Terrible customer service. Advised I needed phone repaired same day for work. He stated he would have it in about 2 hours. I dropped it off at 10:30am and received no responses to my phone calls or text messages until the following morning. Once he gave me $475 price, I asked if it would be ready today. He said he still didn’t know what exact parts it needed so he would “maybe” have it in 2/3 days. Advised him I was going to pick it up. I was to meet him at 1:30 at 1:31 he texted me saying I was taking too long. I arrived at 1:35. Very unprofessional.You’re response is laughable. Please post your screenshots as I did mine so your future customers can see exactly who is lying sir. I stated facts, I didn’t attack you. I called 3 times around 5pm because you advised me it would be ready in about two hours at 10:30am and I hadn’t received a response. As I stated previously, very unprofessional.

Supper efficient!!! And greatly price!!But most importantly he have our ipad screen in stock! 100% recommend!!! We are from Florida but couldn’t get this service done in time for our vacation over there but so worth the 2,000 miles and $285 for a job well done!!

The people working there were very friendly but after a couple weeks, my screen is showing lines at the bottom and my Touch ID is no longer working. I have reset my phone twice now and all my software is up to date. When I contacted them about the lines on my screen they just sent back “don’t know.” Wish I had spent the extra money to get it replaced at Apple.EDIT - I see the response from the owner and while I understand that not every customer will have a perfect experience, the simple fact remains that within a couple weeks of getting my screen replaced, multiple issues surfaced that I had not had before. It was very clearly not personal damage as they claim.

Id give more stars for the fact that my phone is fixed, but I providing 1 star because turn around time and communication are horrible. He accidentally tried to put the wrong screen on my phone which caused an additonal day of me being without a phone and an increase in price. Understandable. However the fact that I show up during business hours twice to pick up the phone and 4 unanswered phone calls is ridiculous. Open sign was on but door was locked.I overlooked the unprofessionalism because of my goal to spend my money with a black business. I dont anticipate doing business here ever again.

Made an appointment Saturday night around 8pm for Sunday at 12pm. The building was a little difficult to find but once I got there the gentleman who helped me was right on time, he was super friendly and only took about 15-20min to fix the phone I brought in, I was in and out in no time! STAY WAY FROM THIS PHONE REPAIR SHOP THE REPAIRER IS INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST. I took my iPhone to this place for a screen replacement and the repairer informed me that my phone lcd is also broken. I told him to replace both then. Sadly, his incompetency in doing the job left me with a phone where I could only read on the screen disabled iPhone connect to iTunes and emergency; and NOTHING ELSE, I can’t see my contacts, my photos, my apps and many other very important stuffs that I previously had in my phone. I tried several times to connect it to iTunes still the phone is not working and displays only a cable and iTunes logo on the screen and nothing else. He completely messed my phone and refused to correct the issues he created to my phone. He pretends that the lcd screen replacement has nothing to do with what I am seeing on my phone screen, which is a complete lie and being dishonest. The truth is the lcd replacement was NOT done right and there is no doubt about it, even a novice can tell by seeing the phone at first glance, and he also put a very fake lcd screen on my phone. My phone was working very fine when I took it to him and did not have any of the aforementioned issues that I now have. I contacted Apple to see if this phone repair shop is authorized to work on Apple devices and Apple told me NO, IT IS NOT; thing I should have done before. So, my advice to anyone who wants to repair his/her phone is FIND ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP AND AVOID THIS PLACE.EDIT: I see the response from the owner. First of all, you are contradicting yourself. Also, why would you in a first-place work on a device that you know you could not test? What a repairer is that!?Moreover, you wrote that the device was able to go to password screen, which is a COMPLETE and TOTAL LIE and BEING VERY VERY VERY DISHONEST. You gave me my phone with a message saying on the screen IPHONE DISABLED CONNECT TO ITUNES AND EMERGENCY; AND NOTHING ELSE. I even took back the phone on the same day to the shop with the same message on the screen. If it was the case as you stated, I should have no problem using my phone I just needed to enter my password and see my phone in its previous condition, which was perfect. It is very insulting that you messed up my phone and asked me to pay again for the mess you created. Furthermore, the issue is not about the series or model of the phone, the issue is that you completely messed up my phone and what I had in that phone, and what that phone also represents to me.

I brought my iPhone 6 Plus in after shattering the screen after a fun night out. I checked around and found this place on Groupon. It was the cheapest option I found $69 for screen and lcd. We came in and he stated it would be about an hour but he had us in and out in less than 30 mins. He was friendly and put up with my friend and I rehashing our evening. The office was a little confusing to find but overall highly recommend if you need phone repair.

I got my phone screen repaired and soon after my phone started getting frozen. They did not even honor the 15 day warranty and told me there will an extra charge. I found them to be lacking customer service and blamed the problem on me instead due to the lack of my knowledge.
