THIS IS THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR COMPUTER TO GET FIXED!!! Fix By Geeks fixed my 2014 mac book pro that had 2 faulty thunderbolt ports. I brought it to another repair specialist that took 2 weeks to work on it and couldnt fix it, told me i needed to buy a new motherboard. However I followed my gut to try someone else and found him. He managed to fix it in 1 day at reasonable price. I highly recommend him! Great customer service and clearly knows what he is doing.

I came to Fix By Geeks after going to the Apple store where the geniuses thoroughly made a mess of my laptop. While they arent supposed to do anything with software, they did. Four different employees and one trip behind the closed curtain and I lost hundreds of irreplaceable videos, pictures, and music that was on it when I first entered the store. (I only went in to Apple because iTunes wasnt creating a backup)! Can you imagine walking in only needing a backup and walking out with so much lost data?! It brought me to tears and they sent me away.I came to Fix By Geeks with a laundry list of problems. The owner did everything he could to recover my lost data but unfortunately it could not be recovered. We believe that Apple copied my hard drive that was corrupted to another hard drive so it wouldnt copy anything that was lost on my original hard drive. (Its a very complicated story).He spent hours working on it and also with me along side him. He even sent my hard drive to someone in Ohio for a last ditch effort but that person couldnt find anything.Fast forward and my hard drive is no longer corrupted, iTunes can now be backed up and he set up my new pc.
