I had a ton of hail damage from this past season. I had planned on getting it fixed after insurance cut the check. After going to kroger I found a post-it on my car saying to call the number. I thought someone ran into me. It was someone from DFW storm solutions saying they could fix my car. Oh boy did they! Ive never seen my car looking so amazing. Well done guys! I recently got a new car and a month later it got hail damage all over it. I took it to their shop and the owner made sure to go in deep detail of how they do paint less dent repair. I was so upset and nervous about the repairs but they did a beyond fantastic job with my car! When I got my car back it looked better than it did before. I highly recommend using them, they are very professional and genuinely care about you as a customer and they make sure your happy with your repairs before you leave!

My family and I had hail damage from a storm the summer of 2020. Their reps came by to tell us about their program and it sounded like a good deal- they also had an incentive bonus for referring others. So we referred each other since that was about 4-5 vehicles within the family plus a friend. The work that was done was great and communication during the process was great as well! Would use them again!

08/07Got my car back. Everything looks great. All the dents were not there anymore, only few spots on the rubber trim around the windows. And somehow it had some minor scratches. But the owner promised to fix it, just need to find a time for that. But overall, it was a great work, car was clean as well. And no charges at all. The owner made it right. Hopefully, they can have a better communication from now on with their customers.06/18The owner reached out and wanted to make it right. Well see how it goes06/17I have been waiting for almost 2 months to get my car repaired. Already gave them all the necessary documents. No update whatsoever during those 2 months, except the time I reached out to them. The lady who helped me out in the beginning never replied my email. Then next, a guy, who told me that the lady who help me out earlier messed up the system and promised me to give updates. Well guess what, this guy gave no update either after almost a month. Lack of communications are the main problem here. Horrible car shop!

Update: Gabriel reached out this morning 6/11 and was very friendly and professional while discussing our concerns. DFW Storm Solutions handled everything smoothly. The roofers used were another company contacted by DFW Storm solutions. The actions and attitude from the roofing company when fixing the trim they damaged was the only issue we had during our experience. Now that all the work is done, were very happy with the outcome.Vince is amazing and we have absolutely no complaints about him, however, we are very disappointed in the roofers that worked on our house. We are scheduled for new gutters to be installed 6/5....2 weeks after roof was installed. Roofers knowing we were getting new gutters showed no care about damaging the gutters. When we pointed out the damage to the trim where they bent our gutters they came back out yesterday to fix their damage. We were not informed anyone was coming out to do any kind of work so we were not home when they got there. There was absolutely no communication. The roofers ended up cutting down the section of the gutter to replace the trim.... the section cut was leading to the downspout. So now we were left with the freshly cut gutter pulled down right at our entry door, the sexton of gutter pulled down left in our yard and waiting a week and half for the gutter guys to complete the work. We contacted Vince and he came over right away and called the roofers. He had him on speaker and even though Vince was telling him it looked awful how they left it the guy showed no care in the world even making the comment theyre really bothered by it huh? In a sarcastic tone. I mean, Im not looking forward to having a waterfall at my entry way because of their negligence or inability to communicate to see what the homeowner would like to have done before making things worse.

5 stars hands down. Great customer service and they went above and beyond for me. Took care of all of my hail damage and went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things for me and even detailed my car. They brought the rental car to me and picked it up when my car was done. I didn’t have to do anything. They kept me updated on the progress the whole way through. Alex Torres and the owner treat me well. Everyone should be using the company.

My husband truck was sent to be repair for hail damage on 06/02, here we are almost 2 whole months later and nothing yet. Never again we will use their services. First I am being told that it is in the body shop and to give them a week, then I am being told the hood part came damaged so they needed to order another give them another week, now I am being told that the car is 3rd in line to be in the body shop, which one is it? who lying and who is telling the truth here? I was also told I would get updates on this, guess what no communication on anything unless I call them.This has been the worst experience EVER.Only giving them 2 stars because they did provide a fleet car to use in the meantime but we want our truck back and ASAP! You guys have already been paid and approved for the repair amount so we want our car back ALREADY!

Amazing!!! We had both of our vehicles in for hail damage repair. They came to my office to bring me a rental car and also delivered my car back to me when it was completed. did a complete detail inside and out!!! The company in itself did a great job on our cars however, Jason Y went above and beyond with the customer service. I didnt realize that I had left several of my 4 month old daughters toys and bouncer seat in the back end and he turned around and came all the way back to my office and brought it all back to me before I even realized I have left them!! Would absolutely recommend this company and if there is ever a hail storm like this last one we will absolutely use them again!! Thank you for the wonderful service!!

