I stopped by to see what was wrong with my tire. Turns out it had a small nail in it. The person who helped me was super nice and plugged it very quickly. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The only thing I wish was different was if they asked if I wanted a plug or a patch because I didn’t get to choose.

The prices are high. The service is mediocre. They told me I didn’t need extra oil before the oil change. Then charged me $10 more for extra oil after. They got the last money from my pocket. Not going there again. I paid $75 for an oil change I usually spend $40 at my regular spot.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I usually get my oil changed here which is fine but I went here about a week ago to see why my car was shaking when I brake at high speeds. The guy told me I needed an alignment, I thought maybe I needed brakes. Told him to go ahead and do the alignment which was about 80 bucks. I leave my car there, came back in about an hour. Wheres my car, its across the street. No one told you to take my car anywhere, you didnt tell me that. Well he brings me my car and then tells me I need upper control arms and quotes me an outrageous price. I told him I would go get the parts and come back. I found someone cheaper to do it. So Im here today at Broncos Muffler shop on Hampton and Clarendon who does excellent work by the way (he was packed that day) and all I actually needed was to replace my rotors. So I basically paid over $600 for something I could have waited on and actually fix the problem that I was having right then. I wont be returning to this place. Continue changing oil because thats all your good for. And most mechanics wont do an alignment if your having problems with the parts that need to be adjusted to do the alignment. So yeah if you dont wanna get screwed over by mechanics who dont know what their talking about just let them change your oil. I personally wont let them near my car again....

These people will scam you.I took my vehicle in for an inspection. I waited outside, the guy called me inside and charged me $25.50 and said the paperwork was left in my car. 2 weeks later I tried to renew my car’s registration and wasn’t able to. Once I looked at the paperwork it said that I had failed inspection... I then took my car back to their shop and explained that I wasn’t informed that I had failed and if so, why was I charged? They couldn’t refund me because of their “policy” so I intended to have it inspected again. They guy then tried to upswell me $40 worth of wiper blades or he wouldn’t pass me (even though they had already screwed me over). I left and got passed at the next location which will be my new place for car service.Don’t trust these people. Most of them are unfriendly and have poor customer service skills.

Took my jeep Thursday 4/30/20 for an oil change. I drove my jeep home. At 4am got ready to leave for work. My check engine light came on and vehicle was shaking. Today I took my vehicle back there and told them whats going on. They put it on the machine a code came up P1061 which is related to an oil change. My jeep takes 0w20 they put a heavy premium 5.0 plus extra .50 full synethic. Im at my car lot service department. They are removing the oil and oil filter just 7 put in. Never will I take my vehicle there again. The owner at just 7 told me to take him to court and try to sue him I will. May Yah hold you accountable for you wrong doing for everyone.

Put wrong size oil filter in my car. Oil was dripping out bad. Assumed something was really wrong with my car. Took to a shop and they replaced it with the right size filter and gave me the old one.

Ive been coming to this establishment for approximately 10 years. Every now and then when the owner is not in shop his staff attempts to up charge me. The oil change service is fast. It does get crowded but all the customers seem nice. Small indoor waiting area.

I would give this place a zero, but I cant. I took my car to get an oil change, and the guy didnt put the oil filter plug back on tight. A couple days later the plug came out and oil was everywhere in the drive way. I called and had the car towed back up there to have it fixed. They replace some part in the engine and said that would fix the problem, but guess what it didnt. Long story short the problem still is not fixed. The motor is gone!!!!!!! All because of someone being lazy and half doing the job. Now I am out of a car. Please never get your oil changed here it is a rush job and you will be disappointed.

Ive been coming to this one location for years. Once, a guy didnt put any oil in my engine, back in 2013, which is the only reason Im giving it a 4-star. Other than that, they are pretty speedy and accomidating. Its currentpy 8:22AM which is the earliest Ive ever been here and I must say I love their energy, their smiles and their work ethic as I watch them work.

