This place is amazing all of the mechanics are knowledgeable and very helpful they dont talk down to you and explain things easily. Very reasonable pricing and wonderful customer service. The person on the phone was very sweet and helpful. We are always in and out they are quick and efficient. We dont go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I have been doing business with Jose and his crew at Vol Repairs for five years or more now and there is no better full service automotive shop anywhere. He gives me actual insight to the workings of the car and explains it to me in a way that not only made sense but was never condescending the way many car places can be. Great shop, had the chance to look around while my mini was in the shop. Theres so many different kinds of cars being worked on! They fixed my car in the promised time. I hope I dont have to go back soon, but considering I drive an old mini Ill probably have to visit them again soon😬😅

My experience was terrible with them. They had my vehicle for over 2 months for repairs that could have been done in a 2 weeks tops. They did a terrible job with keeping me current on updates on the repairs.

I brought my car (Jaguar 03 Xtype) here to get fixed for an over heating problem because they were recommended to me and Ive had to bring it back 3 different times for the same problem. As of tonight after the last time they fixed it (which was not EVEN a week ago and it was told to me that it would be FREE of charge and I ended up paying 75 dollars for a antifreeze reservoir) Another hose has bursted off and my car is over heating not to mention its POURING antifreeze fluid out of the bottom! I am completely unhappy with my service and feel that the repairs I DID pay for, was for absolutely nothing. Not to mention when they DID have my car they eventually stopped answering my calls after being told I would hear from them a certain day... To see that everyone else has these RECENT great reviews, I find it VERY disheartening that I was treated poorly. My dues were always paid the day OF, and never paid less then what they asked... I really feel I have wasted money here, a bit over a grand, maybe even 2 and I STILL have the same exact problem... Thanks Jose and Mandy or Mindy...

Awesome place to take your BMW for repairs. I had to tow my car to Vol repair after my car was sitting at another shop for two weeks, to find out that they couldn’t fix it. After talking with Mandy at Vol Repair shop about my ordeal, she stated to me that they could fix it with no problem. Towed my car to Vol and a week later I was picking up my car. This makes me very happy to know that I have a place to take my car it’s no worries without taking out a mortgage to get it repaired.Very satisfied with their work!!

Jose Rodriguez has been one of the best people to do business with in my entire life. Hes taken care of all the vehicles in my whole family for about 15 years or so. Not once have we had any issues with his services and hes always gone the extra mile to take care of us. The fact that he lets me borrow a loaner car is a tremendous service Ive never seen anyone else do and it makes it much easier for me to get my car worked on. Hes very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. On top of all this, hes just a hell of a guy and I always have a good time talking with him! I have been taking my Mercedes to Vol-Repair 2 for many years. I have always been satisfied 110% with the repair and the customer service provided. Recently I was involved in what I thought would be a total loss accident when a driver wasnt paying attention in his and crashed into the back of my car right after picking it up from being detailed and waxed by Vol-Repair 2. I called Jose at Vol-Repair 2, explained the situation, and had it towed back to Vol-Repair 2 where amazingly Jose was able to put it back together as if it never happened. They are always consistent and always take care of me. As long as they are open Ill be taking my vehicle there!

These guys saved my aging BMW that was throwing transmission failure alerts left and right. First place I went to recommended swapping out the transmission for a used replacement for at least a couple gs. Ended up just needing a crankshaft sensor replacement for a fraction of that. Honest guys, great service.

Used Vol Repair II for the second time to have some work done on my Toyota Avalon and had a great experience!I went in a few days ago and wanted a second opinion about what another mechanic said was wrong with my brakes. I spoke to the office manager and once I told her that I had my doubts about what I was told she immediately had my car pulled into the shop and had the mechanics there look and see what issues they saw. A short time later it was clearly explained to me what was wrong and I was given concrete prices as to what it would cost to fix the issue.Today during the repair a separate issue was encountered and the shop called to discuss the repair options I had and let me decide which way to go.Never once did I feel pressured during my experience.I would definitely recommend this shop and plan to keep using them for future car repairs!

I highly recommend Vol Repair in Decatur. They do a great job on body work and provide options for your needs. The staff is is very nice and they get you in and out quickly.

