Exceptional prices for auto repairs

My sons vehicle was in need of service. Our regular mechanic was booked and unable to service his automobile. Rags is located next door to my place of employment so I thought this would be a convenient relationship. This ended up being a mistake and a loss of money. The vehicle has made a total of six visits for the same problem. I expressed my concerns of needing the vehicle ready for a trip my son was soon to take. They assured it would be repaired in a timely manner. On the way home from the sixth trip the check engine light came on and the code read the same code as before. I advised them i wanted a refund because money was spent and the same problem still existed. They informed me they do not issue refunds. He offered me to bring the car back, but if it had not been fixed within the six attempts why would there be a different outcome? I thought this to be bad business but did not argue. Instead I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately I can not rate my experience nothing other than one star. The mechanics I believe are nice individuals but lacked the knowledge to repair the problem. The vehicle has since been repaired.

Great experience! Both gentlemen explained everything that was needed, and even let me watch some of what they were doing. Despite a confusion on a part order (not the fault of the shop), I never even noticed the extra time. And they are completely understanding of odd work schedules. My repair ended up being a bit more intensive than originally planned (again not the fault of RAGs), but I was never made to feel like it was putting them out. Even though I live an hour a away, I think I found my cars new repair shop.

Took my truck in bill at another place was 900.00 getting it fixed at RAGS fir 670.00

Was recommended to see them by a co-worker as I didnt know who to go to in Decatur for mechanical car repairs (brakes in my case specifically). Got great service at a great price. Theyre no BS mechanics and give it to you straight.

Great service, know what theyre doing, and cheapest for miles. You couldnt find a friendlier and more helpful place to get your vehicle worked on!
