Clean, perfect rehearsal space. Parking lot could be smoother, but a great place to meet up with you band and get your groove on.

Great place to record or practice...lots of rooms and good prices. Everyone is really cool. Lots of respect. Easy load in and load out for gigs. Stays quiet....no people just walking in the doors are coded. Door to your room has good locks. Security cameras all around building. Place stays pretty kept up for most part. Has been safe the entire time I have been there.

Rented a space for rehearsal with my band,It was very spacious, and very clean. And the rates are very reasonable. Easy access to unload and load your musical equipment. Pull right up to the door and unload right into your room.

Great facilities. Management is very easy to work with. It is centrally located. Nothing bad to say.

My car was overheating and I asked if I could get some water and they come on in and go to the restroom and get all the water u need.

Dakota has got to be by far the coolest person running a Rehersal Studio In all of the Dallas and ft Worth area studios if not all of TexasDoesnt go into a absolute lunatic yelling rage every time any little thing comes up the others at all studios see as a problem ....He is genualy a nice guy....5 stars for that one and only good studio in Texas!!!!!!!!!

It was a great place while it lasted... tornado damage on 10/20 left the place demolished

Easy access...load in. Load out. Get loud!! Could be a little cleaner but not a big issue.

Reasonable pricing and a generally clean building. Weve never had a problem with any other tenants and the owner is pretty friendly and understanding if youre rent is a little late because 4 grown men cant coordinate and pay it on time.

Decent rates for hourly rooms and they provide a P.A. for hourly rooms. I cant speak to the monthly rooms since I only do hourly.
