Been here many times, however the last experience was very snaky.Bought an iPhone 10( From Here)for my son, phone got damaged, brought it in to get repaired, he charged $135, $150 for warranty. I paid $150. Weeks later screen not cracked but line begin to bleed on screen making phone malfunction. I bring it back, he tells me he guarantees that my son dropped it🙄(even tho phone was in outter box case and screen was NOT cracked) and wants to charge me $80 to fix even tho I paid extra for warranty. He gave me nothing in writing to validate the warranty and in which it covers. All verbal fast talk to get me to pay extra.I took the phone to big als in Desoto to find that Irepair used cheap parts to fix the first time and charged me more for it. Don’t trust this guy. He talks fast and will lie to you.

My girlfriends iPhone 11 Pro I dropped and cracked the back glass and also messed up the logic main board from having the phone be able to properly boot up. The damage was all my fault. But I went to I-Repair and the owner there KARIM was able to fix it at a reasonable price and very quickly for me. It looked BRAND NEW when he gave it back to me. Was satisfied with the work at first because the phone (IPhone XR) looked good as new, but given that it’s a replacement it wouldn’t work as new again? I did pay the higher price to have my work phone fixed and i will say as soon as I left, the phone was glitchy so I did some hard resets, worked for a few before glitching again. And a small drop (with case) and completely ruining the phone. Worse than the cracked screen It had when I brought it in I much rather HAVE that cracked screen back because the phone at least worked fine I just didn’t like looking at a cracked screen, now I’m stuck with a completely useless phone as the touchscreen doesn’t work and 194 gone, and still trying to charge. From a business standpoint, that’s not good business or given that you say it’s a manufacturer defect that’s definitely a reason to help a customer on your end, especially paying for the highest quality. It’s a huge inconvenience. I think it’s a good company, just not willing to make a wrong right without squeezing more out of the customer

I got my iPhone 7 fixed,my phone wasn’t charging I have been to other repair store they changed my charging port but it still wasn’t working. Friendly staff. Still need to get part of my phone fixed but they didnt have the part. Have to go back but not bad so far. New screen is a bit chipped and scratched up but way better then my cracked one. Just a bit pricey for it not to be a new screen. I would recommend you check it very good before you leave. Will update once I get my last part needed.Update....I went to get my color coil fixed today. My screen was replaced with one that was not chipped and scratched. Over all I am pleased with the resultsUpdate.....I spent $200 for nothing. When I picked up my phone I was insured it was good as new but back may fall off due to the phone being worked on and now the back wont stay on. I was told to keep a case on it and it would be fine. Lies. The back was falling off when I picked it up and I immediately put my phone in the case. Within less then two weeks my phone was acting crazy. So why did this man charge me and tell me it would be fine knowing it wouldnt. Stay away. Would give zero stars if I could. Con artist alert.

I had bought my new Samsung galaxy s10. Knowing that it was brand new when I broke the screen, causing half of my screen to go black and green, I thought it would be $500 plus to fix it. However it came out to $320 not cheap but what do you expect on fixing a brand new phone with a complicated screen. When I got my phone it was basically brand new, everything works properly and I cant even tell that the screen was shattered before. I recommend him! I dont recommend it to anyone even those i hate, first i called this guy and he said to fix my i phone x screen that would cost me for premium quality screen would be $230 and he could fix it for $200 if i write 2 reviews on Facebook and google, so i did write the reviews and i got $30 off ( not even 2 weeks ago now) ,and it felt very lightly from the table and literally the screen cracked and fall off the phone and it was just hanging. and today i had to go and get a new screen from another place. youre THE WORST EVER

Very competitive pricing. They had some problems with their scheduling service which caused some delays in arrival. That is understandable. The repair took about 30 minutes, but unfortunately the tech damaged the aluminum housing. The pry tool used to remove the original screen chipped the aluminum around the top of the display. I thought it was well known that techs shouldnt use metal tools and only plastic ones to minimize potential for damage.Otherwise, the repair was completed and all functions work as expected from my initial testing.
