Great bang for your buck! Very close to downtown, Art Institute, Little Miami River and easy access to freeways. Off street or underground parking are both option.

Water comes through my ceiling from the tenants above bathroom which is unsanitary. Not to mention I had to file a claim because of water damage to my furniture in the living space . You are charged $50 to park in a filthy garage water damage to my car from pipes above my parking space. There are NO amenities. Mailboxes are raggedy , not properly secured. Management just collect money raise rent with poor plumbing. Elevators randomly goes out. My daughter was stuck in there for 15 mins ,second time she had to pry the doors open to get out. The living space is great. The building is old and outdated and the maintenance and management SUCKS!!

The security door is always unlocked. The tenants jam the door and it will not lock. We pay for security doors.

Not good! No parking if you want it you have to pay $50 for it. Homeless people literally will walk up to your car to ask for money, and stand around the entrance. Cars are continuously broken into, and no there servalance camera don’t cover the entire parking lot. Everything is outdated and will break after too much use. Elevator is always broken, the hallways smell of all the tenants food and weed. Takes forever for maintance to fix anything,even if you put in that’s its urgent. Save your money for a better and safer place.

No parking for tenants unless you pay +$50 for a garage spot, backside of property is ghetto trash, drug deals at night on street, weed smell all throughout property, back up lights dont work in halls or elevators, neighbors set off fire alarms at 4am burning chicken in grease, showers squeal, lights flicker in bathroom, smells from neighboring units come through vents and overpower your space, ..Oh and the website is outdated we have NO POOL, NO GYM ON PROPERTY, AND THEY CHARGE YOU $2 TO WASH/$1.75 TO DRY LAUNDRY BUT YOU HAVE TO RELOAD YOUR CARD AT ANOTHER ADDRESS!UPDATE: it is now September and the light in my bathroom still flickers and cant be used despite maintenance doing 4 order requests on it. The building has now been evacuated 2 more times from fire alarms between midnight-5am. Also USPS leaves my packages outside the main door to the property where they are stolen. Ive lost 3 packages now.10/8 update: came out to a $45 parking ticket this morning DESPITE having a parking permit visible in my window per management requests. Meanwhile people without them do not get towed to free up spaces for paying residents.
