I am a current resident my lease up and they just raised the rent almost $100 when I have no outlets in my bathroom and my car got water damage from the parking lots flooding. So bad. The office is so rude they only had one nice lady ms. Elizabeth and she left. We miss her I’m trying figure where she works so I can move there.

Do not waste your money on applications here unless your credit history is near pristine. My wife and I just dropped $100 (50 per applicant) with a 622 credit score and solid 5 years of rental history paying twice as much in Florida. We were rejected because their community standard requires a 650+ credit score. Thats 70 points higher than the minimum requirement for a mortgage 🤷‍♂️And of course they did not tell us about this requirement BEFORE they took our $100 🤦‍♂️

Since we moved here in October, we have experienced constant issues. Some of the electrical outlets werent connected to the breaker box, the bathroom countertop was patched together with second rate workmanship, and light switches in the bedrooms that arent connected to anything. In January, the ownership/management changed and every month, although we pay our rent on time, we get a notification from them. They are incompetent, and unable to recognize the terms of our current leasing agreement, and continually harass us for non compliance to their new leasing agreement which we are not bound to.Its only a matter of time before this office is neck deep in legal paperwork.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

Property doesn’t know how to run a business. Takes 2 months to cash a rent check, then doesn’t properly notify you of a returned check, and gives you 2 days to vacate, which is illegal in the state of Ohio. We receive weekly “violation notices” for things that aren’t even us, or our fault. Yet we have work orders that haven’t been dealt with for 5 months and we don’t bring that up do we? They do NOT know how to properly take care of their tenants, and sure as heck don’t know how to PROPERLY run this apartment complex. No wonder they can’t keep the same management team for more than a few months. Will NEVER live here again and will DEFINITELY NOT recommend anyone I know to live here. Sad excuse for an apartment complex.

I currently live here now. It’s a great place to live. Maintenance keeps up very well on things and when I call they are on top of thing.

I have lived here for a year as of this month. After it got bought out things have been going more smoothly. Amazing first apartment. The owners are very understanding and willing to work with you and actually care about you as a person not just a renter. Defiantly would live here for a few more years.

I am finishing my fourth year here, and intend to renew my lease again. If it was not for the new owners/managers, I would be leaving. The last three management systems were poor, at best.Our new management group is great. The only minimal irritation is the rent is a bit high, but that is offset by excellent maintenance, courteous office staff, good management, and mainly crime free. If you want a place where the living is peaceful, and management cares about you, this is the place to be. Check it out,

A great place to live. The leasing agents are amazing and maintenance Is done in a timely manner. Also my children and myself love the pool and it’s in Walking distance to Stores if you like to exercise or save on gas. I’ve been here for two years now. My children school is close also.

We just renewed our lease after 1 year. The new leasing company is amazing and have made great changes in this year. We are looking forward for what is to come.

If i was u i would take my money else where. This place is horrible to live. The floors seem like ur gonna go right threw them. In the summer the upstairs is so hot its like the ac dont even work up there. The guy at the office is rude as can be. I think u would have better luck just renting a house.

I have asked about getting some important interior problems like the AC and dishwasher I was told that the parts would be in and I have yet to get any of that fixed. I have moved out now and hope that others that will move in will get a better experience than I. I understand thay you want to attract new people with the new looks, but not having AC when its hot amd miserable is not awesome. Also its irritating to not have your dishwasher not work either. I have had to replace and fix things because nobody came and fixed them. It was good for being my first apartment but other than that no.

Current Tenant at Wayne Estates and I could not be more pleased with the way that the complex is coming along. The new manager has been putting time, effort and money into making sure that things are completed.

The Brant is a wonderful place to live the office staff is wonderful and professional the maintenance department I awesome if you r looking for a place to call home the brant is that place I have been here three years and I love it

This apt is not worth 860.00. Its not the brand new apt on the other side of I -70. Its not the apt on brandt across from the park. People are nice.just over priced.

No new reviews lately so thought Id post one. Only giving 3 stars right now as I only moved in about 3 months ago, will update as time goes on. Buutttttt so far our experience has been great. The management is awesome, Philip and Kylah take their jobs seriously and make sure things are in order. If youre a good tenant, then you shouldnt have any problems. Maintenance is pretty quick about fixing your problems and are super nice and professional. The new upgrades are all coming along nicely, cant wait to see the newly renovated and remodeled clubhouse!😁 Now if they would just open up the pool already Id be a super happy tenant 😂. But seriously if you want a decent place to live its pretty quiet and peaceful here, minus the few riff raff that are a bit rambunctious, but the management are good at dealing with that too.

Not very good for a high price. Dont recommend. 0 stars if possible. Place is very dated with a lot of problems that managment is too lazy to fix. Not clean at all upon move in. Its a fixer upper that youre not aloud to fix.

Apartment manager doesnt do anything until higher up is involved. Maintenance men dont know much of what theyre doing. They dont really care about their tenants happiness. Saddest part of all? They know about massive holes in the foundational exterior wall of my apartment & havent done anything for months. They knew about it before I moved in & chose to do nothing, but told me otherwise. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The people that run it are literal slum lords. Way too expensive for the dump I live in.

Lived here with my parents and then on my own. Unless you want black mold, bedbugs, mice, and roaches DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Got charged for things at move out that were there when I moved in. Maintenance never did any work orders then you get charged for it. Had to call the fire department because my oven would turn on by itself and the element inside broke and maintenance did not want to come and look at it. The only reason they did is because when I called the fire department, it was training day so they had the big truck and the landlord and head of maintenance ran over and replaced it in less than an hour. Multiple tenets have tried getting them for being Slum Lords but they changed owners as it was about to go through. My parents had no working shower, the floor in the bathroom upstairs was about to cave in, maintenance came over to fix the showers for 3 days and said they needed to order parts, left their tools and did not come back til they moved out 6 months later and charged them for the “damage”. Save your money and just go somewhere else!

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Theyll rent to anyone as long as they can pass a background check. Raise rent and took away free cable. Expect tenants to put up with riff raff that they place in there. They lie so much they cant keep up with lies they told....even on audio tape!!!
