Lovely place to live...super service and personnel!a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The fitness rooms are open reasonable hours and are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator carports and covered parking garage. My wife and I could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks near the Dayton Art Institute and the National Historic Aviation Museum.

They use the bait and switch tactic showing a nice unit then moving you in to an outdated, dirty stained carpet, partially painted, barely cleaned unit, the so called leasing specialist makes promises and tells you things that he denies when confronted by the assistant property manager who by the way is very unprofessional, the garage is outdated and leaks and floods and stuff from the ceiling of the garage leaks on your vehicle, the appliances are outdated, the gym equipment is outdated, if you can afford here you can afford a nicer updated place so keep looking and find something worth your money because this definitely isn’t it!

VERY IMPRESSED! I have been here for sometime now, and glad the new management has made changes. The pool is nice, but the fitness center is all we needed to complete the property. Thank you!!!
