Great store with quality service, esp. Greg R. who is very knowledgeable with the musical instruments, and very gracious ... We bring our instruments here every summer for re-tuning, cleaning, etc. - it is a blessing to have a good store like this in DFW with professionals like Greg and his very friendly colleagues for musical instrument owners.

I rented my sons Trombone from Brook Mays for 2 years and put a deposit down at the beginning of the rental, which I was told I would get back when I turned the rental in. When I turned the rental in (at a sister location in Houston), the paperwork was not done to issue my refund, causing a delay, but the manager at that location rectified the situation and sent in the refund request 10 days after the rental return. It has now been 2 additional weeks since the refund request was sent in and I still havent been sent a refund. When I called Friday, I was told the accountant would be in today (Monday) and thats when the check could possibly be mailed. When I called back today to check the status, I was told it would be at least another week before the check is even mailed because the accountant didnt do it today and she only works in office once a week and she is the only person that can issue the check. At that time, it will be over a full month since I returned the instrument. Considering my debit card was on automatic payments for the duration of the rental, this entire process is archaic and should have been avoided with an automatic refund to my card. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed that this company has no care to refund my deposit in a timely manner.

I have called the customer service line multiple times a day the last 3 days to just be left on hold for 27 minutes at a time then lines gives you an option to leave a voicemail which I have done and have now also emailed. This place is a joke.

Friendly, helpful staff with a wide arrangement of classic and contemporary instruments. Reasonable prices with comfortable (and transferable) payment options. The store on 635E has highway construction issues, but not too bad. Would go back again.

I dont live in the area and ordered Trombotine (trombone slide lubricant) online. Even though it is a small, low-cost item, it was shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. I recommend these folks.

Went in to check on getting a few instruments on lease. I could rent to own a decent quality instrument for about $40! a month. A great price. Thought they had gone out of business.

I get home at 6 pm. So the website says they close at 8 pm. I drive through traffic, arrive at 6:45 to be told that, my strings guy leaves at 6 pm. He says I can come back on the weekend, but need my child with me to be fitted. She is with her father 1 hour away. So the moral of this story is, if you work, dont expect posted hours to represent service hours and dont spend 45 minutes in traffic. I am going elsewhere.

I ordered something online and received wrong item. I contacted them and I was told they couldnt issue a replacement due to some policy. After pressing them on the issue, they said the item I originally ordered was discontinued and the item I received was the replacement for it even though it was a completely different brand. A bunch of liars. Dont waste your time.

This is actually a distribution center with a small storefront, and not a full retail store. I arrived well after retail hours, but the manager on duty assisted me anyway with a great attitude and personable spirit.

Visited the store today. Friendly staff, but not knowledgeable. Nothing on display. And due to health regulations couldnt try their own brand of mouthpieces, unless I bought them first. As an European professional musician Im used to different service. Really disappointing visit.

When I went to rent an instrument, everyone is very kind, they told me that if I returned the instrument immediately, they would return the deposit to me, it was a lie, I returned the instrument, I have 3 weeks waiting for my deposit and now it turns out that I have to wait 2 more weeks, please, gentlemen, be serious with it. They promise and I would not give any star but if I do not put it, my comment cannot be published
