Do not waste a single penny here!!!! Was sold a truck with the mirror that wasnt even placed on. Went in multiple times to get it fixed but they were more concerned with making a sale. Dodged me twice. They fixed it the 3rd time, and ended up falling again. Had the truck leak oil, one of the rims of the truck was so bad it ate at the tire. Last time I went in for them to fix the issue on a truck they claimed had nothing wrong with the salesman DJ said stop being cheap and fix it yourself like it was my fault to begin with.

Worse deal ever dont buy a car from here not even two months the car is not running took it to the real dealership in they said $8,763 of work that needs to be done new camshaft, rods, lifters, fuel tank in more $500 a month 24% interest in it doesnt even work... In I paid $2,500 down for the lemon for that down I could have gotten a new car in when I called to talk to the 1and2 Automotive about the problem they said I could pay for the repairs on top of paying for the car how do you pay for a car if you cant get to work in how do you pay for repairs if your paying for monthly payments.... Never never buy a car here without takeing it somewhere else to look at or just dont buy... In FYI they dont let you on the lot to look at the cars they refuse to let you back there... You have to sit up front while they bring it to you... In the car they did bring was flat in two tires in not the car I had asked for so please make sure you cross your Ts in dot your Is.... They dont sale cars they sale cans full of air!

In response to a review I had left and they replied with they had no “database” On me buying a car from them. LIE! I bought a car from this place 4 years ago. Speed forward to today and the car has been declared a total loss in a minor accident because of all the damage the car had prior. This car was sold to me on a clean title and that was a lie probably forged by the owner of this place. Believe the reviews left by others. That’s why their ratings are so low. Do not give them your business. If you’re desperate for a car due to other circumstances there are other resources.

If you don’t mind being physically drained by the mental drainage that occurs already by getting a vehicle then come here. I’m not sure if it’s being understaffed or just the staff’s disbelief indeed people have the money & qualifications to spend on a vehicle. After my two & half hour wait (I can’t make that up) I was told I would have to wait some more. Most of each woman that was in front of me and I was clearly a head of when before me. (Ever sales person I was was Male) Very Cold Place, if you don’t mind being degraded & the sheer waste of time, they have the cars.

I called the dealer to inquire about a Toyota Tundra that was listed for sale. It was a very nice truck and at a good price. I knew i had to act quickly before it would be sold. I was told the truck was still available. I set up a time during my lunch break to go see it, because i was afraid , if i waited until i got off from work, it would be sold. That was how nice this truck was. When i arrived at the lot , the truck was not ready for me to see. I was told they would have it out and ready for me. The sales person had me sign in, made a copy of my drivers license, and told me he would go and get the truck out from the back. I stood out front waiting for a little while. Much longer than expected. I thought they were having problems with getting it started. A little later the salesperson came out with a manager and told me they could not find the truck. I asked where it was. The manager said he did not know. He thought that it was going through reconditioning. Maybe getting new tires or having it looked over by a mechanic. He said that it was actually listed too early. He said don’t worry, they would call me when they find the truck and i would get first dibs. I did not here back from them, and just checked back on the site two days later and saw that it was sold. That sucks! I waisted my time. Never heard of a dealer not knowing where one of their vehicles was.

Not even worthy of 1 star. Bought a car from this place ab two years ago, and have barely put 10,000 miles on it, but have spent over $3,000 on repairs. Now my transmission is failing so God knows how much that will be. I was 18 with little to no credit when I purchased and they absolutely lied and screwed me over. I’m going to end up paying ab 25k for a 2011 Nissan Maxima when all is said and done. They are liars and thieves and do not have the customers best interest in the slightest. DO NOT BUY! I can not wait to get out of this car note.

Gail in customer service is the rudest person I have ever spoken to over the phone. She called my phone looking for my daughter. My daughter was on auto pay but they was not drafting her account. They acted as if they didnt have any information. The money sat in her account. My daughter called Gail and made a payment. I called back the number that called me and spoke to Gail. She was irate, rude, hostile, and hung up on me. She is also disrespectful to my daughter. After reading these reviews it looks like poor customer service is a pattern.

