Had my car all day to repair the AC and complete relevant maintenance per diagnostics. Picked it up and the AC still made the same sound it did when I dropped it off and didn’t cool any better despite them saying they charged the AC freon. Had to get the technician to come out to listen to the sound. He then opens the hood and finds the issue but does nothing to resolve it. Was supposed to send me quotes for other needed repairs and have not received anything. Took my car to another BMW shop and they found the issue immediately, provided itemized quotes for repair, and also showed me there was no prior maintenance performed. I paid for basically nothing here and won’t return.

I called Bimmers Only in the morning and had my brake fluid flush done same day in the afternoon. Service was quick and professional, plus the price was better than that of the Dallas dealership. Based off of my experience I give them a 5/5.

UPDATE: Bimmers Only made it right by refunding my entire cost. That was more than expected. I appreciate their good customer service.I had a mixed experience at Bimmers Only.I took my car there to have the MMI Prime CarPlay Module installed in my BMW 650i. I purchased the equipment from BimmerTech.com and Bimmers Only is an authorized installer. I took my car to them on a Tuesday Morning at 9 AM. Before I dropped the car off, 10 minutes prior, I took video of the interior of my car doors, dash, console, seats, etc. since they were going to have to remove some of the trim in order to install the CarPlay module. The reason I did this is because I had an incident at BMW of Dallas where their technician cracked a plastic piece on my drivers side door a year ago and I hadnt taken before photos, so this time, I made sure to do that.BimmersOnly called and told me that they should have charged me more for the installation because the didnt realize that my car was different from other BMW models when installing the module and that it would be another day before it was ready. They said they would honor the price that they quoted me for installation anyway, which I found to be good customer service since it wasnt my fault they underbid and didnt pay attention to the requirements (even though I sent them the specific instructions for my specific car from the CarPlay manufacturer when they quoted me).Unfortunately, after installing it they were unable to make it work and couldnt figure out the reasons why. So they ended up keeping my car for a total of a week before they finally figured out that they had set the dip switches wrong.When I went to pick up my car, they showed me how it worked and how to use it/etc. and were friendly and helpful.This part of my experience with Bimmers Only was great and I would have given them a high rating if what happened subsequent to this hadnt happened.I live about a 10 minute drive from their shop and as I was driving I noticed there were scratches all around the drivers door handle and a scratch/dent in my iDrive Menu button that wasnt there before. I immediately took video and photos of the damage and then looked back at the video I took a week earlier when I dropped it off and the scratches on the door were NOT there previously and the Menu button dent/scratch was not there either.So I contacted Freddy at Bimmers Only and told him that they must have damaged my car and how did they want to remedy this. He stated that Were not about that, we take care of cars in our care and denied that the damage was their fault. The exact same thing BMW of Dallas did to me a year before - but this time I had proof. I sent to him an email and told him I had proof of the damage and that they should remedy this somehow or Id file a small claims court case against them and tell the truth about my experience on social media. He never responded again.IF they had simply fixed the scratches I would have been ok with that but they stopped responding to my requests.So, although they seem to know what theyre doing in terms of BMWs and technology and had good customer service to begin with, I wouldnt trust my car with Bimmers Only because they will damage it and say it wasnt their fault even when theres irrefutable proof that it was.Go somewhere else.

I needed my eccentric shaft replaced on my 340i xDrive. Rare problem on B58’s and this was most likely the first one done outside of warranty. Freddy reached out to me and did a great job. It took awhile for the tools and parts to arrive, however the repair was done correctly! His follow-up customer service was also great. I live 2.5 hours away and would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for all major repairs and performance upgrades.

Tried to double charge when they thought insurance was paying. Im not a fan of ripping anyone/anything off. Who knows of these practices are part of why insurance is so expensive.

