I have put multiple emergency maintenance request (10+) in for the AC unit and no one has contacted me. Not a phone call. Not a text message. Nothing. My house is 90 degrees right now. It’s going on 3 weeks with no air. Hopefully whoever reading these reviews from the office will see this and have this issue taken care of. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this place but this is the most recent and affects me and my four children.

We’ve lived here about two years enjoying our home. The white kitchen cabinets, modern appliances and a separate eating area that is not carpeted. White clean furnishings on the apartment doors. Outside patio and storage shed. We have a roomy apartment walk-in closets and well designed bathrooms. We love the dark wood laminated floors in some areas of our home. We truly fell in love with the overall layout of our apartment, a great flow quality. Friendly office staff and maintenance kind of like an extended family. We get things fixed as things do come up but, it’s a big community so, we found having patience with each other as somethings take more of a priority than others helps to get service done faster. Dog friendly and children friendly Neighborhood, quiet atmosphere. Our community is a friendly one but, people usually stay to themselves which given the times a good thing. Great snow removal convenience and people are welcomed in gardening adding beauty to the property. Ty

They dont like to fix anything. I have a hole in my wall that the maintenance put there and never came back to fix. My ceiling is bowing and cracking and they keep telling me its safe but it looks dangerous. They were supposed to come do some work in my bathroom Tuesday and never showed up. Its 3 maintenance guys but you have to bug them to come repair things.

As a supplier, I work closely with this community and the management company, and they are wonderful to work with! They are attentive, professional, and always friendly. I definitely recommend them!

Its a roof over your head but they dont fix anything & are very untimely

So far no problems and they came and fixed shower soon as we let them know. Thank you to all the people working to make thing’s nice and up to date.

Worse place to live ever they dont fix nothing when its broke. they try and blaim you for the things broken. They dont care about the safety of the residents.But yet try to cover it up by doing things to try to draw you into the community knowing they just want the money they dont care about the way the apartments are kept up by maintenance.Ioved in and there are still thinking broken from the day I moved in till now a year later that never got fixed

I would not recommend this complex to a rat. I completed an application and gave a deposit almost three weeks ago and still have not been told if I have been denied or accepted as of yet. I have repeatedly called the leasing agent leaving several messages inquiring on the status of my application with no return phone call and when I first spoke with the agent I mentioned that I needed to move out of my current place by May 3, today is May 1. Its as if she is wanting me to decided to change my mind so that they will not have to give me back my deposit! Im really dumb founded on someone representing a company with such service as this.

If I could give this place a negative 0 I would this place is horrible I don’t recommend anyone living here.. I keep having water and heater problems and they just do a quick fix for the day and it’s right back broke. The staff is horrible they will do anything to get your money. If you are looking for an apartment please bypass these apartments and look elsewhere. Yes, it’s cheap but it isn’t livable at all.. I’ve had so many issues since I moved in every month it’s some..

They claim theyre SUBSIDIZING Housing, but they charged full market rent. If youre in School they want you to be getting TANF BENEFITS IN ORDER TO STAY AT THESE APARTMENTS. WHY IS THE GOVERMENT GIVING THEM DISCOUNTS?????? And theyre CHARGING FULL MARKET RENT, BET THE US HUD WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THIS. FOR PROOF OF SUBSIDIZED HOUSING IT WAS TOLD IN COURT BY PROPERTY MANAGER SHARICKA.

The Property Manager Sharicka does not need to be a Property Manager if she can’t separate her personal feelings toward a tenant from business . Who calls a tow company on someone moving out. Only Sharicka , then starts laughing at the tenants when the police department comes. If anyone wants to see videos or recording of Sharicka and her staff plz ask . She rides around with her matinence staff in her car. Got pictures of that. From talking to the residents living there, they’re saying their section 8 is telling them to move because Property isn’t up to code. So Sharicka should focus more getting apartments updated than causing a scene. Very Bad Manager. Looking forward to seeing this Apartment Complex on the local TV STATIONS

Im tired of having my car broken in to. No body can do nothing no camera no security.

Been here since 2015 my time is ending soon all I gotta say is nothing gets fix in timely manner and the pot holes in this parking lot dont make no since as far as peaceful thats cool in the years I been here rite about now I can careless what gets fix I am gone first chance

I am realistic. I do not know this place well, but this is the first week here for me and my wife .. the truth is that we love this place very much. ... Sengler Air ... central air conditioning ... a shower and a pointer ... a walk to wash cooking utensils and dishes ... and from the back a door made of tetanus ... and a place where you sit with a component of three or four chairs and a table and a small room outside .. for extra purposes .. such as a bicycle or a chair Or kitchen utensils .. Anything .. You want to cherish it .. This is a really beautiful thing..and a very quiet area suitable for children and raising them as you wish..No one interferes with you, no one .. bothering you .. This is all we want .. Thank you very much .. !! !
