RPM is definitely a company that I would refer to friends and or family that are looking for a house to rent..... specifically Jackie. She was THE BEST... hands down and with NO exaggeration! Her communication and follow through was spectacular. I am sure she was working with other clients besides myself.... but I could never tell..... she made me feel like I was her one and only exclusive client. What EVER I needed to she whatever possible to make it happen or to at least offer something compatible. She was available by phone, text, email.... Monday through Sunday. She gave clear instructions as far as the status on the property being available to view, to move in, how to complete lease, details about how to use the portal, details about the area that I was moving in to etc. She was by far one of the best realtors that I have worked with in a while and I sincerely appreciate all of her efforts. I am extremely happy with the house that I now occupy.

After almost 10 years with RPM we will not be re-renting the property we live in because we are moving back into our house, as we always planned to do when we moved originally.Id like to say how much Ive appreciated receiving the support they have provided over the years.Thanks so much for all you’ve done for us over the near decade. Hard to imagine it’s been that long. I’d like to say that there have been a couple bumps in the road with switching software a few years back, but this company always made things right. One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. Nobody answers the phones, the only way to communicate with anybody is through email and they take days to respond and are typically rude when they do, maintenance issues are pushed off. The AC unit at the house we rent from them has needed repaired for over a year but instead of fixing it they gave us a window ac that’s meant for a small bedroom to cool the entire house. When we signed a lease with them the house had central air so I expect to have that central air as long as I’m doing my part and paying them on time every month. They have inspectors come every 3 months(no problem with that) but no one ever comes to repair the issues their inspector points out. They failed to trim the tree line on the property line so the neighbor took it upon themselves to cut it down and left a large majority of our backyard covered with tree branches that have been there almost a week because again, we can’t reach anybody over the phone and can’t get a timely response through email.

I applied and moved from out of town without personally seeing the house. They worked me seeing as it was a rushed moved for a job offer nearby. The house was as pictured. It was mostly clean but there were mice dropping all the edges of the carpet and in the refrigerator. The home had a few other issues which they were very responsive too. I bought a house and gave 60 days notice and they were okay with the situation which I appreciate. I would rent from them again despite the minor issues.

I completed the management agreement and have sent in a check to get things started with my property in your area. Because of your work I decided to hire another RPM franchise in Iowa to soon manage a property I recently purchased.I would be very happy to refer you to any other property owners. Extremely unprofessional! Communication is poor at best. Our tenants moved out on 29 Dec 2018 and we had pending maintenance issues. We had already paid for the maintenance and the issues were NEVER fixed. This was even with the house being vacant for over 1.5 months! Also, we had to remind them numerous times to pick up the keys the tenants left with trusted neighbors upon move out since it was over the holiday week. Then instead of prepping the house for new tenants they posted pictures with a hole in the wall, missing sink faucet handle, etc. When we notified them that instead of renting we would be placing the house for sale they never responded. My realtor reached out and they finally provided the code to the lock box. I sent an email on 13 Feb 2019, no response. Sent a follow up mail on 24 Feb 2019, no response. On 2 March 2019, I again sent an email and left a message on their voicemail since they did not answer the phone. On 4 March, they responded via email and were very rude. They simple stated per your agreement and did not address any of my other questions and concerns regarding maintenance items that had been paid for and were not completed. We currently live on the opposite side of the world and dealing with a company that you have to constantly follow up on is ridiculous, especially when you are paying for the service. I wrote in the email that I would like the money returned versus repairs completed since we were trying to place the house on the market asap and did not want to deal with their schedule. When I received the final statement from them, the invoice was not itemized with the previous items reflected and they had taken an additional two months of management fees (notified in Feb, March management fee understandable, however, April is completely crazy)! They required 30 days written notice (Feb-March) and RPM will close your account within 30 days of that date; but, not before pulling another management fee. I actually wouldnt have even blinked an eye had they done a proper job to begin with! Also, they NEVER returned my money from the maintenance issues that were supposed to have been fixed and we paid for (drywall repair, mailbox repair/staining, screen door, etc). Do not hire this company!

I had the pleasure of working with Bonnie in the process of selling my home. Not only did she do a phenomenal job in taking care of the listing, showings, negotiations, and everything else that goes along with the sale, but she also took care of coordinating repairs and improvements, inspections, quotes, staging, and everything down to the smallest detail for the entire process. To top it all off, she did it with speed and ease while I was living more than 300 miles away. Bonnie is the utmost professional in all aspects of the real estate market, and I could not have asked for a better agent to work with. I cannot thank her enough!

This company has problems keeping track of records. The invoices they send at the end of each month are not itemized so that the owner can understand what is being billed and why. You have to call repeatedly. On the positive side they do find good tenants, although be warned, if the tenant does not know how to do the smallest thing they will send someone out for $100 to show them how to flip a circuit breaker, reset a garabage disposal etc

They sat on our property for months. They blamed the weather for it not renting. We cancelled our contract and put it up the next week ourselves. It took us 1 week to rent our property ourselves.
