Definitely don’t want to live here. Way too overpriced for the conditions it’s in and way to many maintenance problems. Can’t even get a hold of maintenance if you wanted to. If you have any problems you’ll have to hope and pray that the landlord is at the office. I definitely regret getting this apartment. Don’t be me.

Landlord is very hard to get a hold of. Especially when there is an issue with the apartment. Very nice lady otherwise. Hot water went out so just had to bathe in the kitchen using stove water. There is an “emergency” line but have never gotten an answer there either.

Large floor plans. Rent is a little high considering the area, but its minutes away from highway.no bug problems for me any more just cant get heat in my unit and seems like they dont want to fix the problem. Getting tired of having to use space heaters all day every day. I also cant get hardly any maintenance done in my unit. Would rate higher if the isues were fixed

Been here for 1 year, seen lot of improvement with new management, Had Roach problem but fixed now, big sized apartments for the price, overall happy with the place. will recommend if you have kids as in summer my kids hang out by the pool daily.

These places are nothing but high-dollar roach motels way overpriced for a crack house I do not recommend them dont know why the hell the people I know who live there and what one of them there trust me do not consider this place roaches bed bugs head lice needles everywhere it is truly something from New Jack City or worse again if I could take the one star off and give it - I would

There was the worst neighbors ever but they given the big boot out. So glad the trash was kicked out! Now its a pleasant place to B.

Trash overflow, junk furniture near dumpsters, overgrown weeds. Frequent roach problems.

Bedbugs and roaches everywhere. Piss poor management. Refuse to bring owners in to talk face to face with a tenant about things such as missing money they know they have paid. They hire bs exterminators. News flash it takes more than 5 min in each apartment to spray correctly. Then when a tenant goes to apolgize for taking their frustration out on management they get the door shut in their face. We need the old owners and old management back that truly cared about their tentants and not just money. By the way their prices are a joke especially on their washers and dryers!

If youre not up in everyone elses business I think its a comfy place to live...then again...Im new here too.Well, Ive now been here 7 monrhs..a lot has changed..New mgt. The place has made some good changes.new maintance.which can be trusted & always has a friendly face.Some new windows..

Funny how people only complain once the manager has issues with them. Nice place when theres decent tennants residing.

Awful management... Dont fix anything. Reoccurring roach problem. Actual owners never speak to Tennants.