My service was done in a quick manner to get me out as quickly as they stated in their advertisement. The employees are very helpful and courteous. They answer all of your questions with the best of their knowledge. If they are not able to do the service they will give a list of those that can..As I must have a service dog because of the medical problems I have the employees are very patient with me. My service dog is a little angel but since he is a Large Shepherd it does scare some of his clients, But they still follow the letter of the law and they do accommodate my dog.Thank you very much to the employees/Management/owner for the expert service that they provide and the nice words they have to give to all of the customers.

I e been coming here for years, all of a sudden they go up kn my price with no warning, they didnt reset the service mo it, nor did they add a new sticker reminder.

Never get work on your car or truck done here they mess over customers who make them want they are. 420 dollar out of pocket for my truck to run worse then you want to change me 250 more on work you guys mess up. This place is a hit or miss! I go here all the time because its near my house. Sometime their service is good and other times its HORRIBLE. If u are getting anything other than an oil change, I would not go here. They do not know what they are doing! Have your car looked at buy a certified mechanic.

My Daughter went to this place for an oil change. The guy did not tighten the oil pan screw..nice, steady oil dripping...The guy told my daughter she needed a belt tensioner pulley and that it would cost a nice even $200.00.. When in fact the part is $30.00 at auto zone and it takes at total of 4 screws and 35mins to replace..I guess the other $170.00 was for his good looks.Her actual problem was her AC compressor... with a 45 second visual inspection of the belts it clearly showed parts missing and hanging off the ac compressor.. So this trained worker could not see this?It is my opinion that he was going to charge my daughter $200.00 for a part that was not brokenand if she decided to get the ac compressor fixed.. Im sure that would have cost a grand...!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE.. I took my dodge Daytona here to get serviced and they left the oil filter loose on my vehicle. I have oil stains in my garage and driveway due to this.I took my vehicle to dodge to get it fixed and all I asked for was to be reimbursed what I paid to fix a problem they created. Ali tells me the owner wont pay.I had plans on bringing my fleet of vehicles here but not anymore. Ill be sending the information over to my lawyer and move forward with a lawsuit against them

I took my suv over here for full service oil changes. Well as couple of weeks before it was time for my next oil change my power steering fluids was completely out. So, I went and purchase some and put it in there. So, when it was time for my next oil change and state inspection on May 19 2016 at 2:24 I took my suv back up there and ask to speak with the manager which I was told that he wasnt in. So the assistant manager Jonathan came out and I asked him if Im paying for a full service oil change why is it my power steering fluid ran out. He asked me to pull my hood so I did and me and him took a look at my power steering reservoir and it was like it was when I purchased my suv. So we notice it was leaking around the top of the holes Jonathan then said I will change the clips out for you because your holes look like they are still good. They worked on my lexus for about a hour doing oil change state inspiration ad changing the clips I notice all the works standing around my suv. So, someone came and told that they was trying to get all the air out of the lines. Now it time to ring me out. Jonathan told me that they changed the clips out but if it keep leaking I would have to change the reservoir out. I was like ok thank you. The next morning I was getting ready to leave my house and noticed that it was leaking worse than it was so I pulled my hood and noticed that my reservoir had been melted. I took it back up there and spoke with Jonathan and he tried to tell me the heat from my truck melted it. I told him if that was the case it would have been done that. I ask him to close my hood and let me take it to Sewell Lexus. I took it to sewell and the guys in the service department took a look at it and said that my reservoir had definitely been tampered with. They gave me a estimate on the cost to replace it. I went back to 10 minute Oil Change on Camp Wisdom and spoke with the assistant manager Jonathan again he stated to come back Monday to speak with the manager Moe. I went back and spoke with Moe at first he was like well if you get the part we can put it on for free. I stated that I not purchasing anything that your guys messed up. When I showed him my paperwork from Sewell he got to talking about here dont have anything in his shop that could do that then he started saying let me talk to Jonathan first call me Wednesday. I have been calling Moe going up there to leave my cards for him to call me back and nothing has happen. My attorney told me to send a certified letter to him. I still havent heard anything back as of June 10th 2016. I guess a lawsuit will have to be filed against this company.
