Signing up for the Total Tech Experience? These Geeks are not what they used to be. Dont expect a time saving experience. Long wait times on their phone lines. They probably have good people, somewhere, but dont expect experts to answer the phone or visit your home. The operators/agents dont understand the different products, and often send the wrong trainee to try and help. If you use this service, you need a lot of time and patience. All very cordial, but ... Just not the same Geeks they used to be. :-( Not saying they cant solve problems on the second or third call to visit, but ... remember this service is billed on a per call basis.

Geek Squad is a joke and best buy outsources everything online and through phone out of the US. Cheaper for them. During Covid, no store will fix my broken screen and it takes hours to finally speak to a Philippine geek squad to tell me my only option is to buy another for 200$. Then they cant cancel my protection plan. Guess it isnt apart of their script.

Terrible service! Their web-site is a total sham. They never completely fixed my phone, they never came to me,I went to their kiosk (several times!), and the hours they say theyre open are incorrect. I had to get Apple to correct what supposedly fixed. So, I payed $180.00 CASH, ..I had to pay Another place to FIX his mess. BOTTOM-LINE...OVER-ALL TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Oh...and be careful...my signal from phone isnt where it was before all this started and Ive been told someone may have installed some kind of malware on my phone.

I just tried to do something extremely simple, drop off my computer for a power supply replacement. Tall thin black man in Geek Squad then started coming up with multiple reasons why that would be a problem. I told him if it was going to be such an inconvenience I would go somewhere else and thanked him for his time. Horrible customer service.

My experience has actually been quite good. Even with no appointment, wait times have been short, geeks have been knowledgeable and pleasant, facility has been clean and costs reasonable. Difficult to ask for more!

Took my laptop hope they could fix because it couldnt charge they told me that it had to do something about the system internal. Because it was expensive what more they left my laptop refreshing every 10 seconds. Couldnt open any apps cause it just keep refreshing

Took my laptop in for repair. They told me I needed a new hard drive. I said ok go a head. Issue seemed to be resolved when I picked it up. But now my laptop goes to sleep and will not wake up from a black screen unless I force a shut down everytime and turn it back on. They told me this due ops being different on the new hard drive and theres nothing they can do. My business is ran from a laptop each time my laptop goes to sleep all my work is lost. I paid $300 for them to repair and now this computer is basically a paper weight.

The staff is knowledgeable and never talked down to me. They only kept my computer overnight and explained what had happened and how they repaired it.

1.5 months of attempted repair of my television, technicians missing appointments, making my girlfriend help dismount my television because his helper was missing, forgetting to order parts with no one catching the mistake until the next appointment, and technicians telling me I can exchange my television based on specs but myself later calling in and finding out that it’s based on price, not specs, meaning I end up losing money because geek squad is too incompitent to fix my television or know their own policies. I’m sorry but geek squad services in this instance have been inexcusable and unrelenting with no attempt at remedying the situation.The technicians were very polite, besides one instance where a technician repeatedly “shushed” me while we were all on the phone with corporate while at my house for a service call and another needing my girlfriend to help dismount my 55” from the wall because his helper was not with him. But the service in general has been... the worst service I have ever experienced from a large corporate company... I really mean that... I’m not just a soccer mom with too much time on her hands who vents her pent up anger on bad reviews... I’m a 50-60hr per week working 26 year old male who also goes to school ... I’m freaking busy. I do not spend my time lightly.

Had a window of 8-12 no one ever called to say they were late or anything. I called twice they weren’t able to get in touch with the service guy waited 5 hrs and 30 minutes and my tv still wasn’t mounted so I went somewhere else. Don’t recommend.