It has been a over month since they took my car for hail damage and hasn’t not retuned yet. Last time I talked to them, they said they don’t have staff but why would they shop if they have shortage of staffs. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. One time they said my car has been fixed and next time they said it on body shop, I don’t know who to trust. Worst experience and never again.

They even went out of their way to tweak some small things like my windshield visors and reattached them. They delivered my car to my house sparkling! I had hail and minor collision damage fixed on my Lexus LS460 back in August 2018. The owner made an effort to give me a tour before I signed anything, and the free loaner car they gave me while they had my car was awesome since I literally cancelled my rental insurance coverage a few weeks before the last hail storm. I highly recommend this shop, and am continuing to recommend this place to my friends not only because they do great work, but also due to the $200 referral bonus they pay me for sending anyone their way now that I know they are legit.

The repair was great but meeting the owner and his Tesla was so fun. We started talking about cars and he launched me in his car! Holy Cow! It was like a personal roller coaster! Too fun.

The owner, Gabriel, is a cool guy who goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I got in a hail storm only 2 weeks after buying my new truck and Gabriel and his crew made me feel much better about the situation. My truck is looking sweet now that its out of the shop.

Our neighborhood was recently hit by a bad hail storm and the vultures (dent repair people) in the neighborhood have been terrible ever since. I have a no solicitation sign posted on my door and your guy still rang my door bell. When I went to the door and told him I didnt understand why he still rang my doorbell he proceeded to continue his presentation relentlessly. I mentioned how frustrated I was that he was still there and he persisted to harrass me with his constant sales pitch until I shut the door on him. I will NEVER do business with a company that ignores no solicitation signs at personal residence and condones these practices to harrass people. You should be ashamed of yourselves for this predatory and annoying behavior.

The facility was very impressive he introduced me to some of his staff showed me their process when the cars come in and I even was able to see the technician room where they repair the cars. I wanted to give 5 stars because my truck was heavily damaged in a hail storm and I am very happy they got me in and out pretty quick and made it look new again. Andrew was great to work with he made the process simple and even called in my claim for me while I was busy at work. Im very pleased with the level of service and the follow up sending me text message updates as it went through the repair process and then he delivered it back me washed and detailed.

They had all three of our cars for hail repair damage. We got the truck back and our 1400 dollar bed cover was missing. We got the second vehicle back and the passenger door will not open anymore and the dome lights on the inside will not turn on and there is still hail dents on the car. The third vehicle came back with hail damage still. They also had our vehicles over a month.

Im not really sure what happened with the lady at the car wash. When I was approached at the car wash by Mark Tinnin, I was VERY skeptical because the offer sounded way to good to be true. So after I did my research on the company I decided to try them out. Let me say that Im glad I tried them out. My car now looks awesome, and they fixed it in under 2 weeks while driving a rental. An the best thing is my insurance premium didnt go up. These guys are totally legit if u have any hail damage give these guys a call. You wont be disappointed.

Dfwstormsolutions is very impressive they have a large facility and i was able to meet everyone and even their technicians who repair the vehicles. It took way over a month to repair after being told it would be fixed in about 14 days. After 14 days in their shop, I called and they told me it would be ready the following week. The following week came and told me it would be ready in a few days, a few days later and was told it would be ready the following week again. A week later arrived and guess what? Still not ready! At this point I asked for the owners number (on a Friday), he quickly answered and assured me it would be ready by Monday and he would give me a call to let me know. Monday came and I had to call to make sure it was getting delivered then, Gabriel, said Let me call to make sure. One hour passed, 2 hours passed, 3 hours later I call again... no answer. Call again 30 minutes later... no answer again. Then I get a call from SOMEONE else at the shop and was told Sorry it wont be ready until Wednesday. So at this point I was livid... not only was the car not ready AGAIN, but the owner himself couldnt pick up the phone and let me know of the bad news. They are so polite and answer the phone right away before having you as a customer, but as soon as something goes wrong or there is a backorder for a part on your vehicle, forget it. I wish I wouldnt have gave them the time of day, let alone my car.

