Dallas Tire takes care of all of their customers. I know when I come to them, they will treat me with kindness and respect. They do not try to advantage of you and any lack of knowledge. Instead they show you they are trustworthy and kind.

I went for a tire patch, the technician who worked on mine was not the best. I noticed him through the waiting window spending a while trying to find the nail that was in it, and just went over to help. Showed him in about 30 seconds, also he told me he found others in the adjacent tire which was nonexistent. K, not too big of a deal I guess. But when I was trying to speak with him he was still laughing and cutting up with some of his co-workers.. which is not supposed to happen. Honestly should have just left then and there, literally doing his job for him at this point.Then after a day or so I realize they pumped the tires up way higher than they should of been (each tire was 12PSI higher than what it was supposed to be).How disappointing my encounter was, especially for the price on a SIMPLE fix. I would note that this is probably just an off chance, but just be careful as always.I will not be going back.

Best Place in Dallas for car repair!I came in for an oil change and very impressed with the friendliness of all, even the other customers. They treat you like family. As I waited for my car, I noticed how hard everyone works, even allowing a few minutes to have small conversations with the customers, but still staying on task. They were super busy so the wait was a little long and those guys were getting the cars in and out as fast as they could. Their work is very thorough and not sloppily done. Even the phone was answered in a timely manner.

Truck has been there 2 or 3 times for an alignment and each time it’s been they say it’s my fault! No I just don’t think it got touched. I believe customer service and care has went down hill over the years l! Back in the day it use to be the best and only tire place to go to but now that my truck has been there and alignment is still bad I don’t believe I will return as a customer. Very disappointed!

Very helpful. They installed tires on my mothers car. She had a set of new tires that she did not buy from Dallas Tire but they put them on anyway. The guy at the counter took the time to talk to her about other services they provide but didnt pressure her into anything. I really appreciated the time they took with her.

They were very nice and helpful. They even came out to my car to get the 2 tires I was replacing, put the new ones on, and then brought them back out and loaded them into my truck for me.

By far the best place I’ve ever been for tires! They got me in and out quick, and at the best price in town! The service staff was very professional, despite being completely swamped! I will definitely be going back!

I took my 4 Runner there with three problems; a bad tire sensor, oil change and new brake pads. David called me and said the sensor wasn’t bad, the spare was low...what? There is a sensor in my spare? He could have charged me for a repair. He said that my pads were great and didn’t need replaced and explained to me how they gauge them. I just figured after 4 years, they were probably close to done. He could have changed them and charged me without saying anything. all they got out of me was an oil change and could have hosed me for hundreds. I had no idea people like this still existed. My families cars will not be going anywhere else.

Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Absolutely the best care and service. They take care of you like family. Been doing business with them for 20 years.

I believe Alan was motivated by his concern for my convenience. When I told him Id have to wait because my son-in-law had been in a recent car accident, he felt the need to go above and beyond and did his best to get me out of there quickly. Very disappointed. Sent my wife in for a synthetic oil change in her Chevy.They charged her $85.00 for a simple oil change.I just purchased tires from Dallas Tire to try to give a local shop some business.My Chevy dealer charges $39.00 for a factory oil change.To say that I think we got ripped off is an understatement.Wont go back.

Dallas Tire has always had great customer service when I bring my car there. The employees are always hardworking and motivated. The place has it all together. They do and excellent job of doing things there the right way so the customer can be safe on the roads.

Service was great. Pulled in and was waited on immediately !Only for an alignment, but great. No complaints. Out in about 35 - 40 minutes. Maybe they were caught up but glad I went.

Gave me good info when figuring out what tires I wanted to get. Actually steered me away from a more expensive set of tires, and instead recommend a set that better suited my needs. Great guys, but please give them a hard time about being Alabama fans.

Pull up. Guy is in the phone blocking the doors I sit for maybe a min and decide he is a customer not a employee, so I pull to the dock and now he wants to be an employee! Then Im told they dont work from 12-1, but Im looking at 5/6 employees. Well thanks, I only wanted to buy 4 tires. Smfh

I gotta give these ole boys some credit! I have a 2014 RAM truck and Ive took it to 5 different tire shops to get my tires balanced because every since Ive put my Goodyear wrangler tires on nobody including the guys I bought the tires from could get them balanced right my truck would ride so rough that I thought I had Bent rim or my driveshaft was going bad thats how bad my truck drove...everybody told me something different. David at the service desk told me they would take a look at it, 45 minutes later my truck drove like new again i know somebody is gonna say its no big deal to Balance a set of tires , but when 5 big name shops cant get it right and your car/truck is driving like its on a gravel road at all times youll see how big of a deal out is then!!Thanks guys for getting my truck right Ill definitely be back

One word: ReputableIve been going to Dallas Tire for about 7 years. Went in this week with a tire with a slow leak and also thinking my front end alignment was slightly off. The tire was cut to the belt producing the leak. they happened to have a very good quality used tire for me for $25. The alignment checked out fine and just cost me another $25. I was so happy with Allen & his team, I took my Truck back in Friday for a new set of tires. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Excellent Service!! I had a bad experience with another automotive shop about 2 years ago with an alignment issue on my Jeep. In the end it cost me about 15,000+ miles lost on my tires. Because of the massive uneven ware on the inside of my tires I was pretty much forced to buy tires well before the other ones should have worn out. I thought I would try out Dallas Tires. Drive up, talked directly to Alen (Top Notch Guy!) and within an hour and 45 mins, I was on the road with a new set of tires and a proper alignment and Alen didnt break my bank!! He was very reasonable and explained to me what they did and how out of line my front end was on my Jeep. I just want to say Thanks to The Team At Dallas Tires That Worked On My Jeep! Ill definitely be back and have already started spreading the word about your exceptional service!

Awesome service great mechanics

Went with a friend to try to fix a tire sensor on her minivan. The gentleman we spoke to was very helpful, but wasnt able to help us because the people who had serviced the tires before had broken the part she thought just needed to be hooked back up.
