We are BLESSED with some of the best residents around. You are bound to upset some people by holding them to standards, but it is worth it in the long run in order to keep good residents! We are very strict on the crime-free and drug-free policies. Typically, we see bad reviews after people are asked to leave due to violating one of those two standards. It is required to keep good residents happy, though! We are also very strict with our move-out walk-throughs and take video and pictures so that any claim that is submitted is substantiated :) We work very closely with the Sheriff to keep our great residents safe and happy. We also plan on having an Annual Block Party (the first one went over VERY well), extending our dog park, added a picnic shelter, and we are landscaping the entire property to make it look EVEN better!

Ive been living here almost a year and I love it so much. Management is wonderful, maintenance is friendly and prompt, and I feel well taken care of and valued as a resident.For a one bedroom apartment as close to downtown Dayton as it is, the square footage for the price is unbeatable. You wont find another apartment this spacious for less than $1k. I pay less than $700 a month. I have already decided to renew my lease another year because it feels like HOME.The buildings have so much character and the grounds are well taken care of. I feel safe walking around the complex and love passing neighbors and other residents with dogs - DAYTONA VILLAGE IS DOG FRIENDLY and even has an office dog (Mischa) who is always ready and willing to greet you when you go in!Cassie, the property manager, is one of the best property managers of any apartment complex Ive ever lived in. She genuinely cares about the health and safety of residents and has no problem addressing/fixing concerns when theyre brought to her attention. (Also, she baked all kinds of cookies for the holidays and brought them to my door with a card - seriously one of the sweetest people Ive ever met.)The only complaint I have, and its minor, is the flooring in my specific building. They are historic buildings so the wood floors underneath the carpet are older. They creak pretty loudly when you walk on them and I have an upstairs neighbor who is heavy-footed and up all hours of the night. Sometimes he wakes me up walking loudly on the floors above my head, lol.Other than that though, and I cant say this enough, I love it at Daytona Village! Highly recommend moving here if youre in the market for a new place to live.

This is such a quiet, well-maintained Property! I love that the Management addresses issues so quickly and doesnt allow people to do drugs and ruin the safety here! They care about everyone and seem to even know everyone by name!If you get a chance to visit the office, do it! Cassie and Mischa are wonderful! (Mischa is the office dog and so friendly!).I cannot recommend this property enough!

This place is beautiful. Easily the best-looking apartments in the area, and the folks in charge are all very professional and genuinely nice people. I’ve had the pleasure of working on the property a handful of times, and the residents are always friendly as well. Usually walking past with their dogs. You definitely won’t regret living here!

I LOVE it here. I am really confused by the negative reviews I have seen because the Office staff has always been so pleasant when I need help or have questions. Cassie (she is the Manager) is always chipper and the only time I have ever witnessed any of the ladies being stern was when people are trying to abuse the system. They also have a really cute office dog! She is the sweetest. I love seeing a company being so dog and people focused. I will always refer Daytona Village!

This apartment complex is VERY unprofessional stay away. My friend lived here & I saw what the property manager Cassie put her through which was hell. After she moved out they still harassed her and made up a bunch of random charges even though she left in peace. It was saddening to see a complex not care about their residents or just customers in general. I was thinking of moving here until I saw her experience so I definitely made a good call. I’d stay away

This place is a joke,I have had problems with getting things fixed and when maintenance do finally show up they half-way take care of the problem and promise to return the next day but never do,when you complain management do everything they can to make it seem like its your fault

We loved living in the complex! The staff was always polite and willing to help in whatever way they could. The complex is close to anything that you could possibly think of doing. If youre looking for a pet friendly apartment complex this is your place, Mischa and Cassie will welcome you with open arms and paws! :) We loved living here and everyone was always friendly!! Rent was a great price with how large the apartment was. Covered parking was also a nice bonus during the winter months! We loved Daytona Village and will miss it!

I moved into Daytona Village Apartments very Happy and Excited! My experience with the Staff was very professional and speedy! We all love Ashley because she takes her time with every applicant and ensures everyone leaves with hope of us all joining this beautiful community and with a smile! The apartments here are very clean and beautiful. The grass is way greener than most apartments Ive seen around here. The community lawn is always very well maintained! The Units interior and exterior is antique and very well maintained! The atmosphere is also very peaceful and quite! Im a happy resident and most definitely recommend!

