We just renewed our lease to stay a second year. We enjoy living here and find that the property management team is kind and prompt. They have a wonderful maintenance staff. Downtown is rebuilding and there are several things to do within walking distance. Though we are downtown we have never felt unsafe. A little pricey for Dayton, in my opinion, but we plan to stay here as long as we live in this city.

Had a great experience living at The Landing. I had a 1 bedroom apt in the tower. About a mile from the Oregon District and less than half a mile from Riverscape, great location for summer fun downtown. Had 1 or 2 maintenance requests that were handled timely. Would highly recommend!

Todd and his team from prior to 2019 were excellent, but the new team from Crawford leaves a lot to be desired. Erik is gone from the office so much I havent met him or even been able to speak with him on the phone since he became property manager. Most of the problems come from a lack of simple things like maintaining the property and communicating in a timely manner, but to some people those may matter the most. The common areas are not cleaned very well or on a very regular schedule. This creates an image that does not fit the luxury living theme. Couches and floors still have the same gross stains from many months ago, while the gym remains dirty and aging. It would be better if they put the new fees towards fixing up the gym and clubroom, but instead it honestly feels like youre getting less than when it was free. Fixtures are left laying on the floor and there can be no cups or water for long periods of time. You can walk right next door to the Y and purchase a membership there for less than half the cost of what Crawford charges. Unfortunately you cant opt out of the fee so you would be paying for both.Requests for repairs are closed without being addressed, not fixed properly, or left behind with a mess when they drill into your wall. Some of the repairs on gym equipment looked plain dangerous like using a spare bolt as a safety pin.

I lived in the Landing for over and two and a half years and only moved when I took a job in a different city. I cannot recommend it enough. It has the convenience of being downtown, but due to the landscaping and location, has a more neighborhood feel that you might expect. Dayton is doing a lot right to to try to revitalize downtown, and I think its a great time to live downtown. My apartment was great--nice windows and natural light, great storage, and nicely appointed. I also liked having both a front and back entrance, and some deck space at each entrance. Apartments include all expected amenities, like central air, dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer. The Landing also has gym with ellipticals, treadmills, free weights and machines, and a storage room for bikes, which is nice given the bike trail on the river.By far the best part of the Landing is the people. Todd and Kristin are wonderful, and always responsive to any issue or question that might come up. The maintenance staff is equally great. If I needed even just a light bulb replaced, it was typically done the same day as my request.I would recommend the Landing to anyone looking for an apartment in Dayton.

Ive lived at The Landing for a year now and am so glad I found this place. Having lived in the suburbs for many years, moving downtown was a big change...but I couldnt have picked a better place! Todd, the property manager, and his team are responsive, professional and genuinely caring. Couple that with the unique character of The Tower and there is no better place to live downtown!

This is one the best place to live in Downtown Dayton. It is safe and very organized. They have a gym for the residents, a nice living area and it is in a good location.

Basically just repeat all previous reviews! I live in the village not the high rise, in a two-story townhouse. I moved in a couple months ago and absolutely love it. Entry to the parking lot requires a key card so random people cant park here. They have extra spaces for guests though if you let them in. Theres also street parking right out front. I have an assigned space right in front of my apartment so I dont have to walk far at all when coming/going...which is especially nice when carrying in groceries. The staff are awesome. Its a wonderful place to live!
