I found my new mechanic. I was experiencing car trouble and got turned away from one mechanic because I drive a volkswagon beetle. However I was recommended EuroAuto by a fellow beetle driver. And although Peter too was hesitant, he helped me put oil in my car and helped me get money back from a mistake purchase on my part. A trustworthy mechanic is invaluable. I had a problem with my Audi’s heating system for which the mechanics at the Audi dealership had previously twice told me that there was no problem. The mechanics at Euro automotive were able to quickly figure out my issue that those at the dealership were not able to.

We were in the process of moving from Salt Lake City to Dallas. On the way down our 2007 Audi Avant started to consume a quart of oil every 400 miles. It also smoked considerably during starting up and during acceleration. Our reputable mechanic in Salt Lake suggested a variety of things to check and suggested ways to find a reputable shop in Dallas. While driving we found some shops on line and asked some questions. Henderson checked all the right boxes. He explained the process he would take to figure out issues. He started with the least expensive route. He made a lot of sense. It could have cost thousands if it had been seals, replacing turbo or other issues. He ended up cleaning the turbo and making sure the linkage worked correctly and it was about $150. I’m very impressed with their systematic approach to the issue we had and greatly appreciative of their expertise, professionalism and communication.We now have a new and trusted mechanic in Dallas!!!

Ever since the Mini dealership that I used to use closed in my area, Ive been taking my 2010 Mini Clubman S to Peter at Euro Automotive. They have consistently done a great job on my car, and at a fair price. I highly recommend.

Having the same issue when I took my car there back in September 2019. First time they replaced the trunk lock part it was $137.00 and labor $189.00.I called and told them the same issue was happening again 1/28/2020they said you have a one year warranty bring it back. I did now they’re saying it’s a different issue and I need the trunk lid handle. The part is $109.02 labor $189.00.I explained to them it’s the same exact issue so how can it be a different part.They charged me $326.00 the first time and today $317.24 the second time SAME ISSUE!I spent a total of $643.34 for the same issue.Will not use them again.

My poor Volvo was way overdue for repairs, but I kept putting it off because going to the mechanic is such a daunting experience. Finally I looked up mechanics near me and stumbled upon Euro Automotive. They gave me a reasonable quote for repairs- expensive but I did need a lot done. Peter was very upfront about cost and provided me with a detailed explanation over the phone before starting the work. They gave me a loaner car which was nice to drive around! The building is spotless, and they even washed my car before returning it to me. Ive only been driving it for half a day now, but it drives so so much better, like it did when I got it. My car was probably the oldest and most beat up one they were working on, but they treated her just as nicely as the much fancier European cars in their garage.Edited 4/5: My car had another issue shortly after this repair. At first I was upset, but Peter made it right and gave me a good deal! They care about their customers. My five star review stands.

I was truly satisfied with my service with Euro. They were able to fix my car within a day with an amazing price. The price was honestly reasonable. The staff is friendly and i truly liked how the mechanic would come talk to me and tell me what was wrong the car and what were my options. Its been a week since i got my car fixed and i have not received any trouble from my car again. Most shops from what i experienced with care about the price and see how much money they can get from you because we drive a foreign car, but this shop cares more about the service and making sure the customers dont have the problem again with amazing reasonable price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

I havent had a chance to really drive my car yet since the repairs, but the customer interaction and communication from the employees was excellent. The driver of my car on the trip home stated that the acceleration was great and all the lights were off.Those are the results I expected.

My neighbor recommended this shop after sharing with him what the dealer wanted to charge me for a simple repair. This shop was fair and the work was competed expeditiously. If you own a European vehicle, you need to bring it here for service!

Saved us a lot of time and money; BMW of Dallas told us we needed to flush the electronic something or other - not true, not even possible, wanted to charge over $400 to do that and many other things. I have a 2015 Jaguar XF that had a turbo charger issue. After taking the car to multiple shops in Carrollton and north Dallas I inquired with Peter and his team at euro automotive. First off Peter bid the parts at a more competitive rate and most importantly honored a price I had found for the part on the Internet! I can not say enough about how important this is, as many of the other shops stated they had to source the part directly from Jaguar dealership and thus pay 2x + what the true cost is. Im from out of state and needed repairs on my BMW X-5 and I called Peter on a recommendation of a friend in Dallas. Being an older car Peter knew I didnt want to spend a ton of money on repairs. Peter really goes above and beyond, and is the most honest and straightforward person I’ve come across when it comes to repairs for my Audi. When I’ve taken my car to other shops, I have to deal with service advisors who talk down to or dismiss me because I’m female. And with an aging Audi, I’ve gone to several European service shops in DFW, including Audi Dallas. That is never the case at Euro Automotive. Peter backs up what he says and keeps his word - even when things don’t go according to plan. I recommend this shop to anyone with a European car looking for dependable and affordable service.

Literally the best experience Ive ever had re: dealing with my car! I never imagined that having work done on my car could be a pleasant experience. I arrived stressed -- almost in tears. I paid extra to have my car towed from BMW of Dallas to Euro Automotive. I drive a BMW and this was exponentially, exceptionally better than the dealership or other import auto shops. I look like the typical female that gets taken advantage of at any auto shop. There was zero of that. My experience was personalized and the best work and pricing in DFW! Euro Automotive came highly recommended to me, a random man in the waiting area raved about how he has taken his imports here for years and has never been anything but pleased, and I highly recommend the team at Euro Automotive to you!

I took my 2006 Volvo XC90 at the recommendation of another local shop. I spoke with Peter and he took great care of me from top to bottom. They diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and told me of the issue very quickly. The best part was since my vehicle is an older model, Peter took the initiative to find me a reliable used part with a warranty that wasnt going to break the bank and I greatly appreciated that. I had my car back in about 5 days and when I picked it up it was washed a vacuumed.The only thing that I wish had been done was the plastic cover under my car was put back on but I didnt tell them to do that or tell them that it was in my trun .I will definitely be using Euro Automotive for all my future mechanic work while I have this vehicle.