I recently came in to view the property for a 1 bedroom apartment. The first thing I notice when I pulled in was how well maintenance the property is. Its so fun to look at. Everything is so bright, and so colorful. The leasing people were really amazing. They were so upbeat and introduced themselves as soon as I walked in the door as if they had been waiting to meet me. I really love the model apartment. The leasing people even showed me what my apartment would look like if I were to lease an apt. They were very helpful with explaining what I would need to get moved in. Since this is my first time leasing an apartment this meant a lot to me. They seem to really love what they do. They explained some of the things that they do for he resident like bringing out food vendors, having the radio station come out and just uniting the entire neighborhood so everyone can get to know each other. I am hoping that once I fill out the application and bring in the necessary paperwork that I will get to move in. I really look forward to being apart of the community.

Killer apartments. Dude, they are big. My last apartment feels like a studio compared to mine at Daytona Village. I really like the outdoor space. Big trees, I almost feel like I live in a tree house (Im on the top floor). I would recommend this place to any one looking.

This place is so great! I really like my apartment, my neighbors are so nice also, and the staff here is top notch! I like how some of the people I have met, neighbors of neighboring buildings have lived here up to 30 years! I almost fell over when one lady told me how long she has lived here, WOW. That tells you the level of quality is in this product! If you are ever looking, stop by and look here.

Decent place to live. I did have a couple of neighbors that smoked despite it not being allowed and the management didnt do much about it. There was also a couple times when I think maintenance came into my apartment without notifying me. However, overall was a nice quiet place, definitely a good value.

Daytona village apartments has really come a long way. Its completely different from what it used to be about 6 years ago. Everything is so bright and the people who work there are really polite. Before I wouldnt have stepped foot on the property. Im getting ready to move in about 2 months and Im definitely interested in this location. Its really appealing and quiet. Everyone seems to mind their own business there which is what I like.

Best apartment community Ive ever lived in. Im used to living in a house and I am not disappointed here. Very clean, great floor plans. Clean community and excellent neighborhood. The staff are great! I feel safe and my children are safe.

Daytona Village is like a park when you drive through the property. It is very pretty and the apartments are very charming! I feel like they are different than most newer communities now a days because of the little things inside. The staff are all awesome and I truly love this place!! It is close to downtown where there are tons of great restaurants and events. The highway is within a short distance too. It is a beautiful place!

I moved in January. The office staff is really friendly. And maintenance is prompt about work orders. I plan on renewing my lease at the end of its term. I would recommend Daytona Village if you are looking for a nice quiet place to call home.

My favorite part of living here is my home! I love my space and how I can move about. It doesnt feel like an apartment. When my friends come over- they are blown away by how big it is. I also like the community itself. There is more green than blacktop or concrete. I like that I can spend sometime bird watching. There are a cluster of blue jays, plenty of cardinals(even a green female- which is rare) and a murder (group of more than 1)of crows. I have seen some red tail hawks and once an eagle of some kind(it was huge!!) Great trees with some great wildlife!

Daytona Village is a great community the floor plans are spacious and open and very welcoming. I work for Towne Properties and have been to a lot of different communities. But I really like Daytona Village it is very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a spacious open floor plan and a great community I highly recommend them. And the staff are wonderful as well!

Daytona Village Apartments are well kept up with the lawn and gardening. Their apartments are constantly on renovation and updates. Answering service is available always and maintenance can be contacted. The residents is a neighborhood watch and is clean and quiet with a variety of different people and nationality which states that different people feel comfortable here. The property manager Shoshana is a very sweet and patient individual and making sure the residents is always happy. There is always give away gifts and also have a place for renting out events. I like this place because you can choose whether you want a cathedral ceiling, large or small rooms too live in.

Great place to live! I love the walk in closet and cedar closet. The built in shelves and cabinets and character to my apartment. I enjoy the park like setting.

I love this time of year when all of the flowers and trees start to bloom.. The property looks so pretty! I wanted to thank the maintenance team for helping me get my work orders taken care of so quickly. You guys really are the best!

Daytona is pretty spectacular! I have enjoyed my 10 years of living here. It is easy and simple. You can call and do a work order at any time of the day. You can pay online. You can pay in the office. You can even send mail out in the office. I really liked my old apartment, and when my family grew, they transferred me to a larger apartment. It is pretty awesome!

Great place to live, great staff wouldnt want to live anywhere else. Theyve gotten rid of problem tenants. And the owners are doing great at making it even better. Come live here. Very quiet and Cassie in office is always patient and has a smile to great you.

