I love this place. They do minor repairs on my old Lexus at fair prices and I am always happy with their work. They change the oil on my Corvette, again, nobody beats their prices and service, will use them exclusively for all repairs they can do. This place is great.

I came to this Midas because my brakes were making a weird sound. They checked my car out and were honest with me about the issue not being a safety concern. The price was less than what the internet told me I’d have to pay, and the staff is very nice.

Customer service was excellent. They hold true to their mission statement located in the lobby, they only recommend what is necessary. Hector took great care of me and we will be back!

I always get nervous going to get my car checked out because I’m afraid I’ll be told a million things are wrong with my car. I was so relieved that when I brought my car in to check the brakes, Ryan and the team let me know that they were all good and nothing needed done.It’s so hard to find someone who is trustworthy, but I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to this Midas for great, trustworthy service & friendly staff.

I got my brakes replaced, rotors turned in January with no problems. Late February every time I hit the brakes there was a noise. I took it to the dealership and was told my rotors needed to be turned & caliber slides lubed. I called Midas and was assured that was done however bring it in and they will make it right. Next morning I dropped my car off to a very friendly Ryan who assured me they will get the car fixed. I picked the car up, was advised they test drove it & everything was good to go. As soon as I pulled out the parking lot upon braking, I hear the SAME noise. At this point I’m livid as they have wasted my time and money. I took my car back to the dealership the following morning who in three hours had my car fixed by rotating the rotors. This Midas work ethic is horrible. If you want to waste time and money, take your vehicle here.

I have visited this Midas on Northwest Hwy twice now and have been given the best service ever, once for a brake job, and today for 4 new tires. Randy the manager treats you like family and explains everything they will do. He also gives the best price possible. As a woman I was not taken advantage of. I recommend this place for you car needs and will return when needed.

Randy and the team here are great, and really understand how business should be done. They provided great service at a great price. My wife came in to get new breaks, and we will be coming back here for all of our vehicle service needs for both of our vehicles going forward. Highly recommend.

I dont know about the service yet, but one thing I know is the false advertising theyre running on tv. They said oil change package its $29.99 but they didnt specify that is only for conventional oil, if your car uses synthetic it goes up to $58. #LIES!!! #FALSE #ADVERTISING #MIDAS

I asked for a basic oil change before I left when I came back however it was not the basics oil change price because he said I needed synthetic blend of oil in my car not true Ive been having this car for 5 years and Ive never used a synthetic blend just a gimmick to get more money will never go back there again they think women dont know anything about cars and I do

Great customer service. I was told at another place that I needed pads and drums. These guys took a look and all I needed was pads. They were able to save me $ and were honest about what was actually going on.

Unfortunately Randy has retired but Mike is a good guy! I gave three stars because I took my Jeep in because my wipers, radio, and temperature screen on the dash no longer was working. I was thinking it was a fuse but I know next to nothing about cars. I mentioned that it might be a fuse in my online appointment, mentioned it to the manager over the phone, and mentioned it when I dropped the vehicle off. The following day I received a call saying that my windshield wiper motor needed to be replaced. The cost was going to be over $400 so I told them to wait as I have an older vehicle. I looked up online how to make this replacement–decided to fix it myself. Took out the old motor and replaced it with a new $80 motor. Wipers still didnt move. I decided to test the fuse...sure enough! A $1 red 10amp fuse fixed the issue.This gives me concerns as the mechanics should have checked the fuses first, given the issues (wipers, radio, and temperature screen going out at once). Either the mechanics wanted to make some easy $$, had a brain fade, or actually arent that experienced. So glad I figured out the issue and didnt spend that chunk of change on something that was cheaper than a McDs chicken sandwich! With that being said, maybe have someone you trust give a 2nd opinion before you get major fixes on your car.I will still go to this place for oil changes and minor fixes but that is about it. The oil change is cheap–cost me like $20. I do believe the managers care but this seems to not carry over to the mechanics which is unfortunate. They seemed to have got some new mechanics since I was here last year.

