Incompetence and greed. I came here to get my air conditioning fixed. I explained that my system was leaking refrigerant somewhere. I was told there would be a $125 diagnostic fee. I agreed, thinking they would find the leak. Instead, they replaced a small fuse, for which I was charged another $75. Two days later my refrigerant had leaked out again. I came back to the shop. They replaced a small valve. Two days later, the refrigerant had leaked out again. I came back to the shop. Again they replaced a small valve. Two days later, the refrigerant had leaked out again. Im $200 in, and they still havent even diagnosed the problem. When I asked for a refund, the lady at the desk became very rude and defensive and said there were no refunds. I finally met with the owner, who was more polite, but still no refund. Instead, he wanted to try replacing the compressor, and quoted me a price of over $900. (And he couldnt even promise that would fix the problem.) (I later found compressors online for around $200.) I asked the owner about pulling a used compressor at a junkyard to reduce the cost, and he said he would look into that and call me back later in the day. He never called. Do not bring your car here for A/C repair unless you like spending money without results.

My online parts department sent me the wrong part. I Googled Radiator Repair near me and Sims came up. Took my part and dropped it off, fixed it just like New! Plus it was 10 bucks less than what was quoted lol. Amazingly fast service, I will be back with all of my radiator needs from now on!

They boiled out, lined, and painted the gas tank on my old Datsun for cheaper than most people wanted to just boil it out. Easy to deal with, no surprise costs. Couldnt recommend them higher.

Dropped my Chevy truck off earlier one morning for a new radiator. Later that evening picking up my truck, I saw a small leak but didnt think nothing of it. Thought it could be a little residue from the repair. Fast forward a year later still putting water in the radiator, I decide to have someone else look at the radiator. It was never replaced and this particular shop has closed down. The original radiator from the Chevy factory was still there with the same leak. Wonder why theyre not in business? Dont do what I did which was give ANY company the benefit of cheating me after someone recommended it was a good company....