Honestly this complex is the worst I have ever lived in and I have lived in apartments since I was 17. The office is run by an incompetent 19 year old child who has no clue what she is doing and when you bring up an issue she gets an attitude with you. She has a hard time remembering things she says she would take care of. The complex was very misleading and feel that we have been nothing but lied to. The maintenance is garbage and barely know what they are doing. They have you sign a lead paint paper and we didn’t even notice it when we signed our lease because it wasn’t brought to our attention nor explained and all the girl in the office said was oh sign these papers while I talk your ear off to distract you. If I hadn’t have already dumped a bunch of money into this place I would be asking to terminate my lease immediately. Don’t be fooled by what these positive ones say on here either. Maybe it was ran before by better people but the office staff needs to be replaced by people that actually know what the hell they are doing. I moved into a dirty apartment that was supposed to be done, I’ve had to place over 15 phone calls into maintenance in order to get things done and there are some issues that have still not been taken care of, the websites are misleading by saying oh utilities are included when they actually are not, our neighbors were not offered the same deals that we were and should have been offered because they have experienced several issues that were the same as ours, and we have yet to receive a receipt for all the things we are supposedly being charged for. All in all this place needs to be torn down because the buildings are outdated, the office is unprofessional, the websites are misleading, the maintenance is incompetent, and I feel that I have been led on and lied to.

I have loved living at Daytona Village. Been here for 8 months and plan to stay for another year after this lease. So close to downtown Dayton and to dining and shopping. Very quiet apartments and community.

Bed bugs! yup you heard me. when brought to the attention of management the response was there are no bed bugs here i can not see them. even though i had to go to the hospital because of all the Bites on my body. The only real option they gave m was to clean the apartment in 4 DAYS! so needless to say if you are looking for a bed bug infested, dirty and rude management, apartment complex. look no further this is the land of your dreams. i wish i could give them a -5 star rating.

I have been here since August 2014 and I havent had any problems. The office staff is very pleasant! Maintenance is timely! I have a one bedroom and it is very spacious especially for the price!! I would defiantly recommend it!

What I like the most about my home is the location... I am close to everything! I like the my home for the size. I feel that I got alot of bang for my buck. I also like the staff. I have lived a few places, and never have I been greeted by name, until I moved here. Still shocks me that they know their residents by name.... but probably my favorite part of being a resident here .

I dont live at Daytona village apartments but its definitely a great place. I visit quite often. My family rented out the community room for my graduation party and it was such a great place to have my party at. It was the perfect size for all my family and friends the people who live there were so nice. I met a few of them when they dropped by the office. I just graduated from high school so Im not in a hurry to move from my parents but when I do move I know exactly where to look first.

I visited these apartments back in September for a friend for a block party. It was different that any apartment complex Ive ever been to. Im not from Dayton so everything seems different to me here. I never knew apartments had parties for their residents or contest every month to stay engaged with the residents. They make people feel like theyre not in business just to take their money. The office lady took us on a tour in the middle of hosting the block party. They had a clown and magician and a love DJ who was really diverse. I would definitely visit again. And would seriously consider moving there if it wasnt so far from my school!

I have been living in Daytona Village Apts. for a little over a year now and for the most part, I simply love it. We just recently moved into another unit and aside from hearing the voices and floor squeaks, Im very happy. (But, thats to be expected when living in an apt. versus a house.) Mrs. Williams is one of the kindest people youll ever meet and you are ALWAYS greeted with a smile.

The office ladies do nice things like call me when my work order is finished, just to make sure I am happy with th work performed. Call me when my package has arrived at the office. They great me by my name. I hear them do the same for other residents also. There are alot of people that live here. That takes some talent knowing everyones name. I also like how the complex is tidy.

We recently moved to Dayton and knew NOTHING about the area so where we live and the service we received was our first impression of the city. We have been tried with a smile, any issues we have get addressed immediately and the amount we pay for rent is so worthwhile considering how much we would have been paying for the apartment we have now if we were back home.

The manager was so helpful & its a very good community. i could see me raising my kids there.

I absolutely love living here, the apartments are definitely well maintained, the crime within the complex is 0%. The staff are friendly and they handle everything (i.e. maintenance request) in a timely manner.

Very rude staff got called things like “you people” etc hung up on when inquiring about over payment on their behalf AND they never fix anything could really use new management because the one here is a joke
