Building looks ghetto. Constantly reeks of smoke. Hallways dimly lit. In two weeks Ive been here, hot water has broke, stove has broke, and I have a broken outlet that has yet to be fixed. Ive heard neighbors throwing those firework pop its right outside my door. Window unit and bathroom vent are way too loud. Dont care for how package delivery works. I want to sign for my own packages. And I want stuff to show up to my door, not the office so I dont have to wait 3 more days to get something that was delivered on Friday.Also before I even moved in here, they kept forgetting what apartment I wanted, that I had a pet, and that I wanted to park in the garage even though I iterated that multiple times.Upside is the apartment itself looks nice and cute. And I want to be happy here but theres just too many things wrong with it.

I was in a terrible situation and wanted to move desperately I contacted Chamberlain and was treated with the utmost respect. The staff is professional and courteous they helped me out tremendously I was so excited that I made a move in 3 days right before the New Year. A very safe place to live. I would recommend Chamberlain to anyone oh yeah and the rent is reasonable.

I like the quiet and the security doors. This place is always clean and smells fresh!! Office is always open during business hours and the staff is so friendly!

A great place to live if you are a chain smoker. Ventilation is horrible and all the smoke funnels through closet vents onto clothes and into bed room so I sleep in living room to avoid waking with headache from 2nd hand smoke. I feel like Im staying in a studio apartment but paying for a 1 bedroom. Everyday, the first thing I smell when I come back to unit is cigarette smoke no matter how much scent masking I try. Health and quality of life are my number 1 priority when choosing living space and not having decent air to breathe results in a 1 star score.

Terrible place to live!!! Horribly kept and the apartments are way overpriced! It takes forever for anything to get fixed and when it is “fixed” its half assed! I’ve had a broken refrigerator for two years! My ceiling was leaking in Jan 2017 and it took them till march to patch it up and they never replaced my smoke alarm which was where the water was coming from! They never even reattched to to the ceiling!! I went to the office about it and she said “it should still work” when the maintenance man took it down he said it wasn’t even attached to the building correctly! The neighborhood is bad and its getting worse! Save yourself some money!

Dont know to much about them but I moved to Kentucky not long ago I never lived here in my life and they are popping up on my rental history. This is fraud!!!!! I will be calling my lawyer on this matter.
