I’m old enough to remember when customer service actually existed and when companies made it a priority. In today’s world of online sales, massive corporations, huge box stores, and automated everything, it’s rare to find, but equally refreshing when I do.That’s why I am really happy I found Josh. I needed to replace the battery in my MacBook and was not willing to pay the astronomical fee that Apple now charges to do it. Josh fit me in the same day (I think I just got lucky, it sounds like he stays pretty busy!) and I appreciated being able to speak to him directly from the very start, and not being asked to schedule online or be put on hold for days. And, bonus, he actually knows what he is doing and I trusted him completely to keep my laptop for a few hours, which I guard with my life usually!Luckily, I don’t usually need a lot of computer servicing, but, the next time I do, I will most definitely call Josh.Highly recommend.

Josh is well versed in PC systems both physical and software. He cleaned and took advantage of operating systems protections to protect my computer which had been invaded despite several protective applications.I now have a faster better performing pc with much fewer apps to contain linking points and feel safer online. I will no longer buy apps that sound good without checking reviews. And Josh has become my best tech consultant in a day.

Josh did a great job quickly repairing my laptop after I got the “blue screen of death.” The laptop is running better than it was before the issues occurred. The 1-day turnaround time was excellent, and his customer service was great. He even tried to fix an unrelated item mylaptop has had for years that I didn’t even tell him about up front.

Owner is very professional and amazingly talented. Josh fixed my laptop keypad in less than 30 minutes. His prices are very reasonable and will go back and forth to perform excellent job! Ive called on Josh a few times this year and have always had great experiences with him. Ive found him to be very polite, professional, with a fast turnaround time and great prices. While working on my laptops, he would send me regular text updates to let me know how the repair was going, which I really appreciated.Some of the work Ive had him do includes:-Replacing the HDD on my old Acer laptop with a SSD with double the storage space. Files were transferred flawlessly-Wiping the personal information off of my old computers so I could safely donate them-Reformatting the C Drive on my Acer after it had trouble booting up later in the year (my computer also ran much faster after Josh fixed it!)-Transferring the SSD from my Acer to my next laptop when I was ready to upgrade.I would be happy to work with Josh again the next time I have a computer issue.

Set up World Tech Force, Josh, to come over to the house to repair a MAC Laptop and a MAC Desktop. Due to other clients Josh was unable to come over until Today July 7/23/2020. We called today at 08:35 a.m. to see what time he was coming . Nobody answered, just a voice mail. No-one called back so I called again at 12 noon sharp, again no answer nor call back. Called at at 3:45 p.m. and Josh answered to say though he had us up above the desk on a note, at the end he admitted he forgot and could not say when he could come¡ over so, we had to call and get someone else. This is another case of poor customer service, a provider being over extended and once again, the customer left holding the bag and NO solution offered to make amends. There should be someone or something who would mediate such poor service and kick in the shins to the customer! Dear possible customer, please be alert!

Seriously, you claim integrity on your website, does this include erasing customers hard drives? Called day before. Described problems. Agreed for me to come over to his house (his place of business) the next day. Before I hung up I said see you at 11:30 tomorrow morning. Next day at 11:30 rang his door bell. Dog barking. Opens the door in his robe. Complains that I didnt call before I came. Reminded him that I said I would be there at 11:30. He said I still need to call first. Place was a mess and stunk to high heaven. I knew I had made a mistake. Then he starts telling me why it will be a problem trying to fix the very things we had discussed over the phone the day before. I eagerly said I would look for other repair options. What a complete waste of time and left me with a really icky feeling. Dude youre running a business? Please.

Walk-ins welcome! Fast diagnostics. I went over to his house and he diagnosed my computers problem within 10 minutes. He also has an adorable dog named Teddy to keep you company while you wait. He was very knowledgeable and even offered to let me borrow another laptop while mine was being repaired.

My laptop died and it seemed to be an issue with the connection. Josh ordered the part and replaced it. Turns out the motherboard must have been fried when it died originally. He gave me plenty of alternative courses of action, always trying to find the most cost effective solution. In the end he only charged me for the cost of the part and not the $90 service fee, and showed me which laptops I could put my hard drive in to have it running like it used to.

Owner was very polite and helpful. Does a great job of testing common issues with you present, and sure enough simple fix was all I needed and problem was fixed in 5 min. Saved me a good deal of money and time, highly recommend!

Sent an email, received a call back the next day. Explained the service request and the diagnostic: failed disk drive and upgrade to Windows 10. The next day dropped off the desktop tower and later that day had a callback with detailed explanation of required parts, upgrades available and estimation of total repair and time frame. I couldnt ask for better service and sure was better than standing in line at Best Buy for 2 hours.The personal service was outstanding. Very reasonable fees and the option to upgrade in a tech market that is constantly changing. Josh will offer and explain the best options to you, and trust me, the guy knows his stuff. Nothing is out of the scope so dont be afraid to ask, he can make it happen. Desktop, laptop, tablet, phone......Tech Force can do it.

Josh was absolutely fantastic in fixing my wifes computer. Her computer died just days before her finals were due and he had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Dropped off a desktop with corrupted windows. Josh installed a new SSD and loaded it with windows. From there I could view my old HDD with the corrupted windows and retrieve my documents and pictures as well as app data to speed up the process of reinstalling apps. Joshs prices are very fair for the work he does. Dropped off mid-day Saturday and picked up Monday (closed on Sundays), FAST! Could not ask for more.
