Brought in a laptop and although it was not salvageable, they were able to retrieve all of the data and put it on a thumb drive. I have used Repair Republic for cell phone issues in the past. This was my first with a laptop. I am pleased with the service provided.

Thoroughly pleased 100%. Not only did Republic save me money on a separate tablet problem with suggestions on how to fix it myself, thereby saving me a $39 diagnostic fee, Republic also diagnosed a laptop problem, & then did the repair solely for the cost of the diagnostic fee ($49). Republic could have charged me more for both issues, but didnt!!! Rare to find such honesty these days! The work was done in less than 24 hrs & the techs (Nico in my case) knew what the hell he was doing, & was thoroughly knowledgeable.Before going to Republic I had just recently had a case repair done at another shop & was completely dissatisfied when this shop was sloppy & broke my keyboard in the process of replacing my case. Any apprehension I had about choosing Republic as a new shop for repairs was completely unwarranted. Kudos & hats off to Republic! They are competent, very fairly-priced, efficient, professional, honest, & customer friendly. I have found my new repair shop for all future work. Need I say more?

I brought my phone for a charging issue and my phone came back with my Face ID broken. I cannot reset it and it does not work at all. I tried calling them to let them know the SAME day I got it back and they responded I did not have evidence that it was working before. They also took longer to repair my phone than they had said. Now a week later my speaker is muffled as well. I would not recommend this place.

Great customer service. This is hard to find at any major mobile phone store. Purchased a phone through progressive leasing at this location recently. Leo and Nico have great customer service. Will be coming back to fix another phone I have issues with soon. Also will be coming back to purchase another phone and accessories in the near future. Definitely would recommend for anyone to come to this location. One recommendation I would like to suggest for the owners is to have a sign in option, as sometimes it seems to get busy. Brought my laptop in for a broken charger port. Luckily the part needed was in stock and my laptop was back home and fixed in 24 hours. Great. I dropped my laptop off at about 11:35 this morning. The screen was a mess. I need a new something or other. It is 1:27pm and I am back at home with a newly repaired laptop screen. Its like a brand new phone!My iPhone 6 had a crack for several months before it finally shattered. Tiny pieces of glass were coming out of the screen.Repair Republic fixed my screen fast, and even added a screen protector.Initially when I got my phone back, the Touch ID wasnt working. Thats the fingerprint reader that unlocks your phone, logs into apps, and authorizes payments. I just had to write a review on the excellent service I received from the guys there at Repair Republic! I was very upset when my phone broke beyond repair, and Leo set me up with a great deal for a new phone. This is my fourth time going to Repair Republic and each experience has led me to come back again every time I have an electronic problem. This store told me to leave when I broght my comouter for a keyboard repair after one of the guys looked at it. Another guy in the store came out and told me to leave becasue I did not have my face covered. And that is one thing, but what was odd, was the guy teling me (which I think is the owner) did not have a mask on as he told me this, nor did he put one on while ordering me out of the store. They have done pretty good work in the past, but Ill never return there.

Went in for a repair on my iPhone 6s plus screen. The pricing was reasonable (109 $ plus tax) and I was able to pick my phone up in under 30 minutes. There were some issues when I first booted up my phone but I was able to bring it right back to have it checked and they were willing to set up the phone with me to ensure there were no more hiccups. Overall it was convenient,and they showed excellent customer service. Definitely would recommend.

A good place to get your computer or cell phone fixed. Great service they made up to date phone calls on the progress of your device which I really enjoyed and the price is not bad at all. I am so glad I took my tablet to, Repair Republic to fix my shattered screen. The price was very shockingly reasonable. I called one place and they wanted $237 to replace the screen. I called Repair Republic and spoke with Leo, and asked him the cost to replace my screen and he said $89 + tax. Leo the manager and his staff, were so friendly. He had to order my screen and Leo told me it will be ready in two to three days, and it was ready in two days. My tablet looked brand new again. Thank you Leo so much. My LG tablet was not holding a charge, so I took it to Repair Republic. They felt like I needed a new battery but were not positive without performing their diagnostic test. They assured me was no charge in advance and that I only pay if and when the repair was 100% fixed. I took my phone in because the charging port would no longer charge. I first took it to CPR cellphone repair in Uptown. Not only were they not able to fix it, they charged me on top of it. I located Repair Republic the same day. They listened to what I was describing to them, and didnt give me a lie of oh we can fix that without first opening my phone to make sure they could fix it. They fixed the issue in under two days and my phone is working splendidly.

Day 4 without having access to my own phone , I felt alone and excluded from society.Alas, I could bare no more, I HAD to have some kind of way to keep up with Twitter Trends and Kylies mysterious pregnancy.In desperation... I do recommend this place to get your phone fixed. HOWEVER do not purchase a phone using the progressive leasing. First of all the initial payment paid to progressive leasing of a hundred and something dollars does not go towards the purchasing of the phone. Secondly, if you dont pay off the phone within the first 90 days the interest kicks in and you end up paying wayyyyyy more than the phone is worth. Your better off just going to Apple or Best Buy to trade in and buy your phone.

I took my phone there and Paid for them to fix my screen and I picked my phone up... less than two days my screen went out again and they wouldn’t fix it also my face time speaker wasn’t working and it was working before I took my phone there and they wanted to charge me another fee to fix what they broke! Please don’t go there, it’s a waste of money and they are willing to fix anything!

I got my phone repaired here. I love their honesty, they were able to repair my phone without making up other issues. The repair was done in 25 minutes and I was able to use my phone and make it to work on time. I will definitely be back to this store for any future repairs.

I went in with a Note 4 that kept on freezing up on me, I literally had to pull my battery out and put it back in to get it to restart. I even purchased a new battery hoping it would fix the problem, with no success. The gentleman at Repair Republic was the most helpful and had my phone running like new in less than 5 minuets!! Whats even more amazing is that he did not charge me a dime!! I am definitely referring my friends and family to this place. Very impressed :-)

I was a customer on Tuesday, 7/3/18. They literally fixed my phone in 50 mins and it was like new! No issues or concerns. They also followed up with me exactly a week later to see if I had any questions or concerns. I liked that they cared about how their work was holding up. Very professional and caring. Mike the manager was very informative when I called ahead of time. The guy who actually processed my transaction was awesome as well and even laughed at my corny jokes about how cute their shop was lol. He offered to set up my screen protector and even showed me some nice ones that they sold. I regret being unable to remember his name. All in all this place was great! I definitely recommend.

Amazing! My sons phone LCD broke while we were in Dallas for a few days and I called around and they were the most reasonable. They had the phone ready same day and the young man at the front desk, black framed glasses, didnt catch his name :/ was sweet and courteous. I cracked my phone a few months ago. I went 4 to 5 months with no problems with the phone after doing so. Friday night I got home and all of a sudden I had a green flashing screen and was unable to access anything in the phone!! I went to my phone carrier the next morning and they couldnt fix it....so my only option was to order a new one through Insurance and receive it next day. Cool right!!??? NO!! all of my photos videos and personal information was still on the phone. Insurance wanted the defective phone within 10 days so I began to panic. I tried using a USB..no luck..looked up people online who wanted me to ship the phone in ...it was just waaaay too much. I stumbled across Repair Republics site and read lots of great reviews and decided to give them a try.