I came here to have my Jeep serviced and the guys are great and professional, I got my vehicle back in a timely manner and will come back for all future services on my vehicles. The manger are super friendly and take good care of you.

I recently took my car in for new brakes and the service was top notch! Dropped my off car the night before repairs and left my keys in the drop box. I had also called in ahead of time to explain an issue I was having with removing a tire, Randy the manager, said it wouldnt be a problem. He was not lying, the next morning before 8 am I had already gotten a call ALL tires were off. He explained everything that needed to be done with cost for each item. Within two hours I received another call letting me know my car was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I was given information about the warranty and on my way I went. Another thing I forgot to mention... when I had called in, Randy mentioned he could even pick my car up to take it into the shop. I thought that was very considerate, however I mentioned I was too far away and needed to run some errands after work. All in all, very satisfied with the service and work. I will most definitely be returning for any future repairs. Thanks guys!

They are real helpful and quit

My son just got his drivers license and we wanted to make sure our 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe (now his car) was in great condition for him. Took it to Midas and Randy could not have been better or easier to work with! No upselling and took me through exactly what was needed now and what wasnt needed now. He met my son and let him know that he was always there to help if/when he had any issues. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience and I now plan on taking ALL our vehicles here formaintenance. Cant thank Randy and the staff at Midas enough for being so great to work with.

Randy is the best! I came into Midas with a severe muffler/exhaust system issue. The part and service was going to total over $1,500! Randy found a way to repair the part without replacing it and saved me over a grand! I 100% recommend this auto shop!

I have been coming back to this Midas shop for one reason, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The manager, Randy, has always gone above and beyond every time I have brought my car in for brakes and other service questions/repairs. He has been honest (unlike a Midas shop in Savannah, GA that told me I needed all new rotors AND brake pads after the brake pads were just replaced by Randys shop) and has repaired only those items requiring repairs at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I have to return to Savannah, GA, but if I can hold off on any repairs until I come back to visit, you bet I will! I can not say enough good things about this shop. Its one of those places that once you find, you never want to leave for another.

The manager of this Midas, Randy, was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had great conversation and he took the time to explain why my car needed an extra part. The waiting room was clean and all staff were very courteous. I will definitely be returning! Thanks Randy!

This is actually the first chain auto shop that Ive returned to regularly. Randy and his team do a great job with my senior citizen of a car. The best part is that Randy proactively offers the available discounts, instead of you leaving it to the guest to remember them.

Randy the store manager was amazing! I needed a tire rotation, balance, oil change, and brake pads. I was on a mission to do go to Discount, then an oil place and then a brake place when I drove by Midas! I realized I could get it all done in a one stop shop. They were fast, they were precise, they were fair and equitable on pricing, they didnt charge me for balancing, their reception area was clean and comfortable and the true test....the bathroom was nice and clean. I highly recommend this location! You rarely find customer service like they have here. Ask for Randy and hell take wonderful care of you!

So I previously wrote a really good review about these guys. However, due to recent discoveries Im changing my rating. My battery and alternator died, and I took it to this shop to have work done on it, they fixed it, but immediately I had issues with my brakes. Brought it back, they fixed it. A few weeks go by and the same issues occur with my brakes. So I take it back to them and they fix it again. Once again its fine for a few weeks, but started again after those few weeks. So I bring it to a different shop. Not only did this shop that i KNOW I can trust say that they hadnt cleaned and adjusted the caliper on my front brakes properly like I had paid this shop to do, but they also told me that what most likely happened was something was overtorqued when they installed my alternator causing my brake issues in the first place. Ive tried calling, and havent heard anything back from this shop. Im sorely disappointed because I really liked Randy, and thought this was a shop that I could trust. Obviously I was wrong. If youre going to use this shop, just be careful.

Most pleasent oil change Ive ever received They were quick efficient. Randy was friendly and helpful. He explained the process thoroughly and for someone like myself that was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

I needed some brake work done and Randy was very helpful in identifying the issues and took time to actually show me what he was looking at on my truck. I checked a few other locations to compare price, but none were more competitive. Randy and the team at this location were able to get the work done in a timely fashion, and even executed at a price below the original estimate.

