I like the fact of how Henry was honest & kept it real. I was told it would take about 3 hours to get my vehicle & it did. When I went in to check on the status of my vehicle, he was honest. Its going to be about another SOLID hour. A-1 customer service! While there, I felt valued. The employees were kind, considerate, and cordial. I would DEFINITELY recommend this business.

These guys are the best!! They are very kind, helpful, and extremely good at what they do.About a year ago I got an old 325i, which was a “fixer-upper” to say the least. Most of the mechanics I called around the city were extremely rude or refused to even look at my car. Just when I was ready to give up on the whole thing, I found Eurofed.. they got my car up and running and have been there for all repairs since. These guys are legit. I brought my 2010 5 series BMW wagon in for a fuel pump replacement. I almost did it myself (I’m pretty handy with tools and this car is generally easy to work on if you know what you’re doing), but the skill level was just above my comfort zone of doing a DIY, and not to mention they were able to diagnose other issues I had with my fuel pump that frankly, I wouldn’t have discovered. Plus I’m pretty busy and just didn’t have the time to do it myself. I’m VERY glad I brought my car in to these guys as I’m sure I probably saved myself a TON of stress and time…well worth the cost. These guys are obviously pros at what they do. They are fast, very communicative, up-front and honest. Clark, the manager I dealt with, was exceptionally knowledgeable with my vehicle and made what could have been a very stressful experience less-so. Needless-to-say, I’ve found my go-to place to take care of my car that I love so much. I’ll definitely be coming back and couldn’t recommend them more.

These guys were great! I went to several shops before them I didnt like what I was being told at one major dealer. I googled for what I needed and this shot was one of the first shops that showed up I called them I liked what I heard over the phone I went in I like the way everything looked. They gave me a diagnostic pretty wrap it it was a little bit different from what the first shop told me I trusted my gut my car was ready the next day and the price was considerably less. Unfortunately had to spend more than I was hoping for after damage from a huge Atlanta pothole. There were multiple changes to the plan, and it did get expensive. But they were EXTREMELY professional, communicated very well, and gave thorough answers/explanations for their recommendations. They got a lot done in a very reasonable timeframe. Big shoutout to my service advisor Clarke who was a terrific point of contact and a good representative for the shop.

The guys at Eurolfed Decatur did an excellent job restoring my 25 year old BMW 3 series. They had me scheduled through someone that wasn’t there that day, resonator delete. But 3mins on the phone with the owner and they fit me in that day, drove me home and dropped my car off at home when it was finished (same day). Great guys!

I moved (back) to a whole-new-Atlanta after 20 years. And I can’t believe I found my new car repair place so easily! I’m so relieved! One call to Eurofed in Decatur and Clark set everything in motion. He gave me a time to bring it in the very next day, and the problem was diagnosed by the end of the day. The repair cost was reasonable, and Clark was reliably available by phone and clear and helpful in explaining what needed to be done.

Went in for a filter replacement, parts had to be order so they kept car over the weekend.. Pickup car and notice a crack on my bumper that was covered with touch up paint. (Bumper have to removed to replace filter) I contact shop about the crack, they stated it was already there. I ask them to send me notes of this information on the paperwork, they said they didn’t noted, I ask them why they didn’t notify me of the damage before they removed the bumper, they stated they assume I knew. So who painted it??? Very upsetting will not be using these guys again.

The price for a control arm repair was much higher than I think it should have been according to the other two sources I consulted, RepairPal and a car mechanic hotline run by FIXD.Service is polite and mostly commnunicative (at one point they said theyd call me right back and didnt), and they fit me in for a day-of repair on a busy Friday, which I appreciate.

Clark and the team are always friendly, knowledgeable, and make me feel valued. The 2 services I have received so far will have me back again.

I’ve been to this shop a few times now and every time they have impressed me with their professionalism and customer service. After having some bad experiences with franchise service departments I will no longer trust my car with anyone but Eurofed. Clark was very helpful with getting me in and out quickly and he even offered to stay late on a Friday so that I could pick my car up after hours if I needed to.

My Range Rover was not working for 6 months , it was taken to 2 different shops and no one could repair it. The team at EUROFED Decatur repaired it in a timely manner . Cost wise.... not as expensive as I thought it would be. They make owning a Range Rover with a tight budget reasonable. Special thanks to Aldon, Dillan, and Clark who where very patient with me, communicative and informative. Dillan also took the time to show me the damage part from my vehicle . As a DIYer, I am highly skeptical of pretty much anyone touching my vehicles but I trusted these guys to perform some routine suspension maintenance on an old bmw and they cared for the car as if it were their own. Take your car here with confidence.

The Absolute Best in Town! If you drive a Euro, or anything else for that matter, you need to have it serviced and repaired at Eurofed. I have a mid-80s Porsche, and a 2015 BMW. They are as knowledgeable about my 36 year old car as my 5 year old car. Communication is on-point, shop is clean, and prices are fair. Ive used both the Atlanta (Doraville) and Decatur locations and had great experiences at both. Do yourself a favor, stop taking your euro to the dealer and start taking it to Eurofed.

