you own a Volvo in Colorado you need to bring it to Voltek.I have a 2005 V70R which is very finicky and when it breaks it REALLY breaks. Last week it simply wouldn’t start due to an ignition issue.When I explained my problem to Joe, he not only was incredibly cordial and understanding, but even took nearly 10 minutes to explain how to get my car in gear so that a tow truck could come get it. This was even before I was a customer. The 4 shops I called in Colorado Springs before contacting Voltek gave me the bring it in and we’ll diagnose it spiel, nothing more. Joe and Chris were awesome when I would call like a worried parent about my car and never seemed annoyed by my questions like many dealer experiences I’ve had in the past.I sent my car up there and had it diagnosed the next day for a new ignition. Part came in a few days and was immediately fixed. When I picked up my car Joe went over in incredible detail about what went wrong and what I may need to worry about in the future with this 16 year old Swedish problem sport wagon. The prices for parts and labor are incredibly good and fair too. Never did he upsell or try to convince me I needed a service just to make a buck like a certain Volvo dealer near me. It is simply the most thorough and personal experience I’ve had with getting a car fixed.If my car ever needs anything i will not hesitate to go the distance to Voltek in Denver from Colorado Springs. These guys KNOW Volvos and it shows. Thank you Voltek. These guys are the best in town! Quality work at a fair price as well as being honest and straightforward. They have saved me big time on repairs twice now, I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Most recently I was quoted a $2400 estimate at a large dealership in town for a transmission leak. I took it to Voltek for a 2nd look and they fixed it for $430. Big sigh of relief - I will only take it here from now on.

These guys are professional and know their stuff - I always feel confident in their diagnosis and recommendations for our Volvo. They have a daytime loaner program which is a wonderful convenience: drop my car off on the way to work, drive into work, and come to get it at the end of the day. They also have great recommendations for windshield replacement and body work. Will continue to use them again and again.

I had a string of bad luck with my first V70R and they were incredibly supportive through that process and into my second one. Very skillful and knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reasonably priced and top notch service. Theres simply no reason to go anywhere else.

Ive taken my car in twice so far and both times Ive been impressed; their work is solid, their prices are fair, and theyre very honest and upfront. It doesnt matter which mechanic Im dealing with, I always have a good interaction. Also, they try to save me money on the parts when they can, which I really appreciate. As long as I have my Volvo I wont even let another mechanic crew so much as breathe on it.

We take our three Volvos in for everything from routine maintenance and oil changes to more significant repairs. We have been using this shop for at least three or four years and have had nothing but great service. Joe, Justin and Chris are all very competent mechanics and as honest as the day is long. It is worth the drive down from Evergreen. We are done with the big dealer shops!

These guys are honest and economical. They wont upcharge you for unnecessary work and they are consistently hundreds of dollars cheaper than mechanics in central Denver. The work is top tier as well, these guys are specialists. All you have to drive North and youll get a better Volvo mechanic for cheaper. Been going to these guys since 2013, theyve worked on 2 of my cars, and I have been pleased with every job.

Best Volvo mechanics around. Joe, Chris, and Carl definitely know their stuff...you cant go wrong with any of them and Ive never had a single issue. Theyre honest, fair, and arent pushy at all. I know very little about cars, so its a huge deal to me that they dont take advantage of that. Theyre also really good about planning for future repairs, which saves so much money in the long run. On top of all that, theyre really nice guys. If you have a Volvo, you really need to take your car here to get the best service in Denver.

We had a great experience at Voltek! I found them using google reviews along our cross country road trip. They fit us in at the last minute for a scheduled maintenance as we passed through Denver. The service was top notch and their prices were great.

Ive had two different Volvos serviced multiple times with them since I moved here a little over a year ago. A 1999 V70 XC with high miles and a 2007 S60r, both cars were problem children with a variety of issues. These guys did a great job of assessing what needed to be fixed, helping me prioritize what needed to be fixed NOW verse what could wait, and had highly competitive prices with some of the most knowledgeable minds in the area. They were also really good about communicating in a timely manner and dont oversell unnecessary services.

I was in morning rush hour when my S60 decided not move anymore. None of the gears worked including reverse. I had it towed to Voltek thinking I was going to spend thousands on a new transmission. I got a call from them a few hours later, the car was fixed. A pin needed to be replaced in the axle. Grand total....$31.00. I was floored with their honesty and exceptional pricing. These guys are awesome. I had an electrical issue with my V70R and they were able to detail it and fix the problem the first time. They are very knowledgable about Volvo and the service needs/ issues. This saves a ton of headache and expense. It was so nice to deal with honest and fair mechanics. The Free loaner cars make is very easy to get repairs done.

Frantically called at 8am asking if they could fix my engine cover, they said they didnt have an open slot til Wednesday but to come in and theyd fix it quickly. Arrived 30 min later and was out and about another 15 min after that after paying $16 tota! As a student thats miraculous. Spectacularly helpful and nice!

