I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to call home! I moved in during August 2020 at the same time that a new landlord named Stephanie took charge. She is polite, professional, and understanding. The rent is fair for the area, the building is always quiet, and has necessary security measures to keep everyone safe. Maintenance requests are handled properly and efficiently. One of the maintenance guys even helped me jumpstart my car when it would not start. Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about this place!

I lived there for 5 years never had any problems until 2017into 2018 they allowed kids to move in from college and they destoyed the property

Quality apartment living... This is a very nice building.... The lobby is always very clean and nice with seasonal decorations... All common areas are kept clean and tidy.... The whole building is quiet and respectful..... The only issue I have had here is the dryers that are provided could be better although it is very convenient that laundry facilities are provided on three different floors.... Over all I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for an apartment close to downtown

My friend doesnt use a computer but she was not happy with the increase of rent so often.

I have lived here for 2 years and let me highlight some of the things that have occurred.1) Property Manager changed 3 times in two years2) Rent has gone up $150 since I have been here, irregardless of utilities included3) the building was broken into last year4) Maintenance requests are not followed to the letter5) Since the rent has gone up, most of my floor neighbors have left.I recommend looking elsewhere!

Looked nice from the inside didnt exactly work out the way I planned it to. But staff was nice and pleasant, even in a misunderstanding .

Went for an appointment...only to find out that I didnt qualify for apartment even though they have equal housing on the entry door...I recently filed bankruptcy for medical bills from years ago, have good references from past apartments, and all my utilities are paid on time ....will not be interested in these apartments again.

Do not rent here. Constant turnover of management and not worth the money. Very dated.

Management is poor maintenance is basically managers pet nothing ever gets fixed living there a year before New Management and her to say no partial payments an evicted over $80 will not take partial payment raised rent after already in the lease still harassing for money after being gone for a year and it being dismissed in court very unprofessional management and maintenance would not recommend to rent here no consideration for others and management does not care for anything