The day I was in the building and purchase my lemon on wheels another disgruntled customer was passionately voicing their concerns I should have immediately got up and ran then but I didnt. But theyre rude finance guy can call me about a pass due payment but never why it leaks and this car is in the shop now and has bn ant least every 3 days after its driven called and told me about a payment that I needed to make but no one has told me anything about my vehicle maybe with this bad pub theyre finally say something worth hearing or at least the truth

They scammed me, theyre online price on the truck that I purchased was a little under $10,000 after it was all said and done the price went up to $24,000 for a 10 year old truck with 180xxx miles.I was completely fine paying 10k for the truck but 24k is outrageous. Hopefully they can work with on the price if not they WILL be hearing from my lawyer. Completely unprofessional

Oh my, i just went to 1and2 Automotive for the first time and the service is spectacular! The gentleman that helped us was Marcos. He was so awesome. He worked really hard to find us what we wanted in our price range I have never seen better service at car sales. He was very nice, polite, and was the most sincere at trying to help not just make a sale. It was a great car buying experience all because of Marcos. I worked with sales associate Marcos and I had a very pleasant experience. I was in the office for 4 hrs but, I do understand the approval processing and administrative work takes additional time. He made sure that I had an understanding of the current contract and payoff details. We test drove the car and he shared with me his experience with his own Cadillac that was purchased 1yr ago, so that was cool that he was selling a similar make and model. I would like to say this place is a scam, bought a Acura TL with 160,000 miles to the listing price of 5,000 after sales and taxes it came out to be 18,000 dollars ac did not work right side only ...axle broke within 2 weeks, transmission is slipping. And you cannot trade car in for there is too much negative equity for another dealer to work with you. The place is built to mess you up and force you to pay for a over priced broken car

Any 5 star reviews are from their staff!!! ThIs place sold me a dodge charger. 3k cash down. Priced at 16k, paperwork said 26k. Then came and picked it up because I was 4 days late on thr payment after only a month of purchasing. Dont spend your money here. They are all crooks. When I test drove a car, the dealer said that thr noise I was hearing wouldnt be heard if I had thr radio up loud!!!!!!!!! Dont do it!! believe all the negative reviews. There is no way they would have 1 star and possible 0 stars then some people have 5 stared it!! RUN!!!!

This is a very busy place, I had my appointment set with Dom and he was very straight forward and honest with me. He told me exactly what I needed to get the car I wanted and he made it possible for me. I recommend Dom if you’re looking for the best deal. They play really good music in the lobby too.

Took advantage of a young lady not knowing anything about cars and sold her a $3,000 cash car. She instantly had problems. Every time you call to talk to someone it is a run around. Took them 5 months to even get her tags and title to her. Horrible and I wouldnt recommend. This cars transmission is out and was out at time of buying. Have several witnesses that can attest to it. Now looking at $6,000 to fix a car they sold.

Great Experience! Terry was extremely helpful. He was devoted to us the whole time we were there. He listened and understood our needs and at no point did he try to push something on us. He was open, honest and very knowledgable about the vehicle. He knows how to make his customers happy for repeat business. We felt like we were able to purchase a vehicle as opposed to being sold a vehicle. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Update: Bought 2 cars in February and everything was smooth until I tried to locate the title. I couldnt get anyone on the phone to tell me about the registration on one of the vehicles. Its almost June and still no luck. Ive went up there several times to try and talk to anyone and they basically told me that its all on me. Went to the DMV and they told me that I cant even register the vehicle, they said the car lot has to send them the information and they havent. So now I have a car with no tag,no title, and no way to register it before I move back to Florida in a month.

Here my experience with them, saw a car online, called in to make sure if still available, specifically asked if the tittle was clean and has no accidents, lady on the phone said everything was good and proceeded to make me an appointment. Once there, I notice the amount of dust on the vehicles in the showroom, but its okay I let it pass, when a salesman was avalilable he greeted me and invites me to his office (he did not provided his name) and asked me for documentation to check my credit without having shown me the vehicle, which by the way he had no idea which was, I asked see the vehicle first and if possible for him to move it next to mine because I was with my baby that way I would not have to take her out with the Texas heat, but he said he couldnt. When we went to the yard the vehicle had not even been checked despite having made an APPOINTMENT and WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE. Of course Taylor tried to sell me another vehicle but after driving 40 miles for nothing and the horrible customer service I want nothing to do with them.

Thankful for my car because I have poor credit but can’t wait for it to be paid of so I don’t have to deal with this company anymore. So many issues with the service, just a headache. Stay away unless you don’t have any other options.