Have owned all luxury cars over 35 years in Denver...if you love your Volvo like me and many others, you cant beat Joe, Chris, and Carl...I got all 4 brakes replaced today on my 2006 XC90...called from downtown after lunch, they said drive right over and in less than 90 minutes I was out the door...reasonable price, quality work and great tire advice also. I was super impressed with my entire experience...6 stars is more like it. While waiting talked with several other customers....all agreed...they wont go anywhere else and that says it all!!! Ill be back!! Great job guys!

Affordable + Knowledgeable = our choice for Volvo maintenance and repair. We switched to Voltek three years ago and they have been able to solve any issues - minor or major - on the first visit. This has saved us a lot of time running back and forth to the shop, and of course, a lot of money by performing only necessary work. One other thing we love is that they actually perform the Volvo-specified inspection items - topping off reservoirs, checking brake pad wear, looking for worn hoses, etc.We had been taking our V50 to another Volvo-only specialist for over 5 years. However, we began to notice that as the car got older and the problems more complex, we were regularly missing on the diagnosis of a problem and bringing the car back in. We also found they were not actually performing the the inspection items.

It doesnt get any better! Im driving my first Volvo, a 2004 Volvo XC90 T6. I was pretty nervous to purchase it originally, but the safety ratings are fantastic, and I wanted 7 passenger with 4 kids. Voltek initially did the inspection and changed the timing belt before I purchased it and walked around the vehicle giving me some piece of mind. Unfortunately 8 months later the Central Electrical Module went out, some bushings went bad, and rotors were warped. There was a chance I also had a bad Brake Control Module.Joe took the time to diagnose the issues I had, kept me informed, and went WAY above and beyond to get me the absolute best prices to fix my car. When I went back to pick it up the next day, I dealt with Chris to pay the bill (which was at a minimum half of what I would have payed anywhere else). We walked out to look at the car and Chris adjusted my windshield wiper on the spot for nothing, and then we found a screw in the tire which had been there for what looked to be a long time and he Chris pulled it right back into the garage and removed the screw and plugged it, again, for nothing. Bottom line, Joe and Chris saved me thousands of dollars by doing things right, being honest, not overcharging, and not replacing parts that didnt need to be replaced!These 2 owners of a car maintenance shop are without a doubt the best example I have ever come across of trustworthy, honest business men and I will NEVER take my Volvo anywhere else for work. I live 40 miles away and I will never hesitate to drive my Volvo to them because I know I will not be led astray. If you own a Volvo, better make sure you make the right choice on your Mechanic, and Voltek is the only choice!!Thank you Joe and Chris for all that you did for my XC90, it is truly the best experience you will ever have fixing a car!!!

I went here, last week, after reading the reviews on google and have to say, they went above and beyond what I expected! They got me in right away, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, did an oil change and fixed a couple other random simple problems, all within an hour and way under what I thought it would cost.I had to go back yesterday, because of a crazy sound behind my wheel. They found a big clump of mud and rocks behind the wheel. They pulled it out and cleaned it up, at no charge and sent me on my way. Amazing!!!These guys were great and Ill definitely be going back and recommending them to anyone that has a Volvo! Definitely worth the 5 star rating. Thank you!

I have known one of the owners personally for 10 years and he has always been very helpful. Not only was I sold an excellent 1992 740 wagon for a great price, the car runs great, and Im always offered expert advice and excellent prices whenever I need repairs.

Ive had ancient Volvos since my first shoebox wagon for one of my daughters, then another one for my other daughter, then two that my wife and I have now. Ive gone to Voltek for at least 15 years and have always, always been impressed with their technical ability, depth of knowledge, friendliness and honesty, both before and after the change of ownership a year or so ago. This is a great place, great enough that when Ive thought about buying a newer car, Ive thought that I have to buy a Volvo so I can continue to go to Voltek.

Best maintenance expeirience of my life, heres the story: I break down at night while passing through Denver, sort of panicking, take my car to voltek in the morning... They fit me in their already booked schedule to check the car out and fix everything very cheaply. Didnt even charge for oil top off or replacement tube. Fixed my fan wiring without selling me a new one. So helpful and friendly and got me back on the road so quickly. highly recommend bringing your car here.

Great place that you can trust your Volvo to.

I dont trust my car to anyone else! I live about 113 miles from shop, and it is worth the travel or tow to get all work done here. Ive had to take my car other places due to a busy travel year and the work is either done comleatly wrong, or just bad. Everytime I have left Voltek, my car drives just as nice or better than the day I bought it. I go nowhere else.

These guys are amazing. Had an issue with my wifes XC90 where it looked like coolant was leaking. I brought it here because of the amount of 5 start reviews they had on Yelp. I was not disappointed. I brought the car in and they offered to take a look at it between their already booked schedule that day. Turns out that the coolant was just low and what had created the puddle under the car was just condensation from the A/C unit. As an Audi/VW/Volvo driver, I was prepared to fork over a couple hundred dollars for their trouble. Their response to me shoving money at them was, No, dont worry about it, there was nothing actually wrong with the car. I said, Yeah, but you dont work for free, I should pay you something. Their response was, Just bring your car here next time there is something REALLY wrong with it. Seriously, who does that these days. Anyway, you can trust the reviews on Yelp, and you can trust these guys with your Volvo. (Sadly, they dont work on Audis) :(
