Poor customer service the technician acted as if he didnt want to do the work and referred me to go somewhere else but the shop was equipped to do the work

I dealt with them a couple times . They like to do as little as possible for as much money as possible. Check your vehicle once they said they fixed something. They told me they replaced my wires , charged me for it and when i asked to see the ones they replaced he switched it up and said he only tightened them up. I asked why i was charged so much and he basically charged me on how much time it took to find a short in the wires. Just games. Will never use them again.

Make sure you ask about the diagnostic fee before they check your car , had the guy at the front come to me and say hey I forgot to mention a 70$ diagnostic fee so we have to cover that now , then left to go get a part that I was not told it needed until the guy come back (an hour later) , I was charged 250$ for a simple manifold gasket and my car is still not quiet as it should be , WILL NOT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN

Im taking them to Court. Went for Tune- Up, Car behind another, no Diagnostic Check put on machine. Air hose engine and sprayed with Pep Boys Freeze Spray. I being a women knows, but to see my Receipt. IF I would dare not have raised hell. I would have went to jail that Day.

I went there to get ac fix because the high pressure ac valve had a licking. And they said they gonna change the valve and vacuum old freon and put new freon or recharge the ac so he will do it for $189 after I sat there almost 1hr and 20 minutes he came back told me pay him $69 because he don’t have the part and said I have to changed the whole line so he can’t do it now so pay him $69 for doing nothing. Guys this place is a scam they don’t wanna do anything they just want that $69 for doing nothing.

I went to the shop for a transmission service on 5/27 and was told I would be taken care of the same day. After 4 hours of sitting I was told my parts wouldn’t arrive until later that night so I should schedule for the next day at 9 . When I arrived the gentleman said the mechanic was in the hospital, I will never do business at this place again, they are so unprofessional and just outright lie!!!

I was told they do good service so my car was making noise .like the power steering pump .I bought one it anyway I spent 300 dollars an it was said they fix the noise I sat There 5 hours.. when they gave me my car , 😠The noise was still there it was told from the beginning about why I was There he always on phone talking personal he telling me come back Monday. .he hand writing me a receipt for $150 my car still same

They are great..... Ever time I need assistance they are there with excellent service.

Dont take your car here for anything but muffler repair. there prices dont make sense.

Josh and the owner Joshua were both amazing! They treated me like family. Very honest and professional. Most mechanic shops try to get over on women or treat them differently but not these guys. I really appreciate them and will refer and return!

I had several things done here and everyone is always very professional and work is done in a timely manner and the cost is not overwhelming. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for many years and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

I took my daughters car to meineke to have a catalytic converter put on and the job was done within 2hrs. Her vehicle was having problems passing emissions, since new catalytic converter install vehicle passed emissions with no problems. Thanks Meineke for your great service. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know in need of service to a vehicle. We wasted two weeks fooling around with the dealership (Chevrolet) getting many things fixed that did not fix the problem wasted a lot of time and money.

I was charged $786 in labor for a DAY OF WORK I’ve had my car worked on for 2 weeks before and only paid $400 in labor. This is insane and I will be taking legal action until this is rectified.

I went to this location because I had a coolant leak...steam from my reservoir. After being charged $70 for a test to confirm I had a leak🤔 these two techs caused a bigger leak. I said no problem just fix it. The guy started saying how I needed all these parts that only the dealer had and how difficult it was going to be....they ultimately ended up trying to charging me $350. When I asked questions they told me to take my truck elsewhere...im glad I did I got the part for $50 at AutoZone. And got it installed for $75. Its easy to shoot the race card in this situation....but Im just saying.... Dont take your car to these people. They are not honest or trustworthy. I dont think they care for minorities too much....

Ken and Mike were great. Wait time was short and I would definitely go there again.

The only thing good I would say Is that they are quick to try and correct the problem but the problem is after 5 tries it still is not fixed save your time and money and go elsewhere

I came for car diagnostic, and wasted $69.95 for some guy to tell me I just need to change my tires. He didn’t check anything, just plugged my car up to a computer. My car is telling me it’s -16,700 miles pass service and the man told me not to worry about that. Then I’ve been in an accident and has had complications with attempting to get an alignment due to damages remaining after accident.The man who helped me at Meineke denied any issues with car without even inspecting it.I’ve had tire issues due to needing an alignment and other things that may be wrong. Severe wear on the right side of left tires and left side of right tires, the man at Meineke just told me I just need new tires, without even suggesting what could be the underlying problems like needing new struts.I told him i need an alignment (and I know this because when driving, wheel is completely turnt) and just by turning the wheel while car is parked, he told me I didn’t.I went to Atlanta AutoHaus and pretty much found out I need a whole new tie rod and they showed me and took pictures.Do not go to Meineke, they’re just money grubs.

Based on other reviews, I took my car here. They had a slight issue that made the repair take longer than expected (only by a couple of hours though). They gave me a discount both on this trip and the next time I brought a car in. Since I was happy the first time, I took my other car in, and they fixed it very quickly, and gave us another discount since the first time they had been slow.Also, the second time we brought the car in, it was Sat. July 3rd (Holiday Weekend), and they were still open, super friendly, and very reasonably priced.This is definitely recommended for oil changes, break issues, basic repairs, and other maintenance!

This place has very bad customer service. Received a coupon in the mail and called to ask the manager if its valid. He was rude and hung up in my face. I was trying to support his business and the community but I dont think I could trust my car with these people. Very rude. I would go here if I was anybody. I will be calling corporate.

Unprofessional and unreliable is an understatement. I called at 430pm,525pm and at 537pm when I arrived. This shop was closed and no one called to let me know they were closing early. I live in McDonough GA and this was my only vehicle. I needed my vehicle to pick up my small children from aftercare in McDonough GA. If they were going to close early they should have said something when I dropped my car off at 0830 that morning. I was told they close at 6pm! This was totally unacceptable. I had to request an Lyft driver from Decatur to McDonough and again the next morning for work and drop my kids off for school. I called another menike and they stated that this particular location is notorious for leaving early. I will never bring my vehicle here again. This was an egregious inconvenience. I will never bring my vehicle here again and I encourage others not to bring their vehicle here either. I have never experienced such horrible and down right unprofessional service in my life.

Worse meineke ever they always say they have a hour to two hour wait before they sven pull your car and thats for a little as a basic oil change. They rude ass hell and aill have you standing there for bout 30 minutes before they even assist u at the counter

Manager lied to me and told, I needed a cataylic converter, he was very unprofessional, in contrast a mechanic at the same shop explained everything to me in a professional manner, he is the one who should have the management position.

We made a 7:30 AM appointment to drop off my car for service before I went to work. We waited until 7:50 AM and no one showed up. I would never bring my car to Meineke again - if they cant even bother to show up for my appointment, what kind of work would they do on my car? Unprofessional and unreliable.

I went to this dump two weeks ago to get my brake master cylinder fix,they charge me 350.00$ after I left the shop one hour later the brakes started making the same loud noise before I. took the car in to them,they never fixed the brakes they just pour some brake fluid in the car,there is a manager that works there his name is Mike he will rip you off and over charge you,or pretend they did work on your car.