DJ was really really helpful, especially in the fact that this was my first car purchase. He gave me a great deal and was helpful whenever I called with follow up questions. They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!!! Bought a car from them about a month ago we’ve brought the car up there at least 5-7 times. The last time we brought it they had wrecked it. Put scratches on the bumper passenger side door handle, and door handle on driver side still hasn’t been replaced. Even though they said they ordered it the day we bought it. They never gave us copies of the paperwork, and not to mention they are very unprofessional when it comes to doing their job. We got the bumper replaced, but they missed the part on the passenger side. So now we have to go back up there AGAIN.The paperwork we signed said the car note is not due until the 18th, but we have received a message saying that is due today. The contract we signed has been broken by them. Do not buy from them!!!!!UPDATE: went up there to get our paperwork and they cussed my roommate, threatened to shoot her, refused to give the paperwork. I finally got ahold of our account manager, Christal, and she was very professional, and brought us everything we needed. Crooked ppl, and if you’re a young female they will try to run all over you!!!!!!UPDATE: Asked for all of the documents we signed.. only got one piece of paper stating down payment was only $1,000 when we have recipients saying it was $2,000. I Tried To Use My Bank Card To Pay For Everything Initially But He Told Me That The Card Reader Didnt Work So He Drove Me To The Bank To Get The Cash... I Gave Them $3,600 In Cash And My Receipt Showed I Only Gave $1,800 + $400 For Insurance.... They Took The Rest Of My Money... I Got Behind Because I Had To Have The Master Cylinder Replaced Which I Told Them About A Week After I Got The Car.. I Was Only 3 Weeks Behind And Owed $500 And I Got Paid Within 2 Days.. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR. I am actually very embarrassed that I bought a car here. I should have at least read the reviews. If I had, I would not have had to do any further investigation to know not to buy a car here.As others have said, Im convinced they have people that didnt actually buy a car from them post good review. Read all of the reviews, its not possible that so many people have the exact same complaints without them being true.They tell you the advertised price is not correct whether you are a cash or finance customer depending on whichever type of buyer you are. I was a cash buyer so I was told the price was only for finance customers because that is where they make their money. That I would have to pay more for things they did to the vehicle. It certainly wasnt even to inspect the tires.The tires I drove off the lot with were manufactured in 2002. They immediately went flat. Both the AAA guy and discount tire said there were not any defects in the tires accept they were disintegrating because they were so old and worn. They both were so surprised that they took the time to show me the tires and how they were just falling about from age. They salesperson assured me I would not need tires any time soon.When I contacted them about issues with the vehicle they told me since i did not cooperate with their manager they wouldnt help me. I only asked the manager for a lower price. They fact that they believe that is not cooperating with them should say it all.I could go on with specifics, but Im too frustrated with all of the time Ivewasted with them to do so.JUST READ THE REVIEWS. I havent bought a car from there, nor will I ever. Brandon kept trying to down sale me into a cheaper car that I should trade in in 6 months. When I asked to speak to the manager he hung up on me. I called back 3 times. He answered each time and hung up on me each time.I wouldnt buy a skateboard from that place. There are other options and people that actually WANT your business.Way to go Brandon. You made me believe all the terrible reviews even after I read them and STILL tried to give yall a shot.Wish I could give negative stars.

I had divorce credit (which is not great) so my car buying options were very limited and went to 1and2 automotive. It was absolutely amazing. They didnt pressure me at all, were friendly and personable and went straight to work to get me into a good car. Ended up getting a better car than I expected. The whole process took only about 2 hours and I drove home in my new car. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend. 👍👍

SCAM! BAIT AND SWITCH! Poor customer service. Found my car online called to make sure that it was still available...it was. Ok cool be there day after tomorrow morning to get it. He said it would be here waiting for me. Drove AN HOUR WITH 3 KIDS only to leave empty handed. They sold my car last night! But its still online. Then tried to give me a car with a loan! I had Said on the phone no loan so they tried to give me a problem car and then when I called to complain they hung up on me. DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!!

Please dont buy anything from this company horrible car in Texas only had my car two day and it began to run hot after more a few call to them they got me appointment on May 31 @ 9:00 am everyone was late with opening the business and then tell if I dont want leave my car I cant get service I decided to stay with my car and was told I need to leave told them I have no money or a way to leave and I just got this car two ago I have to stay nobody care and as sit there crying people were offering me a ride to bus stop or McDonalds and I keep telling them I dont have any money or even know how to ride the bus but nobody cared so i was drop off at a McDonalds my friend Lyft me home .After I got myself together I called and talked with Kim and asked her if I can have my money back or they could put me in something safe that car but nobody has called me back to answer any of my questions please dont use this company if you need a car also I will be following up with the better business bureau and my local news station so no other single mom has to deal with this company

Worse customer service experience. I’m pretty sure employees just show up there to walk around and pretend to work. Absolutely no respect for their customers. I can’t speak for their cars since I didn’t buy one but I don’t think they can speak for them either. They didn’t seem to have any knowledge about any of their inventory. However, I would assume their lack of motivation and regard would mean they don’t care about what kind of car you are buying. Visited 4 more dealerships after this one and had much better experiences. Looking at a better car for a better deal! Don’t waste your time here.

