I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!!!! I am so upset that I could literally destroy everything! My ipad has been with them for going on 3 weeks! Their first excuse is one of their employees had Covid! Oh well hire more ppl! 2nd excuse a week later the lady answers the phone and says my device will be ready by 5 next day! Welp here it is 4 days later and its still NOT READY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone everrrr! I dont normally do reviews but this one definitely deserved a bad one! & the fact that no one everrrr called me to let me know what was going on instead I had to continuously go to different ubreakit locations in the area to see what was going on and they barely knew! You just dont know how upset I am!!! Veryyyy unprofessional very very unprofessional and if my device is not done tomorrow I will be picking it up and taking it elsewhere.To be continued here it is a month later and my ipad is still not fixed properly I have constantly taken my ipad back to the location to get it fixed and apparently they dont have people there who knows how to fix an ipad because everytime I get it back its not fixed. At this point I need a full refund, so I can take my device elsewhere this is ridiculous.

Quick and easy. They seemed very busy but got my screen replaced in the time they said and had a great attitude towards everyone.

Im editing this review based on an updated experience.I booked a repair here several days in advance, on the one day I have available per week, first thing in the morning. I get to the store and they dont have my screen in stock. Why would you not check your inventory and call me so that I could make other repair plans, or at least not waste my time? Isnt this the point of making an appointment? Now Im stuck with no other options for another week.Update:I originally wrote a 1-star review but am updating to 4 stars. I took my phone to another uBreakiFix in town who did have the screen in stock. They did not repair the phone correctly, and after 2 days, the screen stopped working entirely. Not wanting to bring the phone back to that same location again, I took it to this location. The gentleman (whose name I did not get) that helped me was very helpful and very kind, and fixed the phone properly. I still recommend updating the policy to look at reservations and verify stock before people commit to this option. The repairs take several hours, and thus planning is required.

Was told by the employee that they used genuine apple parts when I dropped my phone off for repair and now my phone has a permanent settings notification saying it doesnt have a genuine apple screen.*Edit: I came back for a refund and the manager acknowledged their mistake and I got the OEM screen installed at no extra cost. I appreciate the managers honesty and excellent customer service.

Said it would take 2 hours to fix my phone. Over 4 hours later I finally got my phone back and it wasn’t done properly. They never verified the repair and want me to return to the store so they can try and fix it again. Would’ve been faster just to get a new phone...

Its been almost 2 weeks the store hasnt been open for me to pick up my ipad! No one answers the phone! Makes me feel like they are scammers ! I am veryyyy upset !!! I expected my ipad to be done on Sunday like they said and NO ONE HAS BEEN AT THE STORE TO OPEN IT!!

I wish I had a before picture but my phone was shattered! It looks brand new now like it just came out of the box. Their customer service is great. And my phone works perfect like it was never shattered before. I’ve been to other repair places before and every time I get it back there’s always something wrong with the touch screen but at this location my phone came back working perfectly fine! Terrible!!! had to go back 3 times because they kept breaking parts, and when I mentioned my phone having scratches/dents that were not there before they did nothing about it. Also the last time I went a lady was there and mentioned they had to completely replace her phone because they ended up completely damaging her phone. Won’t be back!!

Dropped 4 ps4 and a PC for cleaning on Thursday and told them I needed it on Saturday... now its Tuesday and the location has not been open since.... my wife needs her PC for work and may lose her job.... THANK YOU UBREAK

The service and the quotation through the website is excellent. The repair made to my phone seems perfect so far (24 hours later). The teams reception service was excellent, although they forgot to ask me for the phone access code required for testing. In short, technically they are very good, but they could improve the good treatment and kindness with customers, although it seems to be understandable when the staff who attend are geeks.

It is 1:23 on a Monday. Cool.

They were able to fix my broke glass screen and LED of my K51 within 2-3 hours. My phone looked as if I bought it new 10/10 recommend.

Went in to repair a cracked screen on my Pixel 5 thru Google Fis device protection program. The staff member I was working with was friendly enough, however the quality of the repair was inexcusable. After the first repair, the front camera didnt work properly. After getting that fixed, the rep hands me the phone with the screen literally coming off the phone. After pointing this out for yet a third repair, I know have my phone, and the screen is starting to come off again. On top of this, there are gouges all over my phone where it looks like they tried to pop off the screen with a flathead screw driver.So now Im doing a replacement phone thru Google because I simply cannot trust this shop with repairs.