I was getting ready to go out of town the next morning and needed my oil changed. They got my car in and out VERY quickly and also rotated my tires and checked my battery to make sure that I was going to be safe. Randy was absolutely amazing to work with. Other places I have gone to for similar work have treated me like an idiot just because I am a young female and that was not the case here. I will only be bringing my vehicles to this store from now on and will be recommending everyone does the same.

Brought my daughter car in for brake service. A “friend” told her it needed brakes and he could do for a great price. Midas took I look and told me the brakes had 60% left. Checked at no charge. Midas gave great service. Very honest!

I had shopped around at other name brand places to get estimates for my brakes. They all gave me one high price and, of course, tried to up sale me on miscellaneous services. When I went to get an estimate from Randy at Midas, I was a little nervous because I was thinking I might get the same run around as the other places. He was very friendly and was able to give me 3 options at different price points. No run around at all. I took my car in the next weekend and was greeted by Randy with a big smile. He got me all set up in the system with some hilarious small talk. I was able to choose the option that best fit my need and budget and they did a great job! I will go to Randy and this location for more of my car repair needs. Very A+++ service and friendly.

Im always nervous to go to the shop for anything. This place is so friendly and informative. They always explain all my options and they are all so kind and helpful. They will have me as a customer for years to come.

I usually do my own maintenance, but my daughter goes to college in Dallas and had oil changed there. She noticed a strong oil smell the next day and discovered they had failed to replace the filler cap when finished. Oil was all over the engine compartment. They towed her car back to Midas location, cleaned engine and replaced cap. However, it wasnt until 6 mos later that I discovered that they did not replace the lost oil! There was less than 1 quart of oil left in the engine! I dont know how it didnt burn up? I call and spoke with the manager, Mr Jr Hamilton and was told that because it was 6 mos later they were not responsible. When I asked him why they dont stand behind their work, I was told to have a good day and he hung up on me. My daughter received a free oil change coupon after the tow, but we have had enough of their Midas Touch. I think they can go touch themselves. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!

Awesome job by Randy and his staff. I had noise in the rear brakes. They took it for a test drive, came back and did the maintenance in a very expeditious manner. Will be returning for additional maintenance work in the future.

The guy at front desk as he is very friendly but not aware of his choice of words he kept calling me gal instead of ma’am or by my name it was a little disrespectful and also my breaks weren’t set right my car still doesn’t stop smoothly which is dangerous customer service is so so but the mechanical work sucks

He actually gave me a free diagnosis of a problem I couldnt figure out and didnt recommend I spend any money on it! Randy is so personable, honest and professional, he is my new go-to car guy. And if I had known that his counter is stocked with Jolly Ranchers and Hersheys kisses, the TV is set to HGTV and the oil change is quick, I would not have dropped the car off and left : )Thanks Randy! I had a bad experience with one of their technicians. His quality of work did not meet my expectation nor Midas standards. He no longer works there. The management was quick to react and rectified the issue. Midas could have easily ignored the issue, but the management took care of the issue in a professional manner.

Needed a brake job for a large SUV here. The service, price and integrity was on point from beginning to finish. If you need a brake and automotive shop that actually cares, look no further.

I needed some work done on my engine. They did a free diagnostics test and the manager sat down with me explained each of their recommendations and what they different parts did and why they needed to be replaced. Im a DIY kind of guy, so I appreciated that they kept me in the loop. I did not feel pressured by them, they simply gave me the facts and let me make my own decision.Randy, the store manager, did a fantastic job and kept me up to date with repairs. They had to send a faulty part back to the warehouse and switch it out for a new part. I had to wait longer, but appreciated that they would take the time and didnt just stick me with a bad part. This is a top notch team and I would take my car back to them for any repair I couldnt do myself.