I made an appointment for a car, drove 4 hours to buy said car, and they were selling the car as I walked in. Found another car I wouldve purchased for the same price on the same visit. But AFTER agreeing to a price the GM decided after the fact that they would like us to pay for the financing fees they lost on the last buyer. Waited 2 hours to be almost conned by their sleaze-bag GM. Would NEVER recommend.

Called ahead to make sure vehicle was still available on on the lot. The person I spoke with confirmed it was, I showed up and was forced to do a credit report before seeing the vehicle. Upon completion I was then informed the vehicle was at their other location and it was being brought over. I was told it would be about 10 minutes...I waited 30 and the gentleman I was dealing with came back out and told me the vehicle just sold. All in all I spent over 2 hours of my time for absolutely nothing. Avoid the run around and dont shop here.

I would rate them 0 if I could. Ive been an on time customer for my 6 to 8 months. I am ready to do my trade in. And yet I cant get no one to help me get the ball rolling. And why cuz all they want is their money and you locked in a contract. I beg you turn away go somewhere else that doesnt have this many one star reviews. They are not here to help you and its a con artist scheme on a legal level. They dont offer bumper to bumper because they do it in house. We paid a month while it stayed in the shop through christmas and new year. We were without a car and no compensation. Complete scam

Okay so I called and made an appointment to look at a car they had listed online. Then once I got there I checked in. Then proceeded to wait for over an hour. Normally when you go to a car dealer they are practically at your door when you get out of your own car but whatever. And normally I would have left well before but I was enjoying my time with my wonderful wife. So when we did finally give up and decide to just go to dinner instead of waiting after an hour or so they finally gave us limited attention when we were walking out. Not impressed...what is really funny is I received a follow up call from them. When they called me the first thing they said to me was can you please hold. I laughed out loud and proceeded to hang up on them. I thought wow really? You call me and ask me to hold. People dont waste your time here. They do not have anything worth putting up with this at all.

I was a little skeptical about doing another tote the note but Dominique helped calm our fears. He very professional and very easy to work with. Looking forward to the customer service we got today and it looks like we will he getting in the future...

They never answer the phone or respond to my voicemail , I went yesterday to see a Ford Edge they said they had available drove all the way there and was told it wouldn’t be ready till Friday !( then why post it online for sale ?) now the price is removed from the site and it says call for details . I keep calling and no one answers or returns my calls .

These guys got me out of my rapidly dying Saturn and into my current car with very little effort! Since i walked in i was treated like family even when i told them i was struggling financially at the time. They picked out a great car for me, my needs and my budget. Ive had no problems with the car but if i have a concern i bring it in and they look at it immediately. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car!

Where do I even begin.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE youll be better off going to Mega Motors!!!! I purchased a car for $1400 down plus $300 for insurance. I have yet to see any insurance papers. The car needed an alignment. After I got the alignment the car would not crank. This happened 6 days after I got the car. They say they dont have a tow truck to check out my car. Then they said if I could get it towed there they would check it out for $95. The car price online was $8,000 online when I got there it was $13,000. They wont let you go to the back to see any carsits a policy. Im having my car checked out tomorrow I will be updating. This is a Scam do not let them take your hard earned money!!!!

Gail from customer services started texting my daughter (the customer) from her personal cellphone harassing her after she went off on me and hung up. She is irate, rude, hostile, and disrespectful. What company textes customers cause they have a addittude problem. This is unprofessional and unusual. Gail called me looking for my daughter and was rude, hostile, irate and hung up on me. I called in a formal complaint and spoke to Max then she texted my daughter. Called back spoke to Cody. What type of buy here pay here dealership harasses customers in the middle of the COVID-19. They must not need customers.

A.D. was phenomenal, when I walk in to the Doors of 1 and 2 automotive I was a Father at the end of his rope, one of the 1st things A.d. told me was “ hey I’m here to help you get into a car but not only that fit you and your families needs and Make sure it’s affordable”. I have 5 kids so this is no easy task, but after about 20 or so minutes he came back with a solution and a car that was In my price range and affordable each month. After a full day of car shopping and feeling discouraged, my daughter and I ended up at 1and2 Automotive. We were met with friendly staff and Deny took us on a test drive. He was never pushy, informative, and respectful (unlike some of the other salesmen we met with earlier in the day). We ended up making the purchase and couldn’t be happier!

