When the pandemic started, i decided to take up piano again as a way to keep myself busy during isolation. I google searched places close to me and Dallas Piano Rentals was the first to pop up. I called and Bob answered right away. I immediately felt like I knew him! He was extremely caring and genuinely invested in my piano needs. I had no intention of committing on that call, but I did and it was the best decision! It took less than a week for the piano to be delivered. The delivery men were just as caring. One of them talked through how to care for the piano and the best way to clean it. The other delivery man wanted to make sure it was tuned, so he sat down and played the most beautiful song. Bob called me personally before each payment each month and was understanding if I needed to be a few days late. I am now the proud owner of my piano thanks to Bob at Dallas Piano rentals!

This review is way over due (like 4 years). Four years ago, after we had just settled my moms estate, I decided to use some of the money towards a piano. There was never money or room in our house growing up for one. I began taking lessons in 2007 using a Yamaha digital keyboard and every time I spoke with mom on the phone, she always asked me how my lessons were going. My piano teacher suggested that I look into a hybrid piano since I liked the digital aspects but wanted the feel of a traditional piano.I stopped by Piano Gallery the Sunday following the Memorial Day weekend. There were cars in the parking lot but the door was locked so I called the stores number and Bob answered. He said they were closed that day (there was a private event) but asked me if I would be willing to wait a few minutes and he would be right there. Bob arrived within 5 minutes.I told Bob I was thinking about a hybrid and he showed me the Casio Calviano GP-500. Bob patiently walked me through the construction and features and played it so I could hear the sound. The retail was $6000, Piano Gallery was selling it for $5,000 but Bob agreed to take my Yamaha in for a $500 trade in and luckily, there was a $500 promotion.I emailed my piano teacher for his feedback (he said go for it) and midweek, I came in with my headphone and had a practice run with piano. Finally, I came in on Saturday and purchased the piano. Bob arranged to have it delivered that same day.This piano is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I play I nearly everyday and I think the quality of my playing has improved quite a bit because it has the sound and feel of a traditional piano. I am able to practice with my headphones during the work day (my husband works at home). I am also able to easily record songs using either MIDI or WAV format (USB drive).Thanks Bob!SueP.S. Just a fantastic experience, from start to finish! We found Bob through an online search, he made some wonderful recommendations and we obtained a hybrid piano for my wife. Bob is the Bomb. He always responds promptly and has lots of good suggestions for instruments. I assisted in the purchase (from Bob/Dallas Piano Rentals) of 3 Casio GP 500s for Cedar Valley College where I am Coordinator of Commercial Music and they are great instruments. He has great delivery and setup crews too.

Our artist was very particular about the ONLY (midi) Grand Piano that would or could be used for the performance. Bob supplied the exact unit requested and delivery / pick up were no issue and right on time. When its time to rent another piano for an artist my first call will be Dallas Piano Rental.
