I had really gotten my Android cell phone into a visual and technical mess! I was pretty sure that I was just going to have to start over with a new phone! I called and made an appointment with a gentleman named Phil. He had an hour booked for me and I had his undivided attention for that time. The store was VERY busy, but he managed to treat the other customers courteously while making sure that I felt tended to! In no time at all my phone was better than it ever has been and I was as out the door complete with a recommendation for a great Mexican restaurant in Dallas I had never tried before. Best Mexican in town. Everything is made from scratch. Anyway. Our charge on the cell phone was totally fair and reasonable. I would go back again FOR SURE. In the meantime, my husband made an appointment for help with his computer the next day and is really looking forward to getting that handled. There are two other guys that work there so there is always someone at your service! We are so lucky to have this shop in our little town! Oh! The name of the Mexican Restaurant is El Pique.🌞

The purchase and installation went so quickly and smoothly, we were pleasantly surprised. I took my PC to TGS yesterday based upon Google recommendations even though there were several other computer repair shops closer to my home. Im happy I made the drive. It took about a half an hour to get my computer up and running thanks to Phil who was personable and informative. The price was more than fair.

REVIEW EDITED.. NOT SO GREAT. These guys are great! I bought a router from them to get service from a new internet company in town and the router needed serviced and I was told to call the router company and have them help me fix it. I got the run around for hours so I called Technjcal Genius Solutions and they just told me to bring it in. They fixed the router for me and they did it for free and with a smile. I will definitely be giving them all my business from now on!Unfortunately the router they sold me never worked with the internet company so when I called about a possible refund (since it didnt work and was purchased new from them a few months prior). I left a message with a female staff and then I called and received their machine which I left a msg on. That was a few weeks ago. I figured that was my answer. SO, Yeah, $85 fun useless paper weight is what I ended up with.

We needed help updating an old laptop and desktop; John was very helpful and his service was fast. He explained things clearly, we felt he was very fair and trustworthy. In home service was great!

Needed to have the entire cooling system replaced on an MSI gaming laptop. Originally we thought it was just one fan that needed replacing, and that was the price they quoted me at. After realizing that the required parts were more expensive than previously thought, and understanding I was on a budget, John kept the price the same under the condition that I do some of the work myself under the supervision of his technicians. Coleman and Ryan (the technicians) were very friendly and helpful, and without their guidance I believe I wouldve either paid much more to get it fixed elsewhere, or destroyed my laptop in the attempt. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service at our home. It took awhile, but the technician was able to find a way to retrieve our documents and pictures from our bad hard drive. When we need to upgrade the hard drive, we know where to go to get great service at reasonable price.

Ricky was my tech. He responded to our call promptly and was in and out in a matter of moments. The relief of having this company in town to make house calls is something other companys should take notice of. Whatever was wrong with my TV, Ill never know. I had a laptop that was constantly locking up and was super frustrating. John was able to get everything running smoothly within an hour. He was very insightful and offered many suggestions on how to upgrade the machine. I made the decision to upgrade and he did all the work shortly after. I bought a new laptop about a year ago, and from the very first, it didnt work well: sound went out, internet wouldnt load, games played like molasses) and it went back to the store four times for adjusting and fixing before I gave up, wrote off the expense and shoved it onto a shelf.
