Brought in a broken PS4. They very reasonably priced compared to everywhere else I went AND fixed my console same day (I came in only a couple of hours before they closed). Staff was also super helpful and friendly. Everywhere else in Arlington I went to wanted $100-$150 JUST to look at and then additional fees for repairs. On top of that they wanted to keep the console for a few days. This place was top notch and Id definitely use their services again if I needed to.

Brought my PS4 to them after another pro repair shop told me it was unrepairable(it took them 2 weeks to tell me that.)Computer Guys of Dallas contacted me next day to tell me the issues, waived the diagnosis fee, and gave me a great price to fix it. 2 days later it is up an running again after getting terrible repair/customer service elsewhere. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone here and both times have been nothing but great experiences. 1st time brought my gaming PC in to fix a stripped screw and he fixed it in 5 minutes, for free. Just brought in the same PC to get BIOS boot help for windows 10 and they fixed it same day, only $25. Highly recommended to anyone with any gaming device. Can’t beat those prices.

I took my Samsung Galaxy phone to get the screen fixed and I knew how much it would cost to get it fixed. The price they quoted me was fair. It took about five days to get my phone back (which was expected). When I got my phone back I paid my bill and went on my way. After about 12 hours my screen went out so I took it back to them and they fixed the issue at no extra cost. This was my first experience and I had a good experience.

Took my Playstation 4 here because it wasnt reading discs because my baby boy put coins in it however they were able to fix it within a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price happy customer here certainly will be back

Took my laptop in, they told me it there was something wrong with system. Then called told me it was hard drive. They have no idea what they are doing. Customer service is horrible. Tech was irritated at me because I could speak Spanish to him. I got my computer back with no programs, they told me to go figure it out.

Took my laptop to these guys they said my hard drive needed to be replaced, they replaced it and told me that no files could be retrieved from my first hard drive. 2 months later I had the same problem, so I decided to look into fixing it myself. I bought a hard drive kit from ifixit.com and was able to replace it and it ran like new, with the kit I was even able to retrieve all of my files from my first dead hard drive they said would be impossible. If you have computer problems your better off trying to do it yourself than spending money here.

These guys are amazing, they build my gaming PC on the same day I dropped off the parts, I didnt trust myself to do it, so I had professionals doing it. I would rate this place 10/10.I love the cable management.

Took them a ps4 i bought from the pawn shop to have them clean it out and stop the ps4 from sounding like a fighter jet,they literally called me said theyll have it done in 30 mins ,didnt even open the ps4 at all because i opened it up myself and saw all the lent still in the system, 50 bucks is good if they fixed it and cleaned it but they didnt fix it or even bother cleaning it they just put the CD in the console and ejected it literally 1 second later. Waste of money first and last time i go in that store again. Be cautious when you take them your electronics.

I sent the laptop for a fixing on “screen” it was fixed a week later wasn’t working quoted quoted by them there’s a guarantee of 30 days (their policy) I call them weeks later to see what’s the status according to them is a different problem and can’t order the part that is not available and that I can pick up and get it fix somewhere else. See how is convenient for this business to fix what’s beneficial and when there’s a problem all of a sudden go somewhere else to get fix.Go somewhere else. Where business practice has integrity.

Came here to repair my MacBook Pro after reading all the reviews I was convinced I made a good choice but I was wrong. I dropped my laptop off and was advised the diagnostic would be completed the following day. After attempting to call numerous times and no answer over the following days I decided to make the 25 minute drive, just to learn they still hadn’t yet started on it & the guy would be in the next day. The next day I called in attempt to just forget the diagnostic and still no answer. Finally, I received a call hours later (the only time I was able to get ahold of someone) from a man saying the laptop is ready and it’s 100$ for the diagnostic (when my initial receipt said 27$). I felt like they were just after my money and if I wouldn’t have said something they would’ve taken advantage.Please beware.Update: (Apple charged me less to fix the screen than they did.)

My boyfriend took his ps3 to get it repaired and it took them over a month to fix... Nobody called to give him a update and let him know what was going on with it So finally he made the first move and called they said it was the motherboard and it was gonna take longer than expected cause they have to order parts For it... So a couple of weeks past ONCE AGAIN NO ONE CALLED he had to call and they told him it was ready for pick up we got charged $250 and they wrote on the receipt said Took as is We got home and turnt it on IT WAS STILL MESSED UP THE LASER WAS BAD... HONESTLY I THINK THEY TOOK MY LASER OUT AND REPLACED IT WITH A BAD ONE!!! Never again will I ever go to them. 👎👎👎

3.5 stars - My 2 yr old laptop was not booting properly. I brought it in, and I was helped immediately and the problem was diagnosed on the spot (dead hard drive). I wanted to replace my hard drive, and I was offered an option of sizes they carried (but very little details otherwise). I had a 500G hard drive, and I wanted to swap it for a 500G ($100 for replacement, including install and data transfer). Pretty happy with the service and turn around time; they were finished within 24 h. Im deducting some stars because when I returned home, I opened up my case to look at what hard drive they sold me. I was very disappointed to find it was one of the cheapest hard drives available, and worse compared to the 2 yr old hard drive I originally had. Original (2 yr old) - 500 GB, 7200 RPM, 6 GB/s SATA, 32 MG cache; New - 500 GB, 5700 RPM, 6 GB/s SATA, 16 MB cache