The worst place ever AVOID!I have never been to a place and seen this level of corruption in all my time buying cars. They advertise one price but when you want to buy the car they mention that the price may be higher because the bank decides. WHAT!! They think youre naive enough to fall for that. Then they kept us waiting 3 hours in finance and never communicated once about what was going on. I wasted my entire evening there when I couldve been looking for a car at a legitimate dealership that doesnt try tricks.I found out that they wouldnt give me the price advertised the next day. In addition, I was hung up on and told that they would get back to me shortly. They never did. The last time I called I told them that I was done with them if they werent going to be professional. The guy said OK, and hung up.They only reason I dealt with them as long as I did is because I was hoping they would be professional and my daughter really wanted the car they had available, but later I decided that I had enough and cut them off. 1 and 2 wasted our time. We couldve looked elsewhere. Now my daughter is without a car until we have a chance to look again next week.Avoid this place like the plague!!!

Today is 12/28/17 I am sitting here in there waiting to look at a car. We had an appointment for 615p but we came 10 minutes early and now its 628p and Ricky said we cant look at cars as we wait for the sales rep due insurance policies. He also stated that they dont really honor appointments. Dean just walked up and its 635p he takes us into a empty office. We came to buy with our own financing and claim that they need a 500 dollar deposit that is non refundable plus an additional125 dollars for something else..well its testdrive time 650p...good luck *Update* in short Dean is the man! He was professional and personable. I am happy I didnt walk out because we have car I came for at a great price. 1and 2 automotive have something going... Thanks a bunch Dean!!! Update: 12/30/17 Still dont have the vehicle I did all that they asked and at the end of the day I still dont have the car. I dont know whats going on with this place... I just want to buy a car...thats all

Listen, with my credit I can’t finance a bottle of water however these guys NO LIE are the best in the business. They are upfront, courteous, and very communicative. Dean is the best! They pulled up a list of cars that worked with my down payment and my situation. I am THOROUGHLY PLEASED and very happy with my purchase. You have no excuse not to come here!

I was in the market for a 3 used vehicles and do not need financing. I would have liked to be able to buy all three from the same dealer. I saw they had a few cars that would fit my needs. Contacted a sales person and let him know I did not have a lot a time and would like to come take a look over the next few days. Some days went by and I got freed up. Contacted Rick they sales guy and asked about a Ford Flex. He said I am looking at it now. I drove for 45min to get to the dealership and when I arrived no Ford Flex. I go in after looking at other cars I am also looking at to get. Rick starts of like most sales people and is polite. We walk into the office and he immediately starts filling out a credit app. I told him I needed to follow the process before we can talk more about the car. I asked to see the car and was told the same thing. So then i let him know i needed to see the car before I continued giving anymore information to them. I walked outside to continue looking at cars and wait for the Flex to come out the back. Another gentleman came out and said before they can order a car pulled I needed to follow the process. I told him no I need to at least see a car before I follow the process at witch point he told me I could then just go some place else. I have worked in the automotive industry for many years and in customer service for even more. I could not believe how they managed to just turn away customers just because they asked to see the item they are thinking about purchasing

I went into the dealership on a Friday around lunchtime. I was in a pinch and needed a car asap. Brighton was amazing. Not only was he extremely nice, but he found me the best car available for my budget. Its a beautiful car, 2015, runs smooth, and doesnt have an excessive amount of miles! He even had to get the car for me from another dealership, which was done in a timely manner. I went home and then went back later to sign some papers and get the keys. Highly recommend giving this place a chance, Im glad I did!

Do NOT buy a car here. This is not a typical dealership where you go in and shop around for a car you are looking for. I was greeted by a sales person here whom I told exactly what I wanted, and the price range I wanted. After going for a test drive the sales person went back on what he originally told me when I first weekend. From here it only got worse. The sales person and myself went back and forth, as I tried to get him where I wanted my payments to be, he would leave the room for long periods of time, acting like hes working on trying to find a better solution.3 BIG things you should be alarmed about when you go to this place. There are cameras in each of the offices. Any dealership, Toyota, Ford, GM, typically dont have cameras in the room. What are they watching for?There is a huge reflective glass window where the managers sit. The glass is so that the managers can see you but you cant see them. Similar to a prison. I wonder why??The sales person was forcing me into that I expressed repetitively I was not interested in. It was almost as if they were only looking out for themselves and not the need of their customer.I hope this review helps anyone out there looking for a car.

I bought 2012 Mazda CX 9 that lasted me about ten weeks when the head gaskets blew. I had just had the oil changed. They dont seem to want to do anything about it. At the point does the dealer stand behind the products they sale? Good luck to you that buy from them.

Very professional. The salesman was very accommodating and helped my in laws with a vehicle purchase. He gave them a reasonable price for the vehicle and explained every single option and all paperwork. If you are looking for a used car at a cheap price, give this car lot a chance.
