My car suddenly flashed a check engine light and the motor started misfiring while I was driving. I drive a 2010 Honda Pilot. The Star Tire Company was 1 or 2 miles away, so I went there. Mark found the problem and his mechanic fixed it quickly.Thank you for doing such a great job!

Very professional business

Unfortunately I got curb rash on my rear wheel while pulling out of a parking spot. Fortunately a referral from a friend directed me to Star Tire Co. in Dallas. There’s another Star Tire don’t get them confused. I took the tire in at 8 am on Tuesday and Juan said it would be ready in 24 hours. I showed up on Wednesday before 8 am; the rash was gone and the wheel looked new again. Great customer service, they do what they say they’re going to do. Definitely less expensive than purchasing a new wheel.

I went here this morning, I was greeted promptly, helped right away. Just an absolutely fantastic experience. Over the weekend I had bent my rim, and finally was able to take my car in today. They didnt have the rim I needed, but they bent my rim out so that I didnt have to continue driving on a spare tire until they can get my rim in. Which hopefully will be before Friday, since Ill be driving a long distance this weekend. But Juan assured me that I would be alright if the new rim did not come in by then.

Our 2012 F350 had a bad shimmy in the front end so we took it to SAM PACK IT IN YOU FORD in Carrollton. Their quote was $4000 so we took it to Star Tire. They found the issue and fixed it for $617. Star Tire is the most honest repair shop Ive ever seen. Do yourself a favor and go see the guys/girls and Star Tire, they will treat you right!!!

We had a blowout of two run flat tires after hitting an unseen roadway hazard traveling between Austin and Dallas. I called the store and they were able to get the tires first thing in the morning and get us back on the road early. They sent someone directly to the tire warehouse for an early pick up!Even the local BMW dealers would not have been able to get them before noon. First class organization and first class people. So grateful to them!

I was quickly greeted by Juan at the front counter, and they got my inspection rolling in less than a minute of me entering the property. These guys are fast, professional, and have great customer service! I strongly recommend that you stop by for any of their services. Juan even gave me excellent directions to the nearest County clerk to get my registration done. Five star service, time, and professionalism!

Cannot thank these guys enough. Juan was so nice and helpful! He got parts ordered and put on my vehicle all on the same day. And at a low price! Thankful that there are still good automotive shops out there that dont try to scam people who dont know a thing about cars. Definitely recommend this place to ANYONE in need of anything automotive.

Great people and service

A few years ago I came here on a recommendation for a patch job. I literally saw the guy put the wheel upside down on the tire machine and tore up the lip surface. They offered to repair it in house with no fuss but really disliked the wheel resurfaced and refinished compared to the rest of the wheels. I regretted not having them replace the wheel and even more so coming here. Mistakes happened but that was 1st and only time here.

Fast in and out polite and clean

Took my car to Star Tire Company to get the wheels painted (powder coated) gloss black from silver. Dropped it off at lunch and by mid morning the next day the job was complete. Quality was outstanding. Highly recommend Star Tire!

Awesome service. I’ve use them for industrial tires for my company’s trucks, backhoe, and skid steer. They’ve also lifted my personal truck and had custom wheels made for my wife’s car. I drive from Mansfiled because I know it will be done right.

David is always so helpful. Anytime I call for a tire service on a piece of equipment he does the most to get us taken care of.

I came here because its one of the places that offers Nitrogen for tire repairs. I called them before arriving, they quoted me 15 for the Nitrogen and 12 for a patch over the phone. Which at the time, I wasnt sure if I needed one. Cool. When I arrived, the man at the front desk took my information and what I needed service. They got the car inside the shop, after a short wait. I guess the man at the front desk is the boss, because he was answering phones and explaining to customer their services, calling orders and tell the workers what car needed what. Whatever his title is, he was working hard to keep this place running.To my reason why I gave this place a 2 star rating; they told me, you didnt have a punctured tire, but we did find the tire was low, so we just filled it up. Great, I thought. I get into my car the light for low pressure was lite. From my past experience with cars that light will go OFF after a few minutes driving around, but not only was that light still on after driving for more then 30 minutes, but my dashboard pressure screen stopped displaying the rest of the nitrogen pressure (psi) from the tires.At this point I was worried something might have happened while I was driving around, so I went to my local dealership. They checked out the car and the same tire I went to get fixed at Star Tire Company, was still low at 27 psi. How can you tell me that everything checked out okay?? Can you please make sure, before you let a car leave your service that it passes some sort of inspection. You advise us that our vehicle is derivable, but by not confirming, you are placing others in danger, including myself.Only reason I gave a star is for the men in the front desk.

It was a 5 star service till 3 daysLater my rim which they had fixed cause it was cracked... cracked from the samePlace took it to them since it was from the same part they had Fixed it! They said I must’ve hit something cause it was beyond repairmen... we’ll i went Another place LA VÁLVULA AUTO TIRE ON DENTON they FIXED IT!! They over priced and clearly can’t fix things correctly! Never going back I regret getting the rest of my rims done w them! Worst experience ever 600 I regret giving them!

Great place. Have had several wheels powder-coated and fixed here. Only company I will let mount and balance tires for me as two others places have damaged my wheels while doing so.

Got an oral estimate for tires at $290 a piece, then got the written estimate and it jumped to $440 a tire. Weird! I sent them a FB message to see if they’ll clear it up. If they do I’ll fix my rating and bump it up a star or 2.

Caught a flat 6 miles away and was very frustrated. I called here and spoke to Juan and he was very pleasant and helpful and was able to get me in and out quickly with a new affordable tire.