Was great, but theyve lost a step. My most recent oil change and tire rotation was double what it was last time. They didnt think to mention this to a returning customer before handing me the bill after the work was complete. They no longer have the friendly and collaborative car place feel and seem more dealership and transactional than before. As they were quick to point out to me when I questioned the unannounced difference in price from my last trip in, being in downtown Decatur is expensive, and perhaps that is finally catching up to them. Ill be finding an alternative option for my next service.

The only shop I use for all of my car repairs Trey is the guy that took care of me, he has great customer service and will make sure you are happy by the time you leave.

A young serviceman traveling to Ft Gordon stopped to ask this establishment for help because the car broke down. Attached is the quote for $2,405 in repairs for a burnt intake valve (something a mechanic I know personally has never seen in his 30 years of turning wrenches.)fortunately we took the car to the Kia dealership in hopes they would extend the warranty on the car.As luck would have it, the problem was just a loose connector on the fuel injector.Now, Im not saying that these fellows intentionally tried to rip me off.I *am* saying anybody who visits them ought to get a second opinion before signing any work orders.Edit: business contacted me to clarify the steps taken to come to this recommendation. I dont believe that they would do this if they were being dishonest, because in general dishonest businesses dont even bother with trying to keep up appearances.Therefore I am slightly adjusting my initial review rating. Still only three stars because theres a huge difference between $2,500 and having to stay in town for a few days vs $150 and fixed in 5 minutes. for those of you mechanically inclined the issue at hand is what the results of a leak down test show- this business says there was a problem in one cylinder and the dealer says everything checks out okay. I guess well find out in a couple thousand miles who was right!

I feel super neutral about my experience with this shop. I brought in my Mercedes CLS550 for a coolant leak coming from the back of the engine. I brought my car to this shop because it’s a high class Mercedes-Benz, and I want professionals to work on my car. But I don’t want to pay the $225 an hour labor at the dealer where this shop is $140 an hour. I brought my car under the impression that my diagnostic fee of $140 would go towards the repair on my vehicle if I decided to do it. Within a few minutes of coming in and sitting down I was asked to walk back into the service bay to speak with the mechanic. He had told me he did a cooling system compression test and found a coolant hose on the back of my engine was leaking coolant. I felt relieved, until he turned my attention under the car and told me the coolant on my exhaust was a sign of head gasket failure and to go back inside to weigh out my options. I was also told there was oil in my coolant reservoir.So this shop called the dealer I purchased the car from (I had purchased it a month prior) and asked for assistance in this issue and of course they didn’t want anything to do with it. So after paying my $140 diagnostic charge, I was also given a quote for head gasket replacement of over $4,500! I was told to have the car towed home or leave it at their shop until I decided to have it fixed, but something didn’t feel right, so I asked them to put it back together and I drove it 45 miles back home with no issues. I called back the next day and asked if I could just replace that hose first and see where things go and they said yes, but was told it would 6+ hours of labor because it’s very hard to get to and was quoted almost $1,000 just for that hose! And when I asked about my diagnostic fee I had just paid, he told me they had went a little out of their way for me and a little over that first hour trying to find the issue so he couldn’t apply the discount. Which I know for a fact it takes 5 minutes to take engine covers on and off of a Mercedes, but okay sir.Anyways... I called my buddy who owns a shop locally. He doesn’t like to work on Mercedes, but he told me he’d have a look at mine. So we did the compression test too and found both the heater hose on the back of my engine was leaking and my coolant reservoir was bad and also leaking. I told him what this shop told me and he laughed. “Yeah they tried to rip you a need one!” After doing a proper head gasket test, the fluids tested negative and oh yeah that “oil” that was in my coolant was later to be proven to be a very common stop leak used in cooling systems to mask leaks temporarily. And it’s a dark brown color kind of like oil, hints why my reservoir looked like it had oil in it. On that following Monday as I stood there and watched as my friend was able to replace that heater hose in a half hour and my reservoir in one hour with a coolant flush all for a grand total of little over $375.... A HELL of a lot cheaper than what I quoted at this shop.It’s been two weeks and over 1,200 miles and my car has been perfect. The coolant is still pretty and blue, not a drop of oil or any more boiling. Either one of two things happened at this shop. 1, they’re too quick to diagnose problems that aren’t problems or 2, they saw an opportunity to make some $$$ off of me. Either way, I went from a $4,500 and $1,000 repair (a thousand for a hose!!) to under $400. I probably wouldn’t recommend this shop if you don’t know what your issue is prior to visiting.

If they suggest rebuilding your instrument cluster, dont take them up on it. Three weeks, two trips to the shop, and close to $1k later and I still have a messed up cluster. Car was given back to me in a completely unprofessional manner (disconnected lights, battery cover off, trashy). Two stars cause they actually managed to get me a working engine replacement.

Came in for a quick oil change for my Volkswagen Jetta and the team at Eurofed was very professional and speedy. They also did a thorough checkup of the rest of my car. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my Volkswagen needs.

Fastest oil change I’ve ever experienced. I was in and out close to 30 min. They use Liqui Moly which is a top of the line brand. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff! I recommend anyone with a Bmw or euro looking for a dealership alternative.