Update Mar 28th 2021: Changing from 5 stars to 3 stars. As I said in my Mar 12th review “we break a lot of screens”. Since then we broke 2 more, an iPhone6s and iPhone 11 Pro screen. I took them in on Saturday, Mar 27th and both were to be finished by 5pm the same day. Upon picking them up after that time I turned on the iPhone11 and noticed a dark black spot on the screen, about 3mm round. It wasn’t an external smudge, it was a defect in the new display that they installed. They didn’t check whether their repair worked before I picked it up!! 😡 I paid for the iPhone6s repair and took that one home, again leaving the iPhone 11 Pro overnight to be repaired on Sunday for 1pm pickup. On Sunday, Mar 28th I went to the store at 2pm. But the phone wasn’t ready yet. I had to wait about 30 minutes for it to be fixed on-the-fly because they FORGOT to fix it (that’s what I was told) 😡. Anyways, after almost 2 days of not having my phone I finally have it back. They mean well, but there are some organizational and process challenges that need to be improved.From Mar 12th 2021: We break a lot of screens, unfortunately. But we always bring them to uBreakiFix and they always repair VERY QUICKLY. We never have had to wait long. The repairs are done well and the screen and phone look brand new when we get it back. Good job.

I busted my phone up pretty good. Was looking into buying another when I found these guys. Was not looking to spend 500 bucks on a used IPhone to replace my busted up one. Just as the logo tells you, I broke it, he fixed it. It works better than better, which trips me out. 2 hours after dropping it off and under $180 later, I’m very impressed. Omar and Pete are the best!! Very professional , knowledgeable and friendly. I was recommended by Google as certified repair partner of Google products. I had issues with my Google Pixel 4XL rear camera. They took my phone for diagnostics and i got it back the next day. The camera stopped working because of a cable which was disconnected. They plugged it back and it worked fine, and they told me its not considered a repair and let me walk out of the store without paying anything. Honesty builds trust. Ill certainly use them again when needed.

Save yourself and go elsewhere. 220 bucks to fix an iPhone XS screen which is normal but the Quality of glass/screen is terrible. Phone quality looks completely different after the fix. Workers were sketchy and I reluctantly gave them my password. If they leak my nudes I’ll go viral like Kim K and that would make this experience more worth it.

Kind of wasting my time here their website says one thing but when you enter their store they say something totally different and question what you see on the website.. dude actually said yeah I dont know why the website says that but this is what it is at the end of the day website said a hundred bucks enter the store got a cracked screen quote for $230 for a phone that I can buy again for $150 - $200 off of eBay. SMH

Cant believe I broke my iPhone X but they repaired it to be like new. I was educated about how these newer phones require a special glue to put back together, but they took care of it with precision and everything works as it should. I was a bit worried but the cost was right and they finished it while I ate lunch next door. North Dallas peeps go here! Also very important: they use original Apple parts!

***!!!HONEST REVIEW!!!***Visited this store twice. The first time was a terrible expierence , the young lady working the front end , Natalie, was completely CLUELESS. I had called 6 different stores trying to locate a battery for a Galaxy Note 10 and was assured they had only 1 available priced at 79.99 plus taxI get to the store and tell Natalie the issue with my phone and ask her before I spend money a new battery could they check the phone out and make sure the battery is the issue and with the most blank look on her face she plugs it into the charger and notices it’s not charging and says “yep definitely the battery”I’m a pretty tech savvy individual and you could tell she was clueless but desperate I said ok ring up the battery and she quotes me 86.47 plus tax and I told her 6 stores including this one already quoted me 79.99 plus taxes are you sure? She says “no worries I’ll honor it” when I look on my recipes she was looking at a battery for an S10 not a Galaxy NOTE 10.Next issue : promised delivery time was 3:45 I didn’t get my phone until 4:07 pm. On top of that they gave it back to me with only 10% battery and was told that the battery just wasn’t charged from the box just to plug it in and it should be good.***24 hours later ****My phone NEVER CHARGED! The issue was the motherboard and not the damn battery had Natalie been the least bit qualified to check the phone before making assumptions or at least admitting she didn’t know I would have saved two 1 -hr long trips from Melissa Tx to Addison (an hour each way!!!)****PRO’s****The guys on the shift and the interim manger OSSY refunded me the battery cost. Unfortunately my phone was never fixed at this location but the guys the second time I came back had a bit more sense of what was going on and they were friendly.Overall: they all lack customer service, Natalie needs to retrain but they are an honest establishment and the manager will deliver to what is right.