Always a great service and 30 percent less expensive than the dealer. I have taken both of my 5 series BMWs to Euro Automotive over the past few years for repairs and maintenance and they have always done a great job. Last visit was valve cover gasket, oil housing gasket and injector on cylinder one on the 535i. Repairs were done quickly and the car is oil leak free and runs perfect. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I took my BMW to Euro in September paid 5700.00 plus and they said they would fix it and I am still paying out of my ASS to fix what they said they fixed. I have the paper work to prove it. I would NEVER EVER trust the place.. WHAT A RIPP OFF!!!! I took my car to another shop and they ran the diagnostic and what they said they fixed was not fixed... and I have a warranty WHATEVER!!! LIARS... WHEN YOU SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY YOU SHOULD EXPECT THE TRUTH AND RESULTS... I GOT NOTHING BUT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR WHAT THEY SAID THEY FIXED.... GET YOUR CAR FIXED AT YOUR OWN RISK......

Advised issue with car that would cost $600. After a few days later came back and said car would cost over $12k to repair. Nothing was completed on car and was sent $1,300 bill. I would not have had any labor done on with car if I was advised the cost would be over $600. Avoid at all costs.

This is an awesome shop! Ive taken my VW in for A/C repair and body work and both times the work was first class. Ill only be bringing my car to Peter from now on.

Excellent Experience!!!! I recently took my 2009 Porsche Cayenne GTS to Euro Automotive for repairs. The vehicle was locked out with no power and I had to have it towed into the shop. Here is the background, I had the vehicle at the local Porsche Dealership where they had it for over two weeks with little to know communication. They finally contacted me with multiple parts needing to be replaced and a 5K estimate. I knew this could not be correct as they were just throwing a bunch of parts at it that still would not of fixed the vehicle. I got in touch with Peter at Euro Automotive and spoke with him about my concerns and he assured me that they could fix the vehicle. That is exactly what they did, they spend several hours diagnosing the problem and found a couple of broken wires that needed repaired. The total bill was $400.00 and the vehicle is running great. I would highly recommend bypassing the Dealership and coming straight to this shop for repairs it was an excellent experience.

I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism extended me. I knew what work was to be performed, what could wait, and the estimated cost before completion. I will be using them again.

My daughter had her Range Rover worked on by Euro Automotive and I just picked up my BMW from them . I really love working with them, they are very good and I will continue to go to them.

They scratched my car with deep scratches and then told me I had a complimentary car wash. What a load of garbage. Also when I got to the shop to pay they took my car around and reset my check engine light. When I started the car I said its missing. They got out fast enough to get my $1200 and when I drove it about 40 miles.. Guess what? My check engine light came back on for the same problem.

I moved to Dallas and have taken my Mercedes CLK to Euro Automotive for more than a year. After my latest visit in early Feb 2018, I heard a knocking sound, as though something was loose along my passenger side wheel well, whenever I would hit one of Dallas numerous bumps in the road.I phoned Peter, and he advised me to bring it back in, and he or one of his top technicians (Dallas), would ride with me to hear what it was doing. They have a good ear and feel for European vehicles.Within minutes on the ride together, Dallas pinpointed the sound as to what the noise likely was. In about a day, he had fixed it (a loose mount). They took care of the issue, no charge--good business practice. Thanks to Dallas and Peter. I intend to continue taking my Mercedes to Euro Automotive.

Just to be fair, let me start off with the positives:- You might get a loaner car (it will be 20+ years old though)- The price is reasonable- They wash your car afterwardsHeres why I would not recommend taking your car here:- My wheel alignment all of a sudden went from perfect to way off, and its repeatedly triggering all of these sensors. It was just fine before I took my car in. He agreed to clear the sensors, but said they didnt work near the wheels so he would not accept responsibility. Now, Im not saying they intentionally screwed things up. I think its a competency and/or disorganization issue.- They continued to delay repair of my car, and were not considerate enough to follow up. I repeatedly had to contact them for a status update, and most of the time the person with the information would not be there, nor would I get a call back later. A one day repair took 5 days with constant missing of due times with no updates.My experience was the establishment is disorganized, slightly incompetent (alignment issue), and lacking a proper flow of information between the employees. Nobody seems to know whats going on, and theyll point the finger to someone else.

An unknown neighbor with a similar car (Cayenne) stopped in my driveway to discuss cars and gave me Peters card. Turns out a week earlier Id been to the dealer for a starter and found that I needed motor mounts and a valve cover gasket replaced. When I called EuroAutomotive, I was told they had loaner vehicles, which Ive never heard of from an indy. I had the motor mounts and both valve covers replaced for $300 less than estimate from the dealer on the motor mounts alone.Within a few days, I noticed a few drops of fresh oil on the driveway. I called Peter, and he arranged for his mechanic to drive to my office in a loaner, and took the Cayenne back and replaced the leaking new gasket (of course under warranty). I just called to check the status - Ricky is driving the car back to me and picking up the loaner.By the way, the loaner cars arent new cars; but they are sure better that having to have your wife take you and drop you off, taking a cab, or hoofing it. Ive been looking for an indy like this for a long time. Be a nice guy and it will be returned manifold.Update 4-27: Took the Cayenne back for suspension work. At 135,000 miles I needed lower control arms and the tie rods replaced - not a cheap deal. Parts alone are close to $1,000 if you order aftermarket. Peter only uses OEM.Car drives like new again. Couldnt be more pleased with the shop, convenience, the competency of the mechanics, and the cost of repairs.