I brought my 94 Mercedes here and had wobbling at over 60 mph. When I brought my car in Jose lifted it up to show me and diagnose the problem while I was there. It was a gesture I have never seen before at a mechanic shop. No BS, he just walked me through what might need to be done and let me make the decision without any pressure. He then gave me regular updates, and delivered my car within a week. It now drives like a brand new Mercedes and he has probably added 10 more years onto the life of the car. This shop knows their stuff, is very fair, and Jose was a real honest guy throughout.

Trust this business. I have been going to Vol Repair for years.They are professional,attentive and polite. Their prices are very fair. I have a 2003 Subaru Outback wagon that they have taken care of since it was new. I had a Volvo wagon that they took care of for many years before that.I have always felt appreciative of their keeping my cars in good condition.

A real life saver! My alternator went out. A Cadillac dealership wanted to charge me over $1300 to fix it. I paid half that at Vol. I’m a first time customer and was very impressed by the customer service and they had my SRX repaired in a day. If I need repairs in the future, I’m not even going to call around for estimates.Thank you to the owner, Jose! 5 stars from me!

I have used Vol-Repair II several times for help with my 2009 BMW 328i and prior to that with my wifes Mercedes C300. They have always been very friendly and knowledgable and very reasonably priced. I have nothing but praise for Jose and crew. Highly recommended and yes, as someone else said, Mandy is amazing!

Helpful, professional, and competent staff. The reception/admin staff were very friendly and provided great customer service. The repairs to my front and rear bumper look perfect. I took my 2001 BMW X5 in for repair after a fender bender where other driver was at fault. Folks at VR2 were super helpful and took excellent care of me and my car. They handled every aspect of my rental car needs, including calling the rental shop to pick me up, requesting an extension for rental car and when all was done, I just left the rental with VR2 and they returned it for me. They negotiated with the insurance to get all of my OEM parts covered and to cover repair of previous incidental damage to my rear bumper. They were open on Saturday for convenient pickup and my car was beautifully detailed inside and out, and they gave me a shiny new BMW emblem for the hood. In my opinion, prices were reasonable for a shop specializing in German imports. Highly recommend this shop.

They were great!!! I have a 82 Mercedes 300sd, it had a turbo not working and turn signals that didn’t work either. I took it to them because of my Dad’s recommendation to as he had a sprinter van he took up there and they were really friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a drive for me as I live in Statham but well worth it as my experience with other local mechanics hasn’t been great. I recommend to everyone to go here even if it’s a drive as it’s great. Now my turn signals work and my turbos fixed. Thank you vol auto repair for your professionalism and pride in your work!

The dealer told me my repairs were going to be $4,500.00! Jose did it for less than half that and my car is running great!

Ive sent several persons there. They NEVER offer a discount or special. They dont even RINSE your car off after sitting in that dirty lot. I sat in the lobby waiting to be helped (consulted) with, from 10 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon---crazy me! Over the years, Ive become SO disappointed in them. Looking for a better shop than this.

Had over $1000 of repairs performed at this location over several weeks, including control arm replacement, and strut and strut mount installation. Repairs were often not completed on schedule, requiring repeated return to the location. Vehicle was returned with strut unbolted; and had to be towed back to the shop from a location 20 miles away. Customer service is simply lacking; there seems to be little regard for customer time. To their credit, some gratuitary repairs not in the scope of the initial estimate were performed. Not likely to patronize this establishment again.

Do you have serious car repair trouble? Do NOT take your car to Vol repair. I paid for a new Subaru CVT transmission and they put in another transmission, and it started pausing and sticking in a gear the second day I was back to driving it. This shop is under managed and the mechanics are not good at repairing cars.Do yourself a favor and listen to the negative reviews here because they are REAL!This shop CANNOT DO MAJOR REPAIRS ADEQUATELY!I wish I had listened to the other reviews! They got $7500 out of me and the car engine is still broken!

Joseph Dominguez, the owner, is the worst communicator I have ever met. I HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING THIS automobile repair shop AT ALL COSTS.Vol-Repair II is extremely unethical.
