Always appreciate the honesty of Tire Discounters. Other tire shop try selling you tire no matter what’s wrong but here I’ve always gotten good advice and fair service. Appreciate the way they do business and that’s why I’ll keep going back.

I have had a couple of great experiences at Tire Discounters in Decatur. The staff is very polite and engaging. The “vibe” is much more inviting than other tire shops I have experienced. Most importantly, the quality of their work is top notch. They seem to go the extra step to make sure things are done correctly. They have earned my trust and will continue to get my business.

I’ve been impressed with Tire Discounters on more than one occasion. Not only have they offered competitive prices on quality tires, the staff has treated me well each time I’ve visited. My recent visit was to see if they could work me in for a flat tire repair, and they exceeded my expectations by having my tire ready faster than expected.

We were in town for a wedding and woke up with a flat tire. Went to their shop and they were slammed busy. Faye took care of me and got me in and out as we had to get to ceremony.Thank you!

Tire place that hos no clue about tires. Came with a nail in my tire and needed it patched. They told me the surface wasnt flat enough to patch it. Took the tire with the nail in it somewhere else and they were able to patch it right away. Also asked me why I had snow tires...I dont. I have all-weather tires. Just dont go here.

Honestly was sketchy it was going to be overpriced at first. But was shocked. They even make sure to go over things with me and explain even though other places would try to take advantage of my age and assume Im ignorant. Love the store manager and the whole team. Every ones is really courteous. Coming here ANYTIME my car needs work.

We have taken cars there multiple times now and have had positive experiences both times. They have been honest and performed work quickly and of high quality. Definitely recommend them for any type of automobile work.

Bit long on time, even with an appointment. Getting full synthetic oil change for 60 bucks. Saved 15 bucks. The other place takes about 15 minutes. You are paying for convenience. See how well the valvoline runs.

Tire discounters is great. They have some really great specials going on right now and they really care about helping you. Ian gave me a free quote on a new set of tires and was polite and helpful. I had an alignment done close to closing time and they still managed to get me in with a positive attitude and did an excellent job. I will most definitely be returning to tire discounters located on the beltline near Kroger.

They are always courteous and their prices are reasonable. They work on getting you in and out in a timely matter, which is why they will always get my business!

We had a blowout traveling on vacation. These guys were amazing and were quick to get us back on the road! We even received a follow up call the next morning to make sure we reached our destination safely! Thank you!

So I called there yesterday to get the price on replacing a tire sensor and get told what the prices now the guy did say that some tire sensors are more than others but that its only $10 to put them on but dont come today because were really busy right now come tomorrow. So I go in there today and I wait while the guy is on the phone and then finally he says looks it up and the tire pressure sensor is a little more expensive than quoted I get that but the labor is 25 dollars! So I say well thats not what I was quoted on the phone yesterday and he says oh well okay I dont know thats what it is I can try to work with it. At that point Im like nah I have a real problem with people who say one thing to get you in the door and then you find out that no thats not really the case and its a totally different thing and is not just a matter of a couple of dollars its thirty bucks $15 more for the sensor and $15 more for the labor. Tire Discounters apparently hasnt figured out that just because youre the new guy in town doesnt mean youre the only guy in town. Im headed back to minors where I can always depend are getting good service and good prices and Truth

Pathetic service.went in for the valvoline 5w30 conventional oil and filter change and oil was changed but not the filter.will not be ever going back.

They offer professional service and they were very thorough in their inspections. I was very pleased with the service that i was provided.

I left work late and as soon as I got in my Jeep the low tire pressure light came on. Luckily Tire Discounters was open late and Ian was able to get me in right away. Fast, friendly with no upsell. They earned a repeat customer today.

Do not go there. Worst place in town. They said that it would be a couple of minutes and ended up being over an hour. They broke the tire sensor and charged me for that too.