Sent here by Verizon to fix my phone. I arrived at 6 pm and was worried they wouldn’t be able to fix my screen as they closed at 7. Michael took care of me so quickly and efficiently. He told me exactly what he was going to do and had my phone up and running perfectly within 10 minutes and for $30. Would def recommend.

They did a wonderful job fixing the screen on my galaxy s10+! Not only that but they were very quick on the turn around and fairly priced compared to other quotes I received. Would recommend stopping by if you need a fix!

IPad screen replaced. Within a month it began to fracture again. Assistant manager said the warranty did not apply to glass near the damage.Wasted $94. Run around. Go somewhere else.

Stay away from this place. I went to repair my cracked (but fully working) iPhone 8 screen and the new screen they put was aftermarket, which is lower quality than the original screen. I lost screen features because of the new screen such as True Tone; as aftermarket screens do not have such features. Moreover, the home button/ finger print button no longer works. Just the day before I was at this ubreakifix store and another customer was picking up his google pixel phone and their finger print button was not working as well. Something wrong his happening at this store.

So refreshing to be pleasantly surprised by a business now-a-days!Super friendly and honest guys, didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt actually need. Told me straight up what he thought was wrong and a couple different priced options to fix it (a cheaper and a more expensive).I was a walk in, and he still got me turned around pretty quick (2-3 hours).Would use again and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I came in to uBreakiFix after filing an insurance claim through Asurion. These guys were slammed, and unfortunately Asurion made a mistake when processing the claim, resulting in my IMEI being mismatched causing some potential issues.Cedric came to the rescue! He was super patient and worked with me as we were able to straighten the issue out. I ended up having my phone fixed as good as new, and he took great care of me!I highly recommend this location for all phone repair needs. These guys are super professional and legit.

Pleasantly surprised at how efficient the service was. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable on the issue. They estimated a 2 hour turn around, but had the screen replaced in less than 45 minutes.

I had a charging issue with my Google pixel. I was recommended this place by google as an authorized repairer. I finally dropped by on Friday so I could prepare for a weekend without a phone. Jake looked over it and told me he would have to work on it over the weekend. However they got me a loaner phone, set me up, and Jake was friendly and fast in trouble shooting while I was there. A 5 star visit in my book.

Asurian sent me here to have my phone fixed. I was told that they would have the phone fixed while I waited. When I arrived the counter help was rude told me it would be 7:00 pm or later before the phone would be ready. I had driven over a hour to get there and he was saying it would be another 4.5 hours or more before it would be done. Verizon assured me the staff at ubreakifix was serious about health and they would take care to return the phone cleaned. The counter help wiped my phone on his pants before giving it back.

My Samsung phone had stopped charging through the charging port. It was still under warranty, and since Samsung uses uBreakiFix for their repairs, I dropped the phone off after work at 5pm. They were extremely professional, and told me that depending on what the issue was, it ight take a day or two before i could get the phone back. They explained that they do not have certain components (e.g. the phones main board), and if the issue was related to it, they had to send it to one of their bigger locations. Fully understandable.I dropped the phone off and drove home, a 15 minute drive. When I came home, they had already called and left a message that they had fixed the issue! A small piece of plastic had entered the charging port and was obstructing the USB connector.I turned around and picked up the phone less than an hour after i dropped it off. They even made sure I had not paid any deductible to Samsung, since they said they would not charge for this.I will absolutely go back to uBreakiFx in the future, and I highly recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Omar at the Addison location who helped me with a quick, professional (and safe!) iPhone repair during the Covid situation. My phone was unresponsive after a fall, and Ubreakifix seemed to be my only option, as Apple stores are well closed by now. I called at 6:20 PM (they closed at 7 PM), so I was not expecting a call until next day at the very soonest. But by 6:45 PM, Omar had already repaired and diagnostic tested my phone! He met me by my car with a mask/gloves and I felt completely safe. Thanks to Ubreakifix for offering curbside repair during this time and thanks to Omar who saved me a huge headache!

Omar was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I had my phone back as quick as he could get it fixed. He was working alone today, and even offeredto stay late to make sure other customers were taken care of as well. I asked him a lot of questions that were pribably out of scope, but he seemed to really know what he was talking about. I was referres here by the Uptown location since they didnt have my part and I couldnt really wait to get it fixed. Shaun and Justin were both really helpful as well, and made sure I had everything I needed.
