Often when mechanics see a single female, they presume that we know nothing about combustion engines and seize the opportunity to take - full advantage. But, Billys Liberty is HONEST ! They : wasted NO time putting a new engine in my Pontiac Vibe, did excellent work at a fair price. I was relocating at the time, they kindly stored my vehicle ( briefly), until I could return to retrieve it. This shop completes repairs on all of our fleet units. We have used them for major repairs and routine maintenance. My family and I were travelling and had a fuel pump going out on the interstate. We called a reliable auto parts company and were referred to Billy. He got us in immediately and made the repair within a few hours, getting us right back on the road. The price was very fair, as well. 1 star is generous. Been dealing with him for 25 years. Straight up crook. Sent him over 50+ customers over the years. Straight screwed me for $2500.00, plus another $700.00. Claiming its not his fault. Havent heard from him since he cashed the $2500.00 check

He and his staff were friendly and very helpful. They will definitely get my business when my vehical actually needs something, had alot of dash maintenance lights coming on asking for unneeded servicing on a 5 year old car under 100,000 miles. No run around, just knowledgeable information! Billy knows cars.

Earlier I posted that billys auto shop didnt fix my truck and it was a big misunderstanding. I was unaware that I needed more parts for my truck ac to work and just purchased a air compressor and paid for the labor. After a couple weeks I realized it was still not working and brought it back to billys and he didnt have enough workers at the time to fix the problem and I got upset because I had to wait to get my truck fixed but billy called and reassured me that he will fix the problem this week. He really is a good guy and does a great job on repairs.

Billy runs a clean business with experienced employees. I have trusted him with my cars for the past 25 years from Mazda to Chevrolets and a 1962 Porsche. I have never felt that he overcharged me and gives me a logical explanation of what is going on with my car.

Billly has done repair work for me and my brother. Always stands behind his work and gives me a clear description as to what is needed to get my vehicles on the road. From Corvette to Tahoe, Honda, 4Runner and Buick.

Sold me a bad transmission, Ive tried to call him to see if he would give my money back or trade for another one. Hasnt been answering his phone. My pastor payed 200 and me and my husband payed 100 for the transmission. He needs to answer because if not, I will file a lawsuit against him!!