We had our roof replaced after a hail storm and are very happy with the new roof. Nathan helped us with each step from the inspection to dealing with the insurance company and supervising the work as it was being done. Nathan was so helpful answering all the questions we had too. I will definitely call on him again and living in Texas I know it is just a matter what of time.

What?! Texans live with this weather all year, every year? Im new from California and had never seen hail. Ill never get over the sound it makes hitting my house. Got my roof replaced by DFW Storm Solutions and they held my hand through the process. Never having to have dealt with these types of claims, I was grateful for an easy and fluid process. Never having to have dealt with these types of claims, I was grateful for an easy fluid process. I hope I never see hail again, in fact, lets all say a prayer. But, if we do, we know who we will call.P.S. They fix cars damaged by hail as well but our cars were in the garage.

Please tell your contractors that a visible no soliciting sign means just that. It also means when theyre told no, to not leave your card on a vehicle on the property.

Everything about my experience with DFW Storm Solutions was great. My vehicle was returned to me looking amazing and they even detailed the inside before it came back to me. The only thing that held up the process was my insurance company who took awhile to approve the repair, but that was not their fault at all, so I was very pleased with everything.They also did a roof inspection for free on my home. When they showed me the pictures they took they explained that I didnt have enough damage to warrant an insurance claim and thanked me for allowing them to take a look. I was very impressed that they were honest and up front about the roof and didnt try to pressure me into anything. This is a very honest and decent company to do business with.

Dfwstormsolutions did a fantastic job on my Bmw.I wasn’t sure how the process worked when my car was damaged by a hailstorm. My salesperson Mark explained the process , and helped me call my insurance company to file the claim. Once that was done he brought me a rental car to drive while mine was being repaired. I’m very pleased this didn’t cost me any money , they kept on their word they Offer zero out of pocket expense by waiving my deductible and my car looks great again. I am very pleased with the level of service and will use them again in the future.

Made a call to inspect my roof and wound up with an upgraded roof with the money the insurance paid and they fixed my cars too! They were able to offset my deductible on my vehicles and they provided rentals. We are truly grateful.

I sent a few people to DFW storm solutions to get hail repairs on their cars but held off for a awhile on my own car because I use it for work. I finally decided to take my car in for repairs. All the hail damage was fixed as if it never happened and was returned cleaned and vacuumed out. They were able to deliver it back to me which was really nice because I live out in Denton.

They did an amazing job at repairing my roof. The process took less than a full day to get it all done. The sales reps that helped me with my deductible on the roof were out there throughout the day making sure everything ran smoothly, and on top of that they even got my car hail damage fixed for me. My car has had hail damage since June of last year. Had no idea that I could still get it repaired a year later, but Trevor the rep here explained that I could. I paid nothing out of pocket for an excellent repair. The office was prompt to send me text updates on the repair as it went through the process and I was given a car to drive while it was being done. Fast and a very professional service at a very reasonable price. My wifes car had a large door dent which I wasnt sure if it would be able to be repaired. Fortunately he was able to get it out and now it looks brand new. He also took care of a dent that I did not see on the fender and also took care of 2 dents that he found in the roof of the car. I found him to be really thorough and very quick but also did a great job. I highly recommend using him.

Didn’t have rental car on my insurance. They tried to give us an old Hyundai one of the doors didn’t open and the rear view mirror fell off when went to adjust it. Just an all around horrible experience. Steer clear or make sure you have rental coverage on your end.

Be careful about their car rental offer. They have problems with the car company and they will not pay for the rental. I did my repair 5 months ago and the car rental company kept mailing me about paying the rental because DFW Storms S refused to pay the charges. I talked to the owner and he said they are gonna fix this but nothing was fixed till now!! If the rental offer attracted you, be careful its a trick nowUpdate:Thank you for the owner for replying and resolving the issue about the rental car.There is another issue that I discovered. To be honest, I received the car in good condition, its fixed and looks like new. However, I recently tried to get a quote for selling the car from a dealership and he told me that the original hood and some other parts of the car were replaced with bad ones. Thus, they offered me a very low price for buying the car. They immediately figured that parts of the car were painted and original parts were replaced and that absolutely affected the car price.I raised the stars though to 3 because you resolved the rental car issue and caring for your customer reviews

My experience was awesome. Not only are all these guys professional, theyre so personable. My car needed quite a bit of hail damage repair and they did a remarkable job.
