During a recent visit, it was refreshing to see so many smiling faces there. They have many extras like a beauty salon, library, exercise room, and community activities for residents. What a nice community for seniors.

What a great community. The grounds are clean, the staff is great. This is a great place to live.

Siena Village is a very well maintained 55 and older community. It has a hair salon, library, fitness center and community room. The is a nice onsite laundry on every floor. There are many resident activities including BINGO.

My Grandmother lives here and anytime I visit, the community is beautiful and very well maintained. Staff is nice, helpful, and caring.

My father is a resident and loves Siena Village. His apt. in in excellent condition. The maintenance man is VERY efficient and professional and fast. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion! Carol in the front office is caring and takes care of every detail. The residents are friendly. The facility incl. laundry, trash, community room is kept clean and well-maintained. The nice touches like handrails in the hallway, ample laundry facilities, and work-out room make it very desirable. This is an honest review from an appreciative daughter of a 91 year old resident.

Don and I were reluctant to leave a house unit and move to a more senior adult apartment. We have lived at Siena Village for a year now. We are both in agreement now that it was the right move for us. We love this place. We are very close to almost everywhere we need to go. Close to highways, shopping, hospital, family... Very quiet, pretty surroundings. The office manager, Carol, on top of any issues you might have. She is courteous, very helpful. Whats not to love here.. mail on site, laundry each floor, library, beauty salon, activity room, TV room, exercise room, chapel, inviting roomy lobby, backyard for sitting or cooking out, parking in front, pets allowed ( we have two small dogs, always leashed)... reasonable electric bill, central heat/AC, private balcony, and elevators to 2nd and 3rd floors... And so nice to not have to cut grass, shovel snow... No Maintenance! We are happy here and have no regrets.. none... Thank you, Siena Village, and Carol for helping us to make this apartment our next place to live.... We are happy and content and hope to live here for a long time.

I have lived here for 8 or 9 years through 3 managers. The last two have made an effort to keep the building presentable and welcoming. I was recently given replacement windows that are easy to open and are seemingly tightly sealed. It would be nice if the Entrance System allowed access using a cellphone.

I found Siena Village when I needed to move my mom into her own place. They are very nice, clean apartments, very quiet. The 1br apartment is spacious enough for her and the bathroom is big enough to accommodate a wheelchair should that ever be necessary. The other residents are friendly and the staff is very accommodating. Carol, the facility manager, is great and quite patient. My mother really enjoys living there and she feels safe and secure which is most important. COVID hit right after my mom moved in so I cant speak to the community room or any activities they may offer. Im really thankful that I found this place.

Nice apartments.

I love my apartment at Siena Village. It is both comfortable and suitable. Whenever I have submitted a maintenance request, management has responded quickly, and the work was completed satisfactorily. The building is located close to shopping, medical offices/facilities, and both I-70 and I-75. However, Im disappointed that the owner does not supply a recycle bin. I take my recyclables off-premise, but everyone does not have that option.

On the whole, I am fairly satisfied however,I am rarely able to sit out on my balcony as the lady in apt. below me sits on her balcony to smoke!this causes me to cough. Even if I stay in apt.with door open ,the smoke comes in! Thank you .

I so love living at Siena Village! Heres a brief highlight of what one can expect: Onsite management that is accessible, responsive, and professional; an entryway, lobby, and community room that are both clean and tastefully decorated; frequent activities and opportunities for residents participation; convenient to interstates 70 and 75; shopping and a variety of medical offices and facilities. And best of ALL--Its AFFORDABLE!!!

My experience at Siena Village has and is one of great satisfaction. Management is hospitable and listens to our request and follows through.In recent weeks and months, Carol has worked at upgrading carpet in the entry way, repaving parking lot, renovating the general patio area, trees replanted after tornado cleanup, brought in Buckeye Home Care and RTA stop here for trips to Meijer grocery story and works with Resident Activity committee to help make things happen for the residents and posts communications needed.I try to encourage others to move in here at the Village.

This is the best I have lived in the past 33 years!

Arguing to the right of me quite , often, above memakes all kinds of noises after 10. I cant sleep no more to many triggers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fairly priced, very clean and quiet. Staff is professional and ready to assist if needed.