My X1 wouldnt start so I had my insurance company tow it to Bimmers Only. Jesse was super nice on the phone and conducted the rest of the service via text which was SUPER convenient for me. My car was ready in no time with the problem solved (very dead battery). Great price and great service. Hopefully I dont run into any more problems - who am I kidding? I had to have a starter put on my BMW along with a blower motor on the air conditioner. The guys did the job at a fair price in a pretty reasonable time frame.I love the fact that I received a little more than 3% discount for paying cash.My only wish would be if they had washed and detailed the vehicle before returning it to me.That aside, I was happy with the job performed.

Took my X5 there diagnosed it to be vacuum which was 750.00 (half of what the dealer was) turns out it was not. Job was going to be $3200 for a valve so I had to pass on that. However, I know people make mistakes. Only reason Im rating 4 stars is cause he was honest, didnt charge me anything, customer service was excellent and communication was A1. If I had the funds to repair I would of. 👌👌

BIMMERS ONLY has done it again! The team does a great job educating what issues are, mine was a complex roof issue on a convertible and they made everything work at a great price and my car looks amazing. You have to understand parts take time and other cars are ahead of yours however they do a good job following up giving updates.

These guys are the best in town. They are honest and are pretty well aware of everything a BMW can throw at you. They dont charge you anything more than the reasonable amount and the prices they quote are also pretty less than the other service centers. GREAT paint job!Many thanks to Jessie and his team at Bimmers Only Dallas! I have a 2013 Jerez Black M3 that I’ve owned since new. Still love almost everything about the car but I was always disappointed with how easily the front of the car chipped. I like to think I’m careful about how I drive the car but it would seemingly chip if I drove to fast in the rain (not literally but you get the idea). The car had hundreds of chips in the front bumper, front fenders, hood, A pillars and mirrors a lot of them showing up in white on a black car so VERY visible. I asked around, read online reviews and after several recommendations from people’s opinions that I trust, set up an appointment to meet with Jessie and talk about options. Based on our phone conversation Jessie worked up two preliminary estimates (1 with a replacement front bumper as part of the process - I may have oversold how damaged the front bumper actually was as I’ve always been annoyed with how marked up it was - and 1 without) to have ready when we looked at the car together. On the day of my scheduled visit Jessie immediately met me in the parking lot and we preceded to go over the car in detail. He told me right away I didn’t need a front bumper (I appreciated the honesty!), answered all my questions, talked In detail about the In-house and out of house processes, the color matching, blend, etc. and confidently expressed how good they could make the car look. I was impressed and set up the appointment to have the job done. It took about two weeks and the front of the car looks brand new! When I arrived at their location to check their work Jessie immediately went and got the car to bring it outside so we could look at it in the sun and to show off the quality of the job they had done. I tend to be a little OCD when it comes to my cars so I crawled all over it looking from every angle from up close and afar, they did a terrific job, I could not be happier! My only problem now is I need to get the rest of the car professionally detailed to get it looking as good as the front! Right now I have the car home letting the paint cure for about a month before getting the front end wrapped and the full detail done and I will be using Jessie and his team for that as well. Based on their quality of work, attention to detail and pride in workmanship I gladly gave them 5 stars and would recommend them for whatever BMW needs you might have (especially paint)!

Lenny is awesome! This man puts the SERVICE in customer service. He not only helps customers with their cars, he also helps them with their problems! Ive been at B.M.W. several times and heard Lenny helping customers with problems that were not even directly related to auto-repair. Hes extremely knowledgeable about cars and is very upfront with his customers. On the surface, B.M.W. is not exactly the cheapest auto repair place youd find, but with them you really get what you pay for, probably even more than what you pay for: they dont try to cut corners in working on your car and you dont go back for the same problem twice.

Ive had my 08 335i repaired twice at Bimmer Motor Werks, and although I ran into some issues with the first repair, the owner made sure that the repairs were completed to my satisfaction. Overall Im happy with the service, their prices, and their communication (Lenny/Freddy treated me very well). I never felt like I was being overcharged for phony work, as some other shops would do.