Ive been to this place a couple of times, service is always great! This time, they even drove me back to my house after I mentioned that I was going to call a cab home so that I didnt have to sit there and wait.Always pretty fast service, would recommend.

I am guessing they do not have enough mechanics on duty because at lunch time they denied me service for 48 hours

I found they were very professional, especially considering not all auto places are kind to females. Some try to take advantage and assume we will blindly pay for anything. I did not feel that way here!

Super friendly staff! i had hit a curb and did some serious damage to my front driver tire and had to leave my car overnight and he made sure he followed up with me as soon as the car was done the next morning! i don’t feel like he tried to take my money like some shops do! this will be my go to for everything i need from this point forward!

I am sitting here as I type this review and I just couldn’t wait. I wanted to make sure everyone knows my experience. First off I am seriously dangerously over my miles for an oil change and within the last week several other lights has popped up on my dash so I decided before I get on this freeway home ima stop and see how much for an oil change and find out what the other issues are if any. I received my price upfront with EVERYTHING I needed. I was surprisingly shocked that my bill was sooo low. Take it my last oil change was 170 something dollars. Hints as to why I waited so long for this one. Now on top of the low fee they checked all my current lights that popped up . Filled what needed to be done and insured me if any problems was found they will walk me out to my vehicle and explain exactly what the problem is and why it was caused. I have absolutely nothing but great comments and remarks to say about this Midas with its A1 service. I will be coming back on time everytime for my next change and what knot.

Excellent customer service. They will pick you up and drop you off within reason of the location. They arent pushy on the sales. I had new rotors installed and they work quite well. Highly recommend!

Jr Hamilton manages the shop. I followed him from the Lovers Lane shop after they lost their lease there. Honest guy who has been taking care of our cars for 20 years. I drive from Farmers Branch. Wherever Jr goes I will follow. Honest mechanic/auto shop managers are hard to find.

The girl who was working on my car was nice but others not so much.This place doesn’t have a very friendly vibe and I will not be returning.Before we even left the owner began talking about our situation to others in an unprofessional manner.

Excellent service- super friendly and fast! I brought my car in (no appointment) and I was out the door in 20 minutes. They fixed it, explained the problem, and told me what to watch out for in the future, which was so nice of them especially for someone who doesnt know anything about cars!

They repaired a Weld on a fender support on my old truck. It was very affordable and completed the same day. I think I only paid them $15 and the money was well worth it.

Went in for new brake pads and to have my rotors machined. The manager offered a fair presentation of the results of a free inspection, priced out multiple options and thoughtfully explained the pros/cons of each. The price was very reasonable and the brakes felt great on my drive home! Would return for future services.

Took my car to get an oil change, and they broke the housing cap. And the manager blew me off like I was nothing. I am not mad at that. I am mad at myself for taking it there. Out of six bays. There was not one customer. Which leads me to believe, that this Midas sabatoges vehicles so he can get more business. Shame on you Manager of Midas. Maybe if you didnt look like your homeless, you might get more business. Not mine EVER!!!

The people at this location were amazing. Very patient, courteous, and informative. They were very honest about issues and more than willing to help me. True technicians.

Don’t go here whatsoever, these so called mechanics have no idea what they are doing. I told them what was wrong yet they still wanted to try and charge me for things I don’t need. I’ll never take my business to these children for mechanics again.

Don’t go here. I went to get my oil change and tire rotation. I come to find out they didn’t rotate my tires after I paid. I asked him to rotate my tires cause that’s part of the coupon and he took the bolts of my tire and came back to tell me one of my bolt won’t come off cause it was to tight.

Went in for a routine oil change. Explained to both the Manager and mechanic that was going to work on my car, that my last oil change experience was negative (with different car, in different state and at the dealership). I told them specifically what the dealership did wrong. They swore it would never happen at Midas. After the oil change, I get to work and notice oil is dripping from my CAR! They made the same mistake with the oil ring that the dealership did, AFTER I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT! And this is a totally different car. Couldnt believe it. Will never go to this shop again.
